Rob Gronkowski is making his bid for a cover photo shoot -- for AARP Magazine -- as the former NFL great flexes in the South Beach sand.

Gronk's spending part of his Wednesday showing off his rock-hard abs, toned legs and bulging arms down in Miami, and the retired New England Patriots superstar looks like he's still in game shape.

Sorry, Pats fans ... but Rob looks like he's enjoying life on the other side -- he's got his toes in the sand a huge grin on his face. Sure beats the hell outta frigid Foxborough.

Gronk's spending a lotta time in South Florida these days. Remember, he scooped up a sick condo in downtown Miami for $1.7 million, and a couple weeks back during Super Bowl weekend he hosted a huge party.

It's been almost a year since Gronk walked away from the NFL ... but he ain't spending any less time in the weight room!!!

Former 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Dina Manzo's husband is getting called out over his claim he was bludgeoned during a home invasion -- a medical expert thinks he's full of it.

The 'RHONJ' alum and her hubby, David Cantin, told cops they were the victims of the attack back in May 2017. Cops arrested James Mainello, a 51-year-old New Jersey man, last year for the alleged crime.

However, Mainello's lawyer, Marco Laracca, says he has a doctor ready to testify Cantin's allegation he was beaten with a baseball just doesn't add up.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... Laracca plans to call Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Peter DiPaolo to testify it's "highly unlikely" the baseball bat portion of the attack is accurate.

The doctor says baseball bat injuries are "very well-described in the trauma literature" and typically result in skull and orbital fractures when someone's struck in the head or face ... as Cantin claims he was.

DiPaolo says Cantin sustained no such injuries ... according to photos and medical records he says he reviewed. For the record, Cantin claims he was repeatedly hit by the bat "in the leg, knee, arm, back and face."

We reached out to Dina and David. Their attorney, Andrew Brettler, tells us ... "This doctor did not even examine Mr. Cantin. He was hired by the defendant. For him to opine on Mr. Cantin's injuries is ludicrous. My clients were the victims of a violent attack."

Jussie Smollett now has a fight on his hands on 2 fronts, because the City of Chicago is not backing down from its lawsuit to recover the cost of investigating what authorities say was a fake "attack."

Multiple sources tell us, the City of Chicago could drop its case against Jussie to recover nearly half a mil but if he's convicted in criminal court the judge would almost certainly order restitution on behalf of the City.

Thing is ... it makes total sense for the City to press on with its lawsuit, despite the Special Prosecutor reinstituting 6 felony criminal charges against him. The standard of proof in a criminal case is way harder to meet than in a civil case. In a criminal case, the proof needs to be 99% solid against Jussie. In a civil case, it just has to be 51% - 49%.

Now, the new problem facing the City is that Jussie will almost certainly take the 5th against self-incrimination in the civil lawsuit because of the looming criminal case. In Illinois, if a defendant takes the 5th in a civil case, the judge can tell the jury it can conclude that person is hiding something.

One thing we know ... Abel and Ola Osundairo -- the 2 brothers who Jussie says attacked him -- will testify that the whole thing was a setup masterminded by Jussie.

It's an interesting situation because Jussie has brought the Osundairo brothers in as a defendant in the City of Chicago's lawsuit, claiming they did indeed attack him. It's gonna be hard to prove that if he doesn't take the stand.

Remember that "Friends" episode? The one where Jennifer Aniston turns 51 and parties with some of her closest friends?? Well, allow us to jog your memory.

The actress celebrated the big 5-1 Tuesday night at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, where she made a sneaky quick entrance ... but her pals were slow to trickle out. Just a small handful of those in attendance ... her BFF and former "Friends" costar, Courteney Cox, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, Kevin Nealon and Chace Crawford.

We're sure there were way more guests that might've left through other exits ... Jen's pretty popular in Hollywood, if you hadn't heard. Has been for years now, in fact.

Speaking of the bday girl ... an interview she did with Interview Magazine was released Wednesday, featuring her on the cover looking as gorgeous as ever. There's also a photo spread inside -- which is sure to remind you why you watched "Friends" all those years ago.

Just kidding ... it was a good show. But, truthfully, JA made it all that much better. And hey,  now she's on another series, "The Morning Show," that shows off her chops in a drama.

This is the best video you'll see all day ... nearly 200 students from LeBron James' I Promise school network found out they were getting FREE college tuition, and the moment's awesome!!

The junior class from Bron's program was told they were going on a college visit to Kent State University in Northeast Ohio ... but when they arrived on campus, they got a whole lot more than a tour.

School officials revealed that all 193 kids would have all 4 years of their schooling paid for ... as well as, 1 free year of room and board.

Naturally, the kids freaked out!!

It's not something to take lightly ... tuition for in-state students is around $11K a year. 193 students attending for 4 years costs over $8 million.

While the school won't have to front all that money ... it's still a huge chunk of change.

It's not just a handout for the students ... they have to maintain a good standing with the school by attending class, getting good grades, and volunteering in the community.

Justin Bieber's getting real about being married to Hailey Bieber ... he loves it but admits there are challenges.

The Biebs opened up about life as a married man Tuesday night at London's O2 Arena where he held a Q&A sesh. It's kind of funny ... as he's riffing about the challenges that come with marriage, you hear someone in the audience say, "I don't see no ring."

Either way ... Justin says life with Hailey's awesome since tying the knot in 2018. They love 'em some Netflix, but he confessed they also get easily, ahem ... distracted. Marriage itself, he says, is no easy task and gives the young crowd some marriage advice.

Justin also says his new album, "Changes" -- set to drop Friday -- reflects some of the hardships and changes in his life. Marriage, being a huge change, and at least one of the hardships has to be health issues.

As we first reported ... Justin contracted Lyme disease, which went undiagnosed for most of 2019. He recently opened up about it on the latest episode of his YouTube docuseries.

Myles Garrett is officially BACK -- the NFL has decided to reinstate the Cleveland Browns superstar following his suspension for his helmet-swinging attack on Mason Rudolph.

The 24-year-old met with Roger Goodell and other league executives on Monday to discuss his punishment status ... and it must have gone well, 'cause Garrett's ban has been lifted.

Browns GM Andrew Berry commented on the decision, saying "We welcome Myles back to our organization with open arms."

"We know he is grateful to be reinstated, eager to put the past behind him and continue to evolve and grow as a leader."

"We look forward to having his strong, positive presence back as a teammate, player and person in our community."

Garrett's suspension lasted a total of 6 games ... after he swung a helmet at Mason Rudolph during the Browns' game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on November 15.

Despite the ban, Garrett was still able to rack up 10 sacks and 2 forced fumbles in 10 games.

As we previously reported ... Browns QB Baker Mayfield told us at UFC 246 back in January that Garrett was "in a good place" during the suspension.

"I sat next to him during the fight, he's good, man," Mayfield tells us. "He's in a good place right now, which is good for us as a team."

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have checked off another big box in wrapping up their divorce ... a judge has signed off on an official parenting schedule.

As you may recall ... things turned a little nasty between the ex-couple and resulted in a custody battle, but they've reached an agreement that pretty much splits their time with their 6-year-old daughter, Everly, right down the middle.

According to the legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Channing and Jenna will share joint custody "pursuant to a 2-2-5" parenting schedule, which goes like this ... Mom gets Everly Monday through Wednesday, Dad gets her Wednesday through Friday, and they alternate weekends.

Because of their unpredictable work schedules, the 2 agree to use a Parenting Plan Coordinator to make minor adjustments to the custodial schedules should there be any issues.

As for holidays ... Channing and Jenna will alternate every year, and each is allowed up to 10 days of exclusive summer vacation time with Everly. For the child's birthday, the parents will split the day ... unless they agree to have a joint celebration.

If there are any other complications ... once again, the PPC has the authority to step in and make a decision.

Despite the custody agreement, there's still a couple lingering issues in the wake of the divorce ... like Jenna wanting to legally take her maiden name back, as we first reported.

The 2 are also still hashing out a property settlement agreement ... stay tuned.

Jessica Simpson will have extra venue security going forward on her book tour ... thanks to a bevy of anti-fur protesters who seem to be following her every move.

The "Open Book" author's already had events in NYC and L.A. interrupted by angry animal rights activists storming in and yelling. So, the upcoming venues on her tour are on notice ... and we're told they are being proactive about it.

At least 2 people who run venues Simpson will visit this week tell TMZ ... security will be beefed up in various ways in an attempt to keep protesters from striking again.

At one of the locations ... all guests entering will be subject to a search, in which security will be checking for all the normal red flags like weapons ... but will also be on the lookout for protest materials like signage or noisemakers.

We're told, as an added safety measure, all guests will have to have purchased a ticket and a copy of Jessica's book to be allowed entry.

We broke the story ... Simpson was being interviewed by Katherine Schwarzenegger at the Aratani Theatre in L.A. Monday night when anti-fur peeps popped in and made a scene, but Jessica laughed it off as they were escorted out.

Of course, just days earlier in New York ... Simpson's book signing at a Barnes & Noble was disrupted by protesters, and she got accosted by a couple more hours later as she was leaving a restaurant.

Jessica's worn fur in the past, but it's unclear if she still does or why the activists are so hellbent on making her the focus of their scorn and ridicule. One thing's for sure though ... she's not alone.

Sylvester Stallone's playing another action hero in a new movie -- go figure, right? -- but this time there's a twist ... and it's got our boy looking like a completely different person.

The legendary actor was on set Tuesday in Atlanta, GA, where it looks like they starting to shoot this new flick he's starring in called "Samaritan," opposite of "Euphoria" child star Javon "Wanna" Walton. The latter plays a kid in search of a disappeared "superhero."

Sounds a little weird, but it's a sci-fi thriller -- so, apparently, Sly's playing somebody this time around with actual powers. And, spoiler, it seems like the boy does, in fact, find him.

It's kinda crazy though ... SS looks down and out, not to mention scarred as his superhero character. Helluva makeup job too -- should be a good one when it eventually comes out.

Mama June's family crisis is not her new cash cow ... we've learned she won't be lining her pockets with money from a new reality show bearing her name.

Family sources tell TMZ ... the troubled reality star won't see a dime from WE tv's upcoming show, "Mama June From Not To Hot: Family Crisis," because she's not an active participant. The family's actually happy about it -- they're afraid of what Mama might do with the dough.

The show airs in March and our sources say it's going to focus on Honey Boo Boo, Pumpkin and the rest of the family, as they deal with the fallout from Mama's alleged drug addiction.

Mama's a central figure in the story, but we're told she's not sitting down for interviews in front of WE tv cameras ... so there's no paycheck.

While Mama's Instagram page pimped the show promo, we're told it was actually posted by Mama's manager. Again, June's not actively involved.

Instead, Mama's appearances will mostly include clips from her court dates with bad-boy boyfriend Geno, and the family's attempts to get her some help.

As we've reported ... Mama's been pretty desperate for cash since last year's arrest for crack cocaine possession ... she sold her house for much less than it's worth in a cash transaction, got booted from a hotel over an unpaid $2k bill, and recently pawned a diamond ring.

Our sources tell us Mama's family hopes she sees the show and realizes how much her loved ones are hurting ... and they want her to get better, if not for herself, then at least for them.

Dwyane Wade's oldest son, Zaire, is making it crystal clear he will always have his sibling's back ... posting an emotional message to Zaya after coming out as transgender.

The NBA legend appeared on 'The Ellen Show' Tuesday and revealed his 12-year-old identified as female ... and shared how his family is supporting her.

18-year-old Zaire is now speaking out on the announcement ... saying "I have been blessed to have my best friend, Zaya with me for 12 years."

"We did everything together...we fought, we played, we laughed and we cried. But the one thing we never did was leave each other behind... "

Zaire continued ... "I’ve told you that I would lay my life down to make sure you are ten toes down and happy on this earth."

"I don’t care what they think Z, you are my best friend and I love you kid, and if it means anything, just know there’s no love lost on this side."

Zaire's always been supportive of Zaya ... and even went with her to the Miami Pride parade last year.

As for Zaya, she spoke out against those who may disagree with her announcement ... saying "What's the point of being on this earth if you're gonna try to be someone you're not? It's like you're not even living as yourself, which is like the dumbest concept to me."

The father of Malika Haqq's unborn son is her ex-BF, O.T. Genasis, but there's zero awkwardness -- they're still great friends and plan to be greater co-parents.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Khloe Kardashian's BFF and the rapper still have a wonderful relationship despite breaking up last summer, and O.T.'s been nothing but supportive from the moment Malika revealed she was pregnant.

We're told the exes are both nervous and excited to meet their baby boy, but there's no concern about parenting together. They remained friends, kept things drama-free after their split ... and we're told they will do what's best for their son going forward.

You might recall ... Malika kept the identity of her baby daddy under wraps after announcing she was expecting in September, but there was immediate speculation it was her former longtime BF.

Turns out, that was dead-on but we're told they both wanted to keep it private as long as possible to avoid unnecessary rumors.

Malika held her baby shower this weekend -- with a big assist from Khloe, of course -- and that's when she confirmed O.T. is the daddy-to-be.

He also confirmed the good news and asked fans for baby name suggestions.

Before this adorable tyke would grow up to become a star on the stage and screen, he was born and raised in New Mexico ... where he began his career as a child actor and got discovered at a drama camp by a famous playwright and screenwriter.

Though his first big acting role was in a 1988 Whoopi Goldberg movie, he's better known for playing the titular character in a medical drama series on television the following year ... which ran for 4 seasons and earned him a Golden Globe nomination.

After that, he starred in a handful of TV movies and a cult classic sci-fi film, landed several guest spots ... and made his way to Broadway, where he'd eventually win a Tony Award in 2014 for Lead Actor in a Musical.

All this, and it doesn't even include his most-famous sitcom character ... which earned him Emmy noms every year from 2007 to 2010.

The memorial for Kobe and Gigi Bryant will be attended by friends, family, NBA officials and players, season ticket holders and local politicians. The remaining seats will be ticketed and go to members of the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

As we reported, the memorial will be held at Staples Center on February 24, where seating capacity stands at around 20,000. Fact is ... hundreds of thousands of people would like to honor Kobe and Gigi, but there's no way all of them can be accommodated.

No word yet on how the public can get tickets, but law enforcement sources tell us ... if people can't get into Staples, they're not going to get close to the venue.

We're told just like the Michael Jackson and Nipsey Hussle memorials, the streets around Staples will be closed for security and traffic control. The memorial will not be broadcast on the screens outside Staples or L.A. Live.

Several law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they're encouraging people who don't get tickets to stay home and watch the memorial on TV. We're told it will be broadcast on multiple networks.
