TMZ Sports has learned the NBA superstar purchased an 18,717 square foot estate in Spring, Texas -- 30 miles from the Toyota Center where the Houston Rockets play.

Paul had been eyeing the mega-mansion for a while but finally closed on the place in October. It was originally listed for $8 MILLION ... but we're told CP3 got a good deal on it.

Besides the 14 toilets ... the home has 9 bedrooms, a 6-car garage and is on an exclusive Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. Don't worry, we're told the home is in a private gated community.

Paul has reportedly made more than $186 million in his NBA career -- so ... this ain't nothing for him.

The rapper commissioned a custom piece to honor his boy, Capital STEEZ, who at 19 committed suicide on Christmas Eve 5 years ago. We're told JB hit up celebrity jeweler Mr. Flawless a few months back to make the piece that features 14k gold and VVS diamonds. Final price ... around $50k.

The tedious process included sculpting Capital's face in gold ... a 2-month job. The back features the hip-hop Pro Era group logo "47" ... of which Bada$$ is a member and Capital founded.

Stan Lee's checking account is $300k light, and cops are on the hunt for the perp who swiped the cash ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the Marvel Comics legend filed a report with Beverly Hills PD Tuesday after one of Stan's business partners discovered the money had been withdrawn without his knowledge. After some digging, it was discovered a $300k check was written to a merchandising company, Hands of Respect, for a "loan."

Sources tell us neither Stan or his money managers wrote or authorized the transaction, and Bev Hills PD is investigating the case as a check forgery.

We're told Stan's people believe this might be an inside job -- someone within the foundation wrote the check in an attempt to keep the cash themselves.

Donald Trump certainly isn't a fan of the NFL, but that doesn't mean NFL fans don't like him ... at least not when it comes to scooping up a Donnie-themed Fantasy Football trophy.

Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson are under fire for their Grammy winning single, "Uptown Funk" by a rap group who claims the song is just way too similar to their 70s hit.

A female rap trio named The Sequence released the single "Funk You Up" in 1979 ... a hit that was the third rap song ever to reach Billboard's Top 50 Singles. In court docs, obtained by TMZ, the group claims Mars' hit has "significant and substantially similar compositional elements" of "Funk You Up."

Mars and Ronson have faced several lawsuits stemming from the single ... most recently in September.

The Sequence is asking for a jury trial and unspecified amount of money from Mars -- and songwriter Ronson -- who penned the track.

Target has apologized and vows to remove an anti-Semitic expansion pack of the popular game Cards Against Humanity from its shelves.

A customer on Twitter discovered his local store selling the CAH "Chosen People Pack" ... which featured cards with inscriptions like, "Torturing Jews until they say they're not Jews anymore," and "The part of Anne Frank's diary where she talks about her vagina."

The posting caused immediate backlash, Target responded with, "We are aware of this extended card pack of the game Cards Against Humanity and are in the process of removing it from our stores. We apologize for any disappointment as it is never our intention to offend our guests with the products we carry."

Cards Against Humanity is known as a game that tests social and conversational boundaries.

LaLa Anthony is kissing 2017 and her up and downs with estranged hubby Carmelo goodbye ... and ready to welcome 2018 by looking super hot.

LaLa posted the pic Friday, looking stunning by the ocean in Cabo. Unclear who she's on the trip with or who took the pic -- but it likely wasn't Melo -- who's been hard at work with The Oklahoma City Thunder.

2:39 PM PT -- Heather has since filed her own emergency petition for custody ... in it, she asks the judge demand Nick submit to drug testing. She also claims Nick hosts a variety of high stakes poker games at his home with strangers coming and going, making it unsafe for their daughter.

Finally ... Heather mentions a photo Nick posted on his Instagram account in which she claims cocaine can be seen on a table next to one of his friends -- another sign his home is a dangerous environment.

A judge has not yet ruled on Heather's petition.

Nick Cassavetes was just denied an emergency custody petition he'd requested in hopes of getting his daughter back.

A judge in Oklahoma ruled Friday that there was insufficient evidence to justify Nick's daughter was in danger ... and therefore no reason to grant Nick his emergency petition for custody.

TMZ broke the story ... "The Notebook" director claims his estranged wife, Heather Wahlquist, is hiding their 13-year-old daughter, Barbie, from him ... and they've been on the run for the last month.

Cassavetes has filed a crime report claiming Heather is violating their custody arrangement and has effectively stolen Barbie from him.

One of "Million Dollar Listings" newest additions, Tracy Tutor-Maltas, has filed for divorce ... and by all signs, it's totally amicable.

In docs filed Thursday in Los Angeles, Tutor-Maltas cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason her 13-year-marriage with Jason Maltas has come to an end. She's asking for both joint legal and physical custody of their two daughters.

Tutor-Maltas is also asking the judge not to award spousal support to either Jason or herself.

It appears the two had a prenup in place.

Nas claims Kelis has been anything but accommodating when it comes to giving him time with their 8-year-old son ... and he's asking a judge to help him out.

Nas calls Kelis "hostile" in court docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming he's tried for months to work out an amicable agreement for sharing their son Knight ... and Kelis just won't cooperate.

He's asking a judge for Knight on the first, third and fifth weekend of each month from Friday after school through Monday morning.

Nas claims Kelis has dictated when, where and for how long he's able to spend time with his son ... and he's had enough.

Sam and the "13 Reasons Why" star grabbed some lunch during the trip to Brandon's family home for the holidays.
