Golden Globes nominees James Franco, Tracee Ellis Ross, Kyle MacLachlan aren't waiting around 'til Sunday's award show to start partying.

W Magazine held their Golden Globes pre-party at Chateau Marmont Thursday night and it brought out some big celebs.

Justin Hartley, whose show "This Is Us" is nominated for a Best Television Drama Series, showed up with his new wife. Kate Beckinsale, Salma Hayek, Jim Belushi, Cody Simpson, Selma Blair, Candace Cameron Bure and Mena Suvari were there too.

Gotta hand it to the East Coasters Tommy Hilfiger and Patriots owner Robert Kraft for making it out of town during the bomb cyclone. Must've been a helluva party.

Jaden Smith on a surfboard was like a newborn giraffe taking its first steps... wobbly as hell but gets the job done.

Jaden's out in Hawaii on vacation with little sis Willow ... and both suited up to hit the waves. Jaden's no stranger to the adrenaline rush. Who else is down to jump out of a plane at 15?

He's shaky at first on the board but no doubt he'll master the art of surfing. And check out Willow ... posing like a strong contender to land the cover of Surfer magazine.

Paris Hilton's new fiance has been relegated to precious cargo No. 2 -- he was left eating dust after Paris and her $2 million engagement ring jumped into a waiting SUV.

Laura Govan is not the "whore" you're looking for, Tamar Braxton ... this according to Laura, who seems to have a strong suspicion about who started the rumor Vincent Herbert got her knocked up.

First things first ... Laura wanted to make it clear she is NOT pregnant. When we got her at LAX Thursday she admitted she does know Tamar's estranged husband, but clarified she doesn't know him "that way."

Remember, Tamar claimed Vincent had gotten some "stupid broke ass whore" pregnant. Then Laura's ex, Gilbert Arenas, jumped into the mix and strongly insinuated Laura was said whore.

French Montana clearly harbors no ill will or hard feelings after his breakup with Khloe Kardashian, because he couldn't be happier she's having a baby.

We got French Thursday night in West Hollywood at Poppy, and he didn't hesitate to express his joy over Khloe's pregnancy.

French and Khloe started dating in May 2014 and it lasted only a few months. It looks like he's starting to date Evelyn Lozada.

Khloe's due in early April.

Pats' owner Robert Kraft was chattin' with TMZ Sports and hanging with fans hours before ESPN published a report about alleged issues with Tom Brady and Bill Belichick ... but Kraft didn't seem worried.

In fact, he was smiling and letting a hotel valet take pics with his Super Bowl ring at Chateau Marmont on the Sunset Strip ... and endorsing Steph Curry and Diddy as future NFL owners.

Of course, over in Bristol, ESPN was finalizing a report alleging a fractured relationship between Brady, Belichick and Kraft ... and questioning if the legendary dynasty has reached "the beginning of the end."

As for the report, ESPN essentially says the 3 are having major disagreements over Tom Brady's personal trainer, Belichick's coaching style and the future of the Patriots franchise.

Kraft obviously knew the report was coming ... but didn't seem fazed one bit.

Jesse Williams is better at playing doctor than he is at soccer, because he could barely keep up in a pickup game with a bunch of Brazilian kids half his size.

Sources close to Paris and her fiance, Chris Zylka, tell us they've had 24/7 security shadowing them -- and specifically the ring -- ever since he put a ring on it last weekend.

We're told Paris feels it's best to have someone on guard at all times because of the rash of celeb burglaries this past year ... including the jewelry heist at her aunt Kyle Richards' house. There's also the Paris ordeal her former BFF, Kim Kardashian, endured.

Our sources say Paris already has around the clock security at her home. The ring squad is always with her and that rock, but they're in street clothes ... so it's not so obvious.

Henry Winkler's no fan of President Trump, but he's not celebrating Trump's new war with adviser-turned-enemy, Steve Bannon ... instead, he's gravely concerned about it.

We got the Fonz at LAX Wednesday, and asked what he thought of the legal jockeying and mudslinging over Bannon's remarks in Michael Wolff's book, 'Fire and Fury.' He thinks the former allies are playing games, but the only people they're actually hurting are American citizens.

Hess says Gates is getting out on parole, and his release conditions include mandatory supervision and no possession of firearms.

Rep. Adam Schiff says it's surprising Jeff Sessions nixed Obama-era rules letting states deal with legal marijuana on their own terms ... because the Trump team claims to be all about states' rights.

The California Congressman stopped just short of calling the Attorney General a hypocrite when we got him leaving Capitol Hill Thursday ... but made it clear he disagrees with Sessions' pot policy.

Harvey Weinstein's not hanging out in L.A. preparing to crash a 'Golden Globes' party this weekend ... because he's still hundreds of miles away.

Rumors started circulating online Thursday the notorious producer had made his way back to Hollywood and was staying at a Beverly Hills hotel where press for the awards show was being done ... but it's not true.

TMZ's obtained a photo of Weinstein -- which we're told was taken around 4 PM Thursday in Arizona -- and word is ... he's not planning on going anywhere anytime soon.

A few actors -- including Rosanna Arquette and Ellen Barkin -- posted messages earlier suggesting Weinstein was in town ... and expressing disapproval.
