Matt Barnes just got a massive reduction in how much he'll have to pay Gloria Govan in child support for their twin boys.
Barnes -- who was paying Govan $20,000 a month -- will now have to pay just $7,500 per month. The two have 10-year-old twins, Carter and Isaiah together ... so it works out to $3,750 per kid.
The reduction comes on the heels of Barnes getting awarded sole legal and physical custody of the twins last month ... and an 18-month restraining order against Govan.
TMZ previously reported, Gloria was arrested the Friday before Labor Day after Matt claimed she put the lives of their twin boys at risk by allegedly flying into a rage in her car, blocking Matt and the kids from driving away from their school.

Cardi B I Love Fruit and Seafood!!!
Cardi B is partial to the land down under ... she likes the people, the fruit, the caviar and the way they celebrate New Year's.
Cardi performed in Perth on Sunday and Monday, and she was awestruck by the way the Aussies ring in the New Year.
She was also awestruck by the fruit and seafood platter, sampling caviar for the first time. Cardi posted video of her trip on a private jet to Sydney, where she's clearly living in style.
She's definitely way happier than she was Monday in Australia ... when she railed on people starting baseless rumors about her and other celebrities and said she would never conform to the "norms" of being famous.
Offset was thousands of miles away. He's performing with Migos in Miami for New Year's Eve, but it looks like they're on their way to some sort of reconciliation.

Louis C.K. Goes After Parkland Victims ... In Leaked Audio of New Stand-Up
As if Louis C.K. hadn't already hit bottom, he just went even lower by attacking victims of the Parkland massacre in a stand-up set ... this according to leaked audio of his new material.
In audio that surfaced online Sunday, you can hear Louis performing new jokes in front of an audience ... and, at one point, he mocks the survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting from this past February. Specifically, he seems to be talking about Emma Gonzalez, David Hogg and others who've been vocal about implementing gun control.
i mean he's like a RW comic now. hes milo pic.twitter.com/QYOGI7TrGa
@jackallisonLOL
The audio first appeared on a YouTube page that has since been removed ... the description said this set took place on December 16. It's unclear where exactly he performed.
The jokes are vile. First, Louis attacks the youth of this generation ... comparing them to himself in his 20s, and saying kids these days are simply too PC, well-behaved, and opinionated. He also cracks jokes about non-binary people ... and then goes after the Parkland kids.
Louis says the kids who survived are not interesting just because they went to a high school where people were shot, and that he shouldn't have to listen to them just because they "pushed some fat kid in the way."
A new low, for sure.

"Atlanta has its own unique feel," Dunn says.
Warrick tells us the plan from the start shoulda been to have Outkast be the headliner -- with other ATL music legends like T.I. and Jermaine Dupri joining them on stage.
"You show them the flavor of the history of all the great music that was produced that helped propel young careers today."
Dunn added that show could have "Showed America what really good music could be."
As for Travis Scott ... Dunn says he doesn't blame the guy for accepting the NFL's offer in the wake of the the Colin Kaepernick drama -- saying it was a good business move for the rapper.

A member of Canadian pop band Walk off the Earth died this weekend just as the group was about to play a New Year's Eve show and embark on an international tour.
WotE announced Mike 'Beard Guy' Taylor's passing Sunday on their official social media pages, saying he had died peacefully Saturday in his sleep of natural causes ... but did not elaborate further.
In their statement, the band says ... "It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother and band member, Mike 'Beard Guy' Taylor. Mike had a love for life that was unmatched and a willingness to give that went beyond ordinary means."
They add ... "He passed peacefully from natural causes last night in his sleep. Our deepest sympathies are with his two children, whom he adored more than anything else in the world. We ask for privacy for his family in this trying time."
Mike was a multi-instrumentalist, but primarily played keyboards and provided vocals for Walk off the Earth. He joined the band sometime after it formed in 2006.
Walk off the Earth is most famous for their 2012 cover of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know," in which all five members played one guitar together while singing it. The video went viral at the time.
The band was set to play a gig Monday in Niagara Falls. They were also scheduled to hit the road this coming February here in the States, Canada and in Europe.
Unclear if they still plan on moving forward with either at this point.

Post Malone to NY Giants Fan You Lost, So Put on My Jacket Bro ... Talk About Wow., Huh?
DECEMBER 2018
Post Malone is out here rapping Cowboys victories into existence -- and with a crazy win over the Giants, he celebrated in the best way possible ... making the other guy wear your team's gear.
The Texas native was at the Cowboys/Giants game Sunday in NY, where he was surrounded by Giants fans ... one of whom we're told he made a bet with. It was simple -- if my Cowboys win, ya gotta rock my Cowboys jacket. Well, they won all right ... in epic fashion.
Cole Beasley. WOW.
@BleacherReport
(via @dallascowboys) pic.twitter.com/LloyGQ4z8l
With just about a minute left, Dak Prescott threw what you might call a Hail Mary down the field to Cole Beasley, who made an incredible catch in the end zone. At first, it looked like he was out of bounds and the pass was incomplete, but upon further review ... it was ruled a TD.
The Cowboys made a two-point conversion after that and went on to win it 36-35. Post, of course, was ecstatic ... and, of course, followed up on the bet by making the Giants fan put on his Dallas coat. In this clip, obtained by TMZ, you can see the guy was a good sport.
What's even crazier ... Post rapped about this exact same scenario happening in his new single, "Wow." ... almost down to a tee.
No words ... literally, none.
