Tippin' good in the neighborhood ...

The entire staff at an Applebee's restaurant in Tampa Bay got hooked up fat on Christmas Eve ... and it was all thanks to a very generous Bucs player.

TB defensive tackle Sealver Siliga and some friends hit up Applebee's after losing to the Carolina Panthers earlier in the day -- but despite the L, we're told the guys couldn't have been nicer.

When the bill came (around 10pm), we're told Sealver asked the manager how many people were still working in the restaurant ... because he wanted to tip every person $100 (from the servers to dishwashers).

In total, Siliga dropped a cool $1,000 ... and made everyone's night.

How's that for a heartwarming Xmas story?!

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton had a pretty fancy XMAS eve.

Gwen and her 3 kids joined Blake for a church service in the City of Angels. Gwen's a devout Catholic who never misses a Christmas service.

The kids have something of an English flair. Blake, on the other hand, is country from head to toe.

Blake and Gwen have been together now going on 2 years. They have been rumblings of marriage, but nothing confirmed ... yet.

Vince McMahon already has a huge cheerleader supporting his bid to relaunch the XFL -- with ex-WWE superstar Torrie Wilson telling TMZ Sports the time to strike the NFL ... is now.

Wilson -- who spent nearly a decade working for the McMahon family biz -- says Vince has learned a lot from his first iteration of the pro football league ... and essentially says he won't fail twice.

Plus, with all the drama surrounding the NFL ... Torrie says, "If there's ever a time to do it, it might be now."

She also has a take on how the XFL should handle the national anthem -- Colin Kaepernick ain't gonna like it.

There's more ... if Vince does resurrect the league, Torrie says she wants a job!

It seems Danielle Bregoli has taken the words, "Tis better to give than to receive" to heart ... and her mom's Christmas is a lot merrier and brighter as a result.

The 'Cash Me Outside' girl, aka Bhad Bhabie, gave her mom the gift of debt relief ... presenting her with a $65,000 check to pay off her mortgage. Looks like Mama was genuinely touched by the generosity.

R&B star Tank could barely contain himself when he found out Mariah Carey is looking for a little New Year's Eve redemption.

We got Tank at LAX on XMAS Eve, and he chuckled uncontrollably when our photog told him Mariah was invited back on Dick Clark's New Year's Rocin' Eve ... this after her disastrous performance in 2016. We broke the story ... Mariah felt Dick Clark Productions sabotaged her to spike ratings. After threats of a lawsuit, they decided to come together for round 2.

Tank seems to have mad respect for Mariah ... they've both been in the same boat.

The plan was to ask NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns about everything from Kobe to LeBron ... maybe even Lonzo Ball.

But then our TMZ photog saw KAT walking out of Craig's in L.A. with his insanely attractive girlfriend -- and the plan fell apart in a big way.

Karl-Anthony's girlfriend is Kawahine Andrade -- a Hawaiian fitness model with a pretty fantastic Instagram page.

Eventually, our guy managed to get out a question to KAT (and he very nicely answered) ... but listening to our guy try to maintain focus is pretty hilarious.

BTW, Karl-Anthony and Kawahine gave been dating for at least a year. Cheers to you two!

Kimberley Garner is celebrating Christmas with the appropriate color, although you may not have noticed.

The swimwear designer and star of the reality TV series "Made in Chelsea" braved the warm Caribbean waters with perfect form ... she was also paddle boarding. The shots of her with a sunset backdrop are pretty damn incredible.

She did ok ... at times even standing on a very lucky paddle board

Heather Menzies-Urich who played Louisa von Trapp in the iconic film, "The Sound of Music," is dead.

Heather was 15-years-old when she was cast as Louisa von Trapp in the film which has become an all-time movie classic, which won 5 Oscars, including Best Picture.

The actress died on Christmas Eve, surrounded by family.

Her son, Ryan Urich, tells TMZ, "She was an actress, a ballerina and loved living her life to the fullest. She was not in any pain but, nearly 4 weeks after her diagnosis of terminal brain cancer, she had enough and took her last breath on this earth at 7:22 PM."

Heather's late husband, Robert Urich, was also an actor who starred in the TV show, "Vegas."

The year before being cast in "The Sound of Music," Heather, then 14, made her acting debut in the TV series, "The Farmer's Daughter."

She's survived by her 3 children, a bunch of grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Heather was 68. RIP

It might not snow in L.A. but bet your ass Nicole Williams still knows how to turn a beach into a winter wonderland.

The 'WAGS' star was struttin' her stuff on a beach in Santa Monica where she wore the hell out of a mesh one-piece from her Nia Lynn swim collection. This attire's quite the switch-up from what we're used to seeing her in -- usually very little to nothing at all ... not that we're complaining.

Oscar-winning songwriter Paul Williams would rather hear Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog and Fozzie Bear belt out Christmas songs than Bing Crosby ... because he wrote the tunes for the famous puppets!

Paul's career is legendary. He's penned tracks for everyone from the Carpenters to Barbra Streisand to Daft Punk ... even the Kermit the Frog banger "Rainbow Connection." He also scored "The Muppets Christmas Carol."

When we asked him what his favorite Xmas song this week at LAX ... Paul wasn't afraid to plug his own catalog, but more for nostalgic reasons that involve Muppets creator Jim Henson.

We also asked him if he'd ever work with Bieber, and Williams certainly didn't rule it out since they already have something in common.

Lainie Kazan had her big, fat Christmas Eve plans come to screeching halt after she was arrested Sunday for stealing food.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... The "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" star went to a Gelson's in the San Fernando Valley at 4PM and loaded her cart with $180 worth of groceries. We're told she put the food into several reusable bags and walked out to her car.

That's when someone from the store stopped her and cops were called. Our sources say her excuse for walking out without paying first ... she said she had no money on her.

Lainie was arrested for petty theft, handcuffed and taken to a police station where she was cited and released without bail.

Lainie's got decades of acting under her belt but burst onto the scene when she starred as the hilarious mom Maria Portokalos in the major hit 2002 Indie film.

We reached out to Lainie's rep ... so far no word back.

Kris Jenner's huge Khristmas Eve bash goes down Sunday night but the air could be filled with tension.

Sources close to the Kardashians tell TMZ ... Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend Younes Bendjima and her ex Scott Disick BOTH got invited to the shindig. We're told Kris wasn't in charge of the guest list this year ... the daughters handled it.

Thing is ... even though Scott's tight with Khloe, Kim and the rest of Klan, they're worried he may not be completely over Kourtney ... and a run-in with Younes could trigger some super uncomfortable moments.

Scott's been spending plenty of quality time with Sofia Richie, but the family's not convinced Kourtney's completely in his past. Still, they want him there even if it's a gamble.

It's unclear if Sofia got invited.

Eminem's daughter wished herself an early happy birthday ... and we feel the need to hit the gym.

Hailie Scott turns 22 on Christmas Day but posted this picture on Instagram ahead of her birthday with the caption, "Happy early birthday to me." Racy yet elegant all at the same time ... hard to pull off. Just like those abs!!!

She's all grown up since Em sang to 9-year-old Hailie and rolled her baby reel in the "Mockingbird" music video, which dropped back in 2005.
