Meghan Markle Bro's Fiancee Arrested For Alleged NYE Assault
Meghan Markle's not the only one in her family planning a wedding -- but her half-brother's might be on hold after his fiancee got busted for assaulting him.
Darlene Blount was arrested in Oregon Sunday night -- just before midnight, actually -- after what cops describe as a booze-fueled altercation. Blount was booked for 4th degree assault about 4 hours into 2018. Happy new year!
Darlene is engaged to Thomas Markle, Meghan's half-brother. They have the same father, but don't appear to be close anymore. Thomas told the Daily Mail -- which first reported the arrest -- he hasn't seen Meghan since 2011 when she moved to take her role in "Suits."
We're guessing this probably hurts Thomas and Darlene's shot at a royal wedding invitation. Just a guess.

Drag Queen Courtney Act Mothertucker!!! Loses Skirt on Live TV
UK Celebrity Big Brother fans got an eyeful of famed drag queen Courtney Act Friday night on live TV ... as her skirt suddenly tore away during her big entrance.
The show's debut -- always a huge event on English TV -- was airing on BBC when Court strolled down a grand staircase, and then shockingly lost it all. With no underwear for safety, the broadcast cut away to a super-wide overhead camera angle ... while Courtney scrambled for the skirt.

Courtney, whose real name is Shane Jenek, picked up, carried on and entered the BB house ... and is now quarantined.
Awesome ice breaker for the first house meeting!

Paz de la Huerta Psychotherapist Records Trigger Lawsuit
6:05 PM PT -- A Weinstein rep tells TMZ, "It's insanity to suggest that Harvey Weinstein had any involvement in this."
The law firm Paz de la Huerta fired in the Harvey Weinstein case is now going after another lawyer who allegedly tried to steal the Weinstein case and compromise de la Huerta's rights by attempting to get copies of her psychotherapist records under false pretenses.
Tensor Law claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a lawyer named Michael Rubin contacted Paz shortly after her allegations against Weinstein became public. He allegedly said he was a victims' rights attorney who could help her more than anyone, but one thing he needed was her medical records.
The suit claims Rubin browbeat de la Huerta to fire Tensor Law, which she did. The suit says de la Huerta did not give Rubin the records, and now Tensor Law says Rubin was up to no good from the get-go -- he was trying to make de la Huerta waive her right to keep the records secret.
The suit does not specifically claim Rubin was working for Weinstein ... Tensor Law says Rubin was either working for Weinstein or felt he would get rewarded by Weinstein if he produced results for him.
The suit also claims Rubin went to the Manhattan District Attorney to try to convince prosecutors not to criminally charge Weinstein.
Tensor claims ... because the firm was fired it missed out on tens of millions of dollars in potential contingency fees that would have been generated from lawsuits against Weinstein for allegedly raping de la Huerta and getting her fired from "Boardwalk Empire." The firm says there were other suits as well.
The NYPD is currently investigating de la Huerta's allegations.

Logan Paul On the Run ...
Logan Paul's a man on the run, and not only from controversy.
The shamed YouTube star was out jogging Friday in L.A. -- the first time he's been seen in public since posting the controversial video of a dead body in Japan's Suicide Forest.
Logan was decked out in his Maverick clothing line, but even THAT'S gotten him in trouble. As we reported, another company, Maverick Apparel is threatening to sue him, claiming he's damaging its good name with his tasteless video stunts.
You can run, but ... y'know.

Russ Governors Ball Dissed 2 Chainz ... But It's Just Politics
Russ thinks 2 Chainz deserves higher placement on the Governors Ball 2018 poster, for sure, but he also thinks it's no big deal ... as long as they don't do it to him, too.
The rapper was at LAX Thursday when we asked him about 2 Chainz going off about being on the 9th line -- under 24 other artists -- on the festival's lineup. He agrees it's not fair to treat a legend that way.
Russ says Chainz shouldn't take it to heart though, because poster politics are complicated and name placement doesn't really mean much.
Then again, it's easy for Russ to say ... he's 2 lines higher on the poster than 2 Chainz!

Katie Nolan Warned, Not Suspended by ESPN ... For Trump Attack
ESPN will NOT suspend Katie Nolan after she called Donald Trump a "f**king stupid person" on VICELAND's "Desus & Mero" talk show on Wednesday ... a rep for the network tells TMZ Sports.
"We have looked into the totality of Nolan’s comments, they were inappropriate and we have addressed it with her," the rep said.
The diss came during a discussion about hand gestures associated with white supremacists ... with Katie saying Trump uses the thumbs-up emoji simply because he's "stupid."
She also appeared to use another offensive word to describe Trump, but that word was bleeped out of the broadcast.
The incident comes after SC6 host Jemele Hill was suspended 2 weeks for violating the network's social media policy.

Paul Haggis Accused of Sexual Misconduct by 4 Women ... 2 Claim Rape
Paul Haggis -- the Oscar-winning director and writer of "Crash" -- is being accused of sexual misconduct by 4 different women ... including 2 rapes.
Haggis was sued in December for allegedly raping film publicist Haleigh Breest in 2013 at his apartment after a movie premiere. Haggis denied the claims and countersued ... alleging she tried to score a $9 million settlement out of it.
Still, Breest's suit reportedly led to 3 new women coming forward with their own claims of sexual misconduct -- one similarly accusing Haggis of forcing her to perform oral sex then raping her.
Haggis had previously said he's used to defending himself against 'false allegations' because he's a notable critic of Scientology. He famously left the church in 2009 ... and appeared in the 2015 documentary 'Going Clear' about his experience.
We've reached out to Haggis' team ... so far no word back.
Paris Hilton Palms Casino Loves You ... Take a Piece of Our Sign!!!
Paris Hilton and the Palms Casino in Vegas have a very special relationship ... so it's fitting they're both looking forward to a big 2018.
The Palms put up a congratulatory shout-out to Paris on their marquee this week in honor of her recent engagement to Chris Zylka ... and also plans to gift her a piece of its iconic sign when it gets replaced later this year, as part of a $485 mil property renovation.
So, why all the love? Well, Hilton's been with the hotel and casino since day 1 -- she opened it in 2001 while wearing a million-dollar dress made of casino chips.
We're told because Paris is part of Palms' history ... Palms wanted part of its history to be with her. Oh, and it says if she needs a place to celebrate her bachelorette party ... "our door is always open for you."

Louis C.K. Comes Up Clean in FX Probe For Sexual Misconduct
Louis C.K. did not commit any acts of sexual misconduct during his time at FX ... according to the network's own investigation, anyway.
FX CEO John Landgraf told reporters Friday they "did not find any issues, complaints or incidents of misconduct of any kind in the 8 years we worked together." FX quickly cut ties with C.K. in November right after his accusers came forward to The New York Times, and the comic copped to the allegations.
FX yanked his production deals on "Better Things," "Baskets," "One Mississippi" and "The Cops."
Landgraf was speaking at the Television Critics Association's conference when he added his network "had no awareness" of C.K.'s pattern of sexual harassment before the Times article.
Considering C.K. admitted the claims were true, it seems FX's investigation was more to protect itself legally.

Rob Gronkowski Roasts Tom Brady You're Nothing Without Me!
Not even Tom Brady was spared from Rob Gronkowski's comedy crosshairs in his Showtime stand-up special ... with the Patriots tight end joking TB12 would be a Super Bowl loser without Gronk!
It's all in good fun ... but still pretty funny to hear Gronk take on Brady during his set in "Unsportsmanlike Comedy with Rob Gronkowski," which debuts Friday.
Among the highlights ... Gronk says he's never been to Tom's mansion, clowns Tom's diet and jokes about maybe playing until he's 40 one day, just like Tom.
Timing couldn't be better, right?

'Deadpool' Star Morena Baccarin Settles Custody War with Ex-Husband
Morena Baccarin won a big victory in her custody war ... she's settled up with her ex-husband after a nasty fight, and he's agreed to move to New York rather than fight to keep their child in L.A.
Director Austin Chick filed for divorce in 2015, this after Morena began dating actor Ben McKenzie. She became pregnant around the same time divorce docs were filed.
The couple divorced, but were not able to resolve their custody and property issues. Austin wanted to stay in L.A. with their 4-year-old son but she wanted to live in New York for professional reasons. She had been filming "Gotham" which was shot in NYC.
According to the new settlement, Morena can stay in New York with their son and Austin will move there. They will share custody.
We've learned Morena agreed to pay 1 more year of support to Austin at a rate of $5,000 a month. She'll also pay him $3,500 a month in child support.

Kim Kardashian Top O' the Morning!!!
Kim Kardashian's Friday morning got off to a racy start ... not that we're complaining.
Kim posted this topless photo with her ass nearly all out in all its glory. She captioned the photo, "Rise & Grind." If you needed a little motivation to kick-start the weekend, here it is. Our guess is it'll wanna keep you tucked in bed.
Not sure what's up with the glow in the pic (ceiling mirror?) or how those sheets stay so crisp so early in the morning ... or why we're still typing for that matter.

Fetty Wap's Baby Mama Gives Birth 3 Months Early 1-Lb. Baby Placed in Incubator
Fetty Wap's baby mama is mostly out of the woods after giving birth 3 months early to a baby girl.
Alexis Skyy gave birth to Alayia, who has been placed in an incubator after reportedly weighing a little over 1 pound at birth. Alayia is stable according to The Shade Room. We're told Fetty was by Alexis' side the whole time and he's still with her at the hospital.
Alexis underwent a C-section after her water broke early Tuesday. She's reportedly also doing fine. This is Alexis' first baby and at least Fetty's fourth. He has 1 more on the way with a different baby mama.
Fetty, a premature baby himself, didn't seem worried based on the video they posted earlier this week.

Jake Paul Drops N-Word in Freestyle Rap
Disney Channel star Jake Paul, Logan's little brother, is pretty comfortable using the n-word -- he dropped it at least twice during a freestyle rap.
TMZ obtained this video of the "Bizaardvark" star hanging with friends late at night near Palm Springs during Coachella weekend 2015. Jake was freestyling over Rae Sremmurd's "Throw Sum Mo" beat, and early in the video, around 7 seconds, he raps something about ... "little ass n***as."
Later he says, "I whip it like my n***a Richie Vetter, he make the pu**y so wet it gets wetter."
A source connected to Jake tells us the 20-year-old isn't racist. It's interesting he was rapping over a Rae Sremmurd track ... since the source pointed out Jake just did a collab with Slim Jxmmi for Jake's Christmas album.
Jake's big brother Logan is, of course, dealing with a huge backlash after posting video of a dead body, and has issued two apologies.
Our Jake source says the actor and YouTube sensation has matured a lot since this video was shot.
We reached out to Jake's reps for comment, but so far no word back.

'Fixer Upper' Star Joanna Gaines Ultrasound Possible Cause for Concern
"Fixer Upper" stars Chip and Joanna Gaines may have reason for concern over their unborn child ... and it centers around their ultrasound.
Joanna posted video of the ultrasound Wednesday after the couple announced they'd soon be welcoming their fifth kid. "Fixer Upper" fans speculated something was wrong with the images, because of excess fluid around the fetus. They've been commenting that the condition appears to mimic hydrops fetalis, a sometimes fatal condition.
Radiologist Nicole Saphier -- who has extensive experience in interpreting ultrasounds -- tells us there does appear to be skin edema (excess fluid in the skin). But Dr. Saphier is quick to add, although the ultrasound gives cause for concern, it's not conclusive. She says she'd need to see the whole ultrasound to determine if excess fluid is present in additional cavities such as the heart, lungs or abdomen.
We reached out to reps for the couple ... so far, no word back.
