Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are calling bulls**t on the Queen of England, saying she has no authority to strip them of their right to say they're royals.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex posted what seems to be an angry response to the Queen's decision that they no longer can use the "Sussex Royal' brand.

They said in their post Saturday, the Queen doesn't own the word, 'Royal.'  Specifically, they said, "While there is not any jurisdiction by The Monarchy or Cabinet Office over the use of the word 'Royal' overseas, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex do not intend to use 'Sussex Royal' or any iteration of the word 'Royal' in any territory (either within the UK or otherwise) when the transition occurs Spring 2020."

So they say they won't use the word, but it's their choice, not Her Highness's.

Wendy Williams hit the town Friday night with what appears to be her new boyfriend.

Williams grabbed dinner in New York City at Aroma Trattoria with Big Will, aka Willdaboss. He's a jeweler in the Big Apple and he gave everyone a big hint the other day, after Wendy went on her show and said she had a new man.

Wendy said on the show her man bought her 2 pieces of jewelry from which to choose and she picked a diamond, heart-shaped necklace. Good selection.

Willdaboss then seemingly connected the dots by posting her video talking about a new boyfriend on his social media.

Wendy posted a pic Saturday of her and Willdaboss snuggling together.

Well, it seems Wendy's fear will not materialize. You'll recall, last month she vowed, "I won't let my coochie rot!!!"

Deontay Wilder isn't only known for his devastating knockout power ... he's also famous for his epic ring walk costumes, and the heavyweight champ tells us he dropped 40 grand on this weekend's epic outfit.

TMZ Sports talked to the 34-year-old Bronze Bomber on Thursday ... 2 days before of one of the most anticipated fights in heavyweight boxing history.

As you'd expect, Wilder says he's gonna flatten Fury ... but we also talked about what's really important -- the walk out uni.

So, what does Deontay have planned?

"Oh my goodness! It's going to be amazing man. Wilder says "expressing" himself this weekend is gonna run him $40,000 ... but it's worth it 'cause the costumes are part of his legacy, and will end up making him a crapload of money in the future.

"Spending money on these costumes and stuff, whether it's [$10K to $40K], I know they're going to turn to millions. It's gonna be 10 million, 40 million, after I get finished, because of the things I've done in boxing and the way I was able to do it in."

If you're not familiar with what Deontay does ... this was his outfit for his last fight against Luis Ortiz. It sounds like he's even going bigger this time around.

Congressman Adam Schiff is not only Donald Trump's arch-enemy, he's also now a celebrity.

The Democrat from Burbank was flanked by security Friday afternoon as he showed up to the Coffee Bean on the Sunset Strip.

When he left the java joint, he mugged with a few supporters who recognized him and asked for selfies. Schiff obliged.

We got the former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' cast member and "Fashion Queens" star Friday at LAX, and had to get his take on the fallout after the rapper sounded off about Dwyane supporting his 12-year-old Zaya identifying as female.

Boosie said a few days after his verbal diarrhea on the subject, he was turned away from his Planet Fitness gym in McDonough, GA. The rapper claimed the manager is gay and refused to let him in, specifically because of his Zaya comments.

Now, if you wanna call that karma, Miss Lawrence is perfectly fine with that. He says don't feel bad for Boosie one bit, but he does offer the rapper a bit of advice.

Nikki Bella and Brie Bella have a lot to celebrate these days. Aside from the fact they're both pregnant, they're also both about to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame!!!

The Bella Twins were guests Friday night on “A Moment of Bliss” on SmackDown, where they and everyone else learned they were going to be 2020 inductees.

Nikki & Brie started their WWE careers in August 2008, and became hugely popular. Brie was the first to snag a championship, defeating Eve Torres to become WWE Divas Champion in April 2011. Nikki followed suit a year later ... crushing WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix.

The twins became pop culture icons, introducing a new generation of fans to wrestling ... especially with their reality shows, "Total Bellas" and “Total Divas,” as well as their YouTube channel, which boasts more than 2.6 million subscribers.

Both women are well along -- and close together -- in their pregnancies.

Aubrey Huff says there's going to be A LOT of bruises on Astros players' backs this year ... saying the punishment for their cheating scandal is going to be all-out bean wars in 2020!

"I would suggest a lot of those guys -- especially Altuve and Bregman -- wear bulletproof vests up to the plate all year long!" Huff tells TMZ Sports.

Of course, ZERO Houston players were punished for their roles in the 2017 cheating scandal ... and a LOT of people are pissed off about it.

So much so, Huff says pitchers will take matters into their own hands -- regardless of Rob Manfred's rulings -- and hit the Astros at the dish all season.

"Listen, you pay the piper," Huff says. "You reap what you sow. If you're going to go out there and cheat, you're going to get drilled."

As for Huff's thoughts on the Astros' scheme ... he says he's always down for some sign-stealing tricks, but he admits Houston just went way too far.

Kim Kardashian is the queen of birthday surprises, because she just took Jonathan Cheban's birthday cake to the next level, as in ... supersized snack!!!

Here's the deal ... Jonathan, or rather Foodgod, celebrated his 46th trip around the sun Friday, and had ordered up a cake from Divine Delicacies Cakes in Miami. Kim caught wind of it beforehand, called the bakery and requested a supersized version as a BIG surprise.

The final product is a sight to behold ... it stands a whopping 5 feet tall and is completely edible! Well, aside from the Swarovski crystals spelling out FOODGOD on top. Damn thing even glows in the dark with 24 karat gold accents.

Each layer of cake is a different flavor -- there's vanilla rum with dulce de leche, vanilla with vanilla bean custard, chocolate with chocolate buttercream, red velvet cream cheese, cookies and cream, guava cream cheese, coco and guava and Baileys. Ya full yet???

All told, the cake took 16 hours to complete and cost Kim about $10k.

Foodgod was caught completely off guard when he picked up his order, and the bakery even decorated the front entrance just for him.

Adrien Broner was just arrested and taken away by cops at the Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury weigh-in ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

30-year-old Broner -- who is no stranger to run-ins with the law -- was cuffed and hauled away by Las Vegas Metro police officers on Friday after Broner refused to leave the MGM Grand Garden.

Here's the deal ... back in November, AB was twice told he was NOT allowed to visit the property (it's unclear exactly why). Regardless of the warning, Broner showed up at the weigh-in.

We're told AB was asked to leave, but he ignored the request ... so hotel security detained him until police took over.

We're told Broner is being taken to the county jail ... where he will be processed ... before being released with a misdemeanor trespassing citation.

Broner (33-4-1) -- once considered one of the best boxers in the world.-- hasn't fought since losing to Manny Pacquiao in January 2019 and has been in the news for all the wrong reasons.

Dr. Phil has his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame now, and he's using the momentous occasion to thank some, and stick it to others ... including his own father!!!

The famed TV doctor was honored Friday by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, not only for all the years starring on his daytime talk show ... but for the many other hats in entertainment he wears, as well.

Dr. Phil says he obviously didn't get all this success by himself -- he specifically thanked his wife of nearly 44 years, Robin, numerous times -- and wished he could share the star with many others. Ya gotta see it though, 'cause of course he said it in a way only Phil could.

It wouldn't be a Dr. Phil speech, though, if he didn't share a story. This one was a shout-out to people who doubted him along the way, and he didn't hesitate to call out his dad. It's a mic drop moment, for sure.

Here's one of the craziest and most violent in-arena brawls EVER -- courtesy of some fans at Thursday night's L.A. Kings game.

The hometown squad was in a tight matchup with the Florida Panthers ... when one witness tells us he noticed a fight beginning to break out in the Staples Center lower bowl.

The scene is insane ... there's a woman throwing a FLURRY of right hands to start -- and then things get even crazier.

A shirtless man runs into the scrum with a flying left haymaker ... and then for some reason, a fan dumps popcorn all over the action!!!

It's all followed up by some more punching, pushing and shoving ... before in-arena security is FINALLY able to break it up.

We reached out to our law enforcement sources ... and they tell us it appears no one was arrested ... and say Staples security usually handles this on their own by ejecting fans.

Chris Tavarez, the actor from the Disney Channel hit "K.C. Undercover," is going to jail for several months for an alleged domestic violence incident, and that's after striking a plea deal.

According to the LA Superior Court ... the 27-year-old pled no contest to 1 count of felony domestic violence with a prior conviction. He's been sentenced to a suspended 5-year prison sentence but will only serve 300 days in county jail. He's also getting credit for 153 days already served.

That leaves him with a little less than 150 days behind bars. Tavares will also have to take a 52-week class on domestic violence awareness, and complete one year of an outpatient alcohol program.

TMZ broke the story ... Tavarez was busted back in November after allegedly flying into a rage during a fight with his GF, who suffered a concussion. As we reported, he had a prior conviction for a June 2017 spousal battery case .... so, it was a near certainty he'd get a jail sentence this time around.

Tavarez is best known for playing Darien on 'K.C.' ... which starred Zendaya.
