Jenelle Evans & David Eason Time to See the Kids ... Family Back in Court
Jenelle Evans and David Eason are back in court, hoping to regain custody of their kids ... but most likely just getting an opportunity to see them face to face.
The troubled couple walked quietly into the courthouse Tuesday morning in Whiteville, North Carolina, where there's been no shortage of tense moments in recent weeks. As you know, all of Jenelle's kids -- 9-year-old Jace, 4-year-old Kaiser and 2-year-old Ensley -- were removed after a judge decided the couple's issues -- especially David killing the family dog -- put the kids at risk.
While Jenelle has said she's sticking with David no matter what ... they've agreed to attend counseling in hopes of getting back their children. Still, the drama's continued even at these court-monitored visits with the kids.
6/4/19
You'll recall, Jenelle got into a nasty little exchange with her mom, Barbara, earlier this month outside the courthouse. Jenelle said her own mom has blocked her number. Barbara insinuated the only reason Jenelle was hugging her daughter, Ensley, was for the cameras.
Then, there's Jenelle's ex, Nathan Griffith. You might recall Jenelle and David confronted Nathan, who was talking to our guy. David flipped them off. Nathan tried to make things right with them but to no avail.
Today's hearing comes a few days after Jenelle and David were in Washington, D.C. ... scootin' around town between her business meetings.

Amanda Bynes Graduates from L.A. Fashion School ... After Mental Health Stint
-
Exclusive Details
Amanda Bynes has graduated from a prominent fashion school in Los Angeles -- and she appears to be doing great after recently re-entering a mental health facility.
The former Nickelodeon star shared a photo of herself Monday in a cap and gown next to a fellow graduating pal, captioning the post ... "FIDM graduate 2019 #fidmgraduation." Amanda's got her hair pretty long right now, and it's dyed blonde and pink.
The ceremony was attended by 12,000 people and went down Monday night at Staples Center in L.A., where Amanda walked across the stage with an Associate's degree in fashion design. Eyewitnesses tell us Amanda seemed ecstatic -- she was getting tons of love from her teachers and peers.
We're also told Amanda came off a bit awkward at times during the graduation, but clearly had it together enough to pose for some selfies with her classmates.
The happy news comes months after Amanda rechecked herself into a facility in January. As we first told you ... her going back for treatment was a result of a backslide from being back in the spotlight after her Paper magazine cover story.
Amanda opened up a lot in the feature, revealing that starring role in 2006's "She's the Man" sent her into a spiral of depression. She also blamed a lot of her issues on drug use. At the time of the article -- November 2018 -- Amanda said she was 4 years sober.
Amanda was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and has been under a conservatorship for the past 5 years, but the problems began several years earlier.
As far as FIDM goes ... Amanda's been enrolled since 2014, and has been attending on-and-off. She took a break last year to get back into acting, but it appears Amanda's been pounding the pavement fashion-wise since getting right again.
Congrats!!!

Kim Kardashian Reps Travis Up Top, Kanye Down Low
Kim Kardashian is all about showing support for her family, from neck to toes ... her husband, Kanye West, and her sister Kylie Jenner's baby daddy have her covered.
KKW was spotted out in Calabasas Monday leaving a business meeting looking very casual ... in a loose-fit Travis Scott shirt from the rapper's "By a Thread" collab with fashion designer Virgil Abloh, and some bicycle shorts.
On her feet ... a blueish-gray pair of Yeezys. Gotta get hubby some pub too, of course!
Kim's look might be relaxed, but it still isn't cheap. Trav's Astroworld tour shirt is his latest design and goes for over $150, and her husband's shoes are a couple hundred bucks ... not to mention the huge gold necklace she's rocking.
It's just like the ole saying: The family that cashes in on various items of merch together, stays ... rich together. Or, something like that.

Gayle King to Instagram Chief I Swear Instagram is Listening to Us!!!
Instagram chief Adam Mosseri told Gayle King the app does NOT eavesdrop on private conversations ... but she called BS to his face.
Mosseri told King Tuesday on "CBS This Morning" it's straight-up dumb luck when an ad for something a user had just discussed in a private conversation uncannily shows up on their Instagram feed. Mosseri said IG doesn't look at users' messages or listen to their microphone.
But, check out the clip ... Gayle blasts Mosseri. And, when she asked if the same thing happens to him, Mosseri ... well, check it out -- it's super awkward.
There's paranoia among users that Instagram -- which is owned by Facebook -- spies on users to gather ad-targeting information. The suspicions come just over a year after Facebook suffered a massive blow in consumer confidence following the Cambridge Analytica scandal ... when it was revealed Facebook allowed the third-party service to collect user data without consent.
That data was then used to target U.S. voters in the 2016 election.

John Singleton's Mom Ex is On Her Own ... Family Not Griping About BET Tribute
-
EXCLUSIVE
John Singleton's family as a whole isn't up in arms about his BET Awards tribute -- despite the mother of one of his kids raising hell that it was lacking.
Singleton's mom, Shelia Ward, tells TMZ ... Tosha Lewis -- mother of John's 26-year-old daughter, Justice -- griping BET did John dirty by spending a lot more time honoring rapper Nipsey Hussle is strictly her opinion.
Shelia says Tosha doesn't speak for the family, and the fam doesn't share Lewis' feelings at all.
If you missed it, Tosha blasted the award show Sunday night for taking time to honor Nipsey and not John, saying about Hussle ... "I guess he's trendy nevermind John was talking and doing the same stuff as Nipsey since the 90s."
When fans pointed out BET did include a tribute to Singleton -- led by Morris Chestnut and "Snowfall" star Damson Idris -- Lewis shot back saying it wasn't enough compared to Nipsey's.
Tosha also claims John's family, unlike Nipsey's, wasn't invited to the show, but we've learned that's, at least, partially false. Her and John's daughter, Justice, did get an invitation.
Shelia's bottom line is simple -- if Tosha has beef with BET or Nipsey's family, that's totally on her ... leave the Singleton family out of it.
As we've reported, there has been no shortage of feuds within John's relatives since he died in April ... including a restraining order filed, a battle over his estate and the hiring of a private investigator over suspicions surrounding his death.

YG Traffic Stop Combative Cop Out of Line ... Will Receive Counseling

The Sheriff's deputy who was screaming at bystanders as YG got handcuffed by a swarm of cops crossed the line and will get a talking to ... so say his bosses in the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept.
The deputy in question went off on people on the street who watched as a gaggle of deputies ordered YG out of his Lambo early Sunday morning on the Sunset Strip ... this after they say he was driving recklessly.
As tensions mount -- deputies say YG became belligerent so they cuffed him -- one of the cops gets into it with the crowd, screaming at them to "shut up." It's clear from the video, that the deputy was inciting the crowd and escalating the situation. The Sgt. on scene told the deputy to back off.
Our law enforcement sources tell us, Sheriff's brass believes the deputy was out of line, and he will be counseled on how to deescalate similar situations rather than stoke the coals.
That said, we're told there will NOT be formal discipline, nor will internal affairs conduct an investigation.
YG was released after a field sobriety test revealed he was not under the influence, however, he was given a citation for reckless driving.

Tiger Woods Removed from Wrongful Death Car Crash Lawsuit
-
Breaking News
Tiger Woods is no longer a defendant in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of a former employee at Tiger's Florida restaurant, who died last year in a DUI crash.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... the estate of Nicholas Immesberger sued The Woods -- along with Tiger and his girlfriend, Erica Herman, the restaurant's GM -- claiming Nicholas was overserved alcohol at the restaurant in the hours before the crash.
In the original suit, the Immesberger estate claimed Nicholas -- who was a bartender -- stayed after a shift on 12/10/2018 and was served to the point of "severe intoxication" before being allowed to get in his car and drive. He crashed and died shortly after.
The family claimed Tiger and Erica knew Nicholas personally -- knew he had an alcohol problem -- and should never have allowed him to be served alcohol.
But, Tiger's attorney, Barry Postman, says the family has had a change of heart when it comes to Woods personally ... and have voluntarily dismissed his name from the lawsuit.
"The decision was clearly appropriate and reflected the fact that Mr. Woods should not have been included in the lawsuit in the first place because he had nothing to do with Mr. Immesberger's death,'' Postman said in a statement.
"While the situation was tragic, the facts will ultimately show that the cause of Mr. Immesberger's car accident were the many decisions made by Mr. Immesberger on the night of his passing.''
Earlier this month, Tiger was asked about the lawsuit ... and said, "We're all very sad that Nick passed away. It was a terrible night, a terrible ending, and just -- we feel bad for him and his entire family. It's very sad."

Tupac Shakur is the most famous person ever incarcerated at Clinton Correctional Facility in New York, but he still needed an I.D. when he was behind bars ... and now it can be yours -- for a few grand.
Pac's first prison I.D. card from his infamous 1995 incarceration is going up for auction through the memorabilia company, Heritage Auctions ... and they're starting the bidding at $2,000.
Tupac served 9 months behind bars after he was convicted on sexual assault charges ... and he was required to carry this laminated I.D. card at all times. Pac started his sentence on Valentine's Day, and 2 weeks later he was issued this prison I.D. -- which includes his signature.
While he was locked up, Tupac wrote a letter to his then-girlfriend and included some super graphic sex scenes ... and the NSFW artwork sold earlier this year at auction for $21,000.
You won't have to break the bank for his prison I.D. though ... the bidding starts July 1, and Heritage Auctions is expecting this piece of Pac history to fetch between $4,000 and $6,000.

Charles Barkley Conflicted On Reparations ... 'Very Difficult Subject'
-

Charles Barkley -- who's become extremely political over the years -- says the issue of reparations for slavery is a "serious subject" ... but admits he doesn't see a real clear way to make it happen.
The issue of reparations for the descendants for people enslaved in America has heated up recently -- just last week, there was a heated hearing about reparations at the House of Representatives.
The current debate is over a bill -- H.R. 40 -- which calls for a commission to be created with the mission of studying and coming up with proposals to compensate the descendants of slaves.
There are passionate people on both sides of the argument ... with author/journalist/activist Ta-Nehisi Coates clashing with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell during last week's hearing.
McConnell argued that slavery "happened 150 years ago for whom none of us currently living are responsible."
Coates fired back ... saying the U.S. paid out pensions to the families of Civil War soldiers "well into this century." He also noted the govt. still honors treaties made by people who are long dead.
So, where does Barkley stand on the issue? He's conflicted.
"It's a very difficult subject," Charles said ... "I don't know how you would do it, that's the problem."
"I don't think there's a right or wrong answer ... 'cause I don't know how you would do that actually. I don't know who would get it and who would not get it."
Barkley also says an apology from the government would be nice ... but that's a separate issue from reparations.

Jussie Smollett New Video Shows Noose Around His Neck
-
Breaking News
- 10.3K shares
Jussie Smollett still had a noose around his neck more than 40 minutes after his alleged attack -- it's something we already reported, but now, for the first time, we see the video.
Chicago police just released a boatload of evidence, including body cam video of officers responding to the 911 call back in January.
Cops ask Jussie if he wants to take the noose off ... he says he would take it off, but he wanted them to see it before he did.
The actor told the officers he did not want to be recorded and they double checked with him to see if it was okay for them to turn off their body cams.
When cops arrived, Jussie was concerned about his neighbors hearing the fuss and he quickly invited them into his apartment.
He also mentioned his alleged attackers poured bleach on him.
One of the videos [above] is short, but shows the Osundairo brothers running on the street at 2:04 AM after the alleged attack.
Another video shows the Osundairo brothers in a taxi before arriving at the scene of the alleged attack. They're wearing hoodies and one of them is clearly wearing a ski mask as they get out of the car a few blocks from Jussie's apartment at 1:22 AM. The "attack" happened around 2 AM.
It's interesting ... when they get out of the taxi, you can see them through the front windshield, and they don't appear to be holding anything -- no noose, no bags -- that might be used for the alleged attack on Jussie.
As you know, Jussie was indicted on 16 felony counts of lying to cops for allegedly staging the attack, but those charges were dropped. A special prosecutor will now review the way the case was handled and it's possible new charges could be filed.

'Bond 25' Movie Set Women's Room Bugged w/ Camera ... Man Arrested for Planting It
Someone took the 007 title, "For Your Eyes Only," a little too seriously -- 'cause a guy got arrested on the set of the new James Bond movie for placing a hidden camera in a ladies' room toilet.
49-year-old Peter Hartley was reportedly arrested last week and booked over the weekend by Thames Valley Police in England. He's facing voyeurism charges in connection to a camera that was found in one of the women's restrooms on a Pinewood Studios set.
Specifically, it was found in a bathroom where 'Bond 25' is currently filming. The production that's been plagued with delays and issues ranging from explosions-gone wrong on set to the lead star, Daniel Craig, getting seriously injured and requiring minor ankle surgery.
Due to all the delays, there was already buzz the still untitled Bond project was cursed -- and that was before the alleged perv's arrest.
It's unclear what connection the guy might have to the production or the studio, if any, but Pinewood is cooperating with the investigation, saying ... "We take this issue very seriously ... We reported the incident to the police and are supporting them with their investigation."
The film has a release date of 2020 at the moment, but at this rate ... there's no telling when it will see the light of day.

UFC's Jon Jones Hey, TMZ ... Here's How Ya Throw An Elbow!

Wanna throw a killer elbow strike like UFC legend Jon Jones?!
Well, good news, the reigning UFC light heavyweight champ came to our office and gave a live demonstration ... right on a TMZ staffer!
Of course, Jones is gearing up to fight Thiago Santos at UFC 239 on July 6 -- and he stopped by the office to talk with the guys from "TMZ Sports" about how he's planning to end Thiago's 4 fight win streak.
Jones hit on a ton of topics during the conversation -- here's a cheat sheet.
On Daniel Cormier ...
Jones doesn't think Cormier will ever agree to fight him for a 3rd time.
"I’ve been hearing things about him fighting [Stipe Miocic] then ending his career fighting me down at light heavyweight, and I don’t believe him," Jones says.
"I don’t think he’s ever going to fight me again."
"I think it’s a lot of pressure for him to get down to the light heavyweight division, and then to get down there, to climb such a mountain and not get to the actual top? It has to be so crushing to come up short against me for a 3rd time, I don’t think he’d put himself through that."
Beth Chapman Placed in Coma Out of Necessity ... Was Yanking Out Tubes
-
EXCLUSIVE
- 15.7K shares
Doctors were having a hard time treating Beth Chapman over the weekend -- so much so, they felt putting her in a coma was the only way they could effectively help Beth help herself.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Beth was placed into a medically-induced coma Saturday after medical staffers found it incredibly difficult to treat her when she was transported by ambulance from her Honolulu residence to a nearby hospital.
We're told Beth was not reacting well when she arrived at the ER ... she was in a lot of pain and required oxygen. Our sources say as doctors tried to treat her, Beth began yanking out the lines doctors were using to give her fluids and medications.
It became so problematic, they put her under a mild sedation. We're told that wasn't enough, though -- she was still agitated, so they moved forward with the medically-induced coma. She's been under for at least 2 full days now.
Some of Beth's family members, including her husband, Duane "Dog" Chapman, are by her side.
As we first told you ... Beth suffered a choking emergency this weekend after she experienced breathing complications from her since-returned throat cancer. She went through something similar back in April, but came out of that at the time okay.
Beth has been battling again after learning her throat cancer had returned late last year. She'd previously beaten it back in 2017.

DeMar DeRozan On Raps' White House Visit I Wouldn't Go, Either!!!

Add DeMar DeRozan to the list of athletes against visiting Donald Trump ... 'cause the NBA superstar says even if he was still on the Raptors, he wouldn't celebrate their title at the White House.
Raps coach Nick Nurse said last week the team is setting up a trip to be honored by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ... but said they're undecided on going to 1600 Penn.
However, over the weekend Raptors star Danny Green told Yahoo Sports he's a "hard no" on visiting Trump.
Raptors to the White House?

Despite playing for the Spurs now, DeRozan is on board if the team decides not to go ... telling TMZ Sports -- "Sh*t, I wouldn't go, either!"
DeRozan joins a growing group of athletes who have spoken out against visiting Trump -- the Golden State Warriors, LeBron James, Red Sox manager Alex Cora and players like Mookie Betts, David Price and Jackie Bradley Jr. have all been vocal about not going -- just to name a few.
As for the trip ... Trump said he would "think" about inviting the Raptors -- but only if the team expressed interest in visiting.
