Louis C.K. is getting way too comfortable at the bottom of the comedy barrel ... so says Parkland Shooting survivor Cameron Kasky.

But, it's not Louis' latest lowbrow comedy routine attacking victims of the Parkland massacre that has Cameron upset ... the student activist is taking issue with Louis appealing to crowds who find jokes about transgender people and school shootings funny.

We got Cameron on Monday, after the father of one of his dead peers ripped into Louis for his leaked stand-up jokes about Parkland, and the Marjory Stoneman Douglas student calls out C.K. for targeting the lowest common denominator in order to make a quick buck.

Check out the clip ... Cameron throws some major shade at Louis, congratulating him for getting comfortable in his new digs at rock bottom.

Taylor Swift had a heroes party for New Year's Eve with a bunch of famous buds.

Taylor dressed as Ariel from "The Little Mermaid," Gigi Hadid dressed up as Mary Poppins and Blake Lively dressed as Dorothy from "The Wizard of Oz."

BTW ... the Gwen Stefani costume -- the blue bikini top -- replicates a '90s red carpet appearance by the singer. The Dorothy outfit even came with Toto in a basket!

Taylor joined Ryan Reynolds for a little gin guzzle from Ryan's label, Aviation.

The party went down somewhere in New York City. It's unclear if it's a restaurant or whether she took over a club.

Justin Bieber wanted the members of his Drew crew to have a nice day ... so he hooked them up with some serious smiley face bling.

The Biebs' company, The House of Drew, is launching a line of clothing and merch early in 2019, and to celebrate the occasion ... he ordered up 6 custom necklaces with pendants of the happy Drew logo.

We're told the 2 larger smiley faces are for JB himself (maybe one for Hailey?), and the other 4 were gifted to his team. Our sources say Justin ordered the ice from celeb jeweler Eliantte just in time for the holidays.

All in all, we're told the Drew jewelry's worth about $250k.

We broke the story in February ... Justin filed trademark paperwork to expand his brand, which features his middle name.

He already released a line of comfy hotel slippers for Christmas and they were a hit ... selling out almost instantly. Mrs. Bieber got a pair though.

Christian Dior revolutionized the fashion industry after World War II with his "New Look" dress, and the designer's famous first sketch just went up for sale.

You can now take home a piece of fashion history for a cool $12,500 ... because Moments In Time is selling Christian's original drawing from 1947 -- you know, the one that started Dior on the path to becoming an international fashion powerhouse!

The famous sketch, the first step in Christian's breakthrough collection, completely changed the way women dress forever. A-listers like Emma Watson, Rihanna, Mila Kunis, Jennifer Lawrence, Felicity Jones, Emma Stone and Natalie Portman are known for their love of Dior, and they've got this drawing to thank!

The sketch, with a handwritten note from Christian that reads "the new look 47 tian dior," was acquired from descendants of a film director who worked with the fashion designer ... and now it can be yours!

The Conor McGregor-Khabib rematch WILL go down in 2019 -- so says Dana White ... who tells TMZ Sports it'll happen as long as everything goes according to plan.

The UFC honcho popped by the TMZ offices last week ... and told us there are still some hurdles to clear -- but he thinks Khabib-Conor II will get set sometime in the next 12 months.

"As long as everything goes right, this fight should happen."

Of course, Khabib and Conor are still facing suspensions for their roles in the brawl that broke out at UFC 229 ... and guys like Tony Ferguson and even Max Holloway could get shots at Khabib before Conor does.

But, Dana says if everything lines up the way he thinks it will ... the rematch will happen.

Khabib dominated Conor at UFC 229 on Oct 6 -- forcing the Irishman to tap out in the 4th round.

After the fight, Conor gave a round-by-round breakdown explaining why he lost the fight -- but gave credit to Khabib and vowed to return "with my confidence high."

Forest Whitaker's wife just filed her response to his divorce petition and although it seems on the surface there may be issues between the two, our sources say the divorce is super amicable.

Keisha Nash, through her lawyer disso queen Laura Wasser, is asking for spousal support once their 22 year marriage is dissolved. In Forest's legal docs he asked the judge to deny Keisha spousal support.

The spousal support thing seems like it could blow up, but our sources say not the case. We're told both sides want to work out a formal property settlement agreement that will satisfy them. There's a lot to divide ... he's an incredibly successful actor and we've learned they did not have a prenup.

There are no minor children so child support is a non issue.

Demi Lovato is thankful she survived 2018 -- after an overdose nearly killed the singer -- saying she'll never take another day for granted again.

Lovato is taking time to reflect on the year that was, saying, "So grateful for the lessons I've learned this year. I will never take another day in life for granted, even the bad ones. Thankful for my fans, friends, family and everyone who supported me throughout this year. God bless."

While she doesn't mention it specifically, Lovato is clearly referring to the almost fatal overdose she had back in July. Lovato had finished a night out with friends and returned to her Hollywood Hills home where she free-based what we're told was likely oxy laced with fentanyl.

Lovato's friend and security guard found her and performed life saving measures. She was hospitalized in Los Angeles for several weeks before going to rehab for several months.

Kanye West is ending 2018 with one more very stern and direct message for Drake ... don't follow his 'f***ing wife" on Instagram.

Ye issued the message Monday, saying, "Who's bright idea was it to tell Drake to follow my wife on Instagram? This person is not Drakes friend." He then followed it with, "I don't have beef with no one. Love everyone but don't follow my f***ing wife on Instagram."

The warning comes a few days after Kanye allegedly discovered Drake was following Kim. He posted and deleted, "I  never knew till this morning that Drake followed my wife on Instagram back in September. I had to bring this up because it's the most f-ked up thing of all and I just saw it this morning.

It was earlier this month when Kanye accused Drake of threatening him and his family during a phone call. Kim got involved too, saying, "Drake Never threaten my husband or our family. He paved the way for there to be a Drake."

Bam Margera apparently already has a New Year's resolution in mind ... because he says he's going to back to rehab for a third time.

The "Jackass" star announced his plans to go to alcohol rehab in an Instagram post on New Year's Eve ... he captioned the photo, "Off to alcohol rehab for the 3rd time. I am hoping the term 3rd time is a charm is true."

You'll recall ... Bam fell off the wagon back in August, when he cracked open a cold beer after saying he was robbed at gunpoint in Cartagena, Colombia during a super sketchy cab ride. At the time, Bam was 7 months sober.

This will mark the second straight January that Bam is in rehab. We broke the story ... Bam checked into rehab in January 2018, only days after his DUI arrest in Los Angeles.

12:15 PM PT -- A judge has denied Spacey's request to skip the hearing.

Kevin Spacey has just declared what his lawyers made clear days ago ... that he will plead not guilty in his sexual assault case, but he wants to do it without appearing in court.

Spacey's lawyers filed legal docs Monday, which include a declaration from the actor, saying he does not want to appear at his arraignment for allegedly groping an 18-year-old male in a Nantucket, Massachusetts bar.

Spacey says his presence would "amplify the negative publicity already generated in connection with the case."

He also says he lives out of state ... presumably suggesting it's a long way to appear in court and enter a plea.

Spacey's lawyer adds his presence would heighten the "prejudicial media interest" in the case and contaminate the jury pool.

The judge has yet to rule on Spacey's request.

"Big Bang Theory" star Kunal Nayyar is making one big gesture ... because he's one of several people who have donated to the family of late TV news anchor and reporter Chris Burrous.

Kunal donated $5,000 to Burrous' family Sunday, the largest donation yet on the GoFundMe account. The page was set up to help Chris' wife, Mai, and 9-year-old daughter, Isabella, cover funeral costs and other expenses in the wake of the popular KTLA anchor's shocking death.

Chris was found unresponsive in a Glendale hotel Dec. 27, and police say his death is being investigated as a possible overdose.

Eric Decker threw in the towel on his NFL career, but it looks like he hasn't lost a step in retirement ... because Jessie James Decker had to throw a towel over her husband's manhood while showing off his toned bod in a super revealing photo.

It seems Eric didn't just hang up his cleats when he retired from pro football back in August, he apparently hung up ALL his clothes ... and it's clear Jessie is totally on board!

Jessie shared Eric's nude on her Instagram Monday with a simple caption, "#retirement."

Eric called it quits on his NFL career in training camp after playing 8 seasons with the Denver Broncos, New York Jets and Tennessee Titans, but it looks like he's still physically ready to play on Sundays.

Yeah, #retirement looks good on Eric.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's legal woes continue to stack up as the rapper sits behind bars ... he's now being sued for bailing on a concert and costing promoters big bucks.

6ix9ine was supposed to play a show on Howard Homecoming Weekend back in October. According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the rapper signed on to do the show for $60,000 ... but according to promoters, never showed up and forced them to turn away thousands of fans.

The docs state concert organizers were scrambling to get in touch with Tekashi on the date of the show ... and his management team -- who are also listed as defendants in the lawsuit -- did little to help.

Promoters say tons of fans showed up at the venue and waited outside for hours for the doors to open. It wasn't until 8 PM -- when concertgoers were supposed to be admitted to the event -- that organizers had to let everyone know the show was canceled ... fearing a riot would break out.

Organizers claim they sold $165,336 in presale sears and another $30,300 in VIP tables for the event.

The docs -- filed by attorneys Jelani D. James and Donald M. Temple -- claim no less than $300k in damages.

The father of one of the kids killed in the Parkland Shooting is tearing into Louis C.K. after leaked audio from the comedian's set included a joke about the massacre.

Fred Guttenberg -- who lost his 14-year-old daughter Jamie -- in the attack just shared a message for C.K., saying, "To anyone who knows Louis CK, please deliver this message for me. My daughter was killed in the Parkland shooting. My son ran from the bullets. My wife and I deal with loss everyday. Why don't you come to my house and try out your new pathetic jokes?"

The joke Guttenberg is referring to attacks the Parkland survivors, saying the kids who survived are not interesting just because they went to a high school where people were shot ... and that he shouldn't have to listen to them just because they "pushed some fat kid in the way."
