Senator Marco Rubio says despite the fact Oprah is rich and famous ... Trump's more famous and he'd beat her in a head-to-head 2020 election.

We got the Republican Senator Monday at Reagan National Airport and he conceded Oprah is loved by millions, but running for President is a whole other Oprah. He says once she starts taking positions, lots of people who liked her are likely to bail.

Frances McDormand's Golden Globes speech was mistakenly bleeped because staff working the show thought for sure she was about to curse ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the Globes tell TMZ ... McDormand was bleeped three times during the live broadcast because the production team was on "high-alert" and anticipating swear words that would violate FCC rules. We're told the show errs on the conservative side when it comes to bleeping live award shows because of the family audience.

So, what did you miss? The show ended up censoring words like "Fox Searchlight" and "tectonic shift" ... however you clearly heard Frances say "shite" on the live East coast feed.

When the show was rebroadcast for the West coast, "shite" was bleeped and the 3 other censors were removed.

Kanye West provided a little joy in a fan's final hours ... chatting with and rapping for her before she died.

We're told Kanye recently became aware of a young fan who was battling cancer. The fan's family tried hard to get in touch with him because the pre-teen was a huge fan, and last week -- when word reached Kanye, he jumped at the chance to connect.

Kanye FaceTimed the girl last week. They talked for awhile and the girl then asked Kanye to rap, "I Love Kanye" -- her favorite song. He was more than happy to oblige.

LeBron James ain't havin' none of that racist H&M clothing ad featuring a black kid in a sweatshirt that reads, "Coolest Monkey in the Jungle" ... telling the clothing company, "U got us all wrong!"

After stars like Diddy and The Weeknd blasted the company for the insanely racially-insensitive ad -- King James weighed in with the most positive (yet condemning) statement yet.

Bella was spotted pumping gas Monday in Bev Hills rockin' some "dad" sneakers that are kinda making a comeback right now. They're Balenciaga's Triple S Trainers -- which retail for $850. Apparently, overly expensive and ugly is in right now.

Bella was seen trying on a pair of Triple S Trainers last month in London, which looked similar to what she's got on now. If they are the same kicks, she's definitely putting them to good use.

Kathy Griffin's drawing a line in her court battle with her neighbor ... and it has to do with the infamous Trump beheading image.

Kathy filed docs in the ongoing war with Jeffrey Mezger, asking the court to block him from dragging her comedy act into their court case. According to the docs, Mezger wants Kathy's act -- including the photo of her holding the "bloodied" Trump head -- to be used as exhibits.

Kathy says it's a blatant attempt to turn the case into a trial about her personality ... rather than focusing on the threats Mezger allegedly hurled at Kathy and her boyfriend.

In addition, Kathy says her home security cameras -- which Mezger complains invade his privacy -- are not hidden, and incapable of capturing any of Mezger's private conversations ... as he claimed. The judge ruled that Kathy can't use her security footage.

Senator Orrin Hatch gave us a big surprise Monday ... he said he'd like to sit down with Oprah and help her if she decides to run for President in 2020.

We got the Utah Senator -- who's retiring this year -- at Reagan National Airport in D.C., and he seemed gleeful about the Presidential buzz following Oprah's Golden Globes speech.

Mind you ... Hatch is the longest-serving Republican in the Senate, who has been super conservative over the years.

Hatch goes as far as to say she'd be a serious candidate if she handles things properly. It's interesting ... he was more overtly supportive of Oprah running than Elizabeth Warren, who deflected the question.

Drake and Zoë Kravitz partied like it's 2013, getting all handsy and rekindling an old flame ... or so it seems.

OVO and Zoë were together at Netflix's Golden Globes party Sunday night, and it wasn't hard to tell they have some history. They had their arms around each other at one point. When they weren't chatting ... Drake was doing his thing behind the turntables as Zoë danced along to Wizkid's "Show You The Money."

Mattel played some dirty pool to get a popular reality show about toys on the air ... so claims a jilted production company in a new lawsuit.

Herrick Productions is suing the toy giant claiming Mattel strung them along with meetings about a show called, "Playmakers," but ultimately kicked them to the curb to produce "The Toy Box" ... which is now on ABC.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, HP says Mattel stole its concept of having inventors pitch their toys to child judges. Mattel would then manufacture the toy. It's eerily similar to the 'Toy Box' premise featuring a panel of child judges and the winning toy is produced and distributed by Mattel.

HP says it had numerous meetings with Mattel execs, but the toy company ultimately didn't move forward due to financial concerns -- and said it would get back to HP when things changed.

Senator Elizabeth Warren loves Oprah Winfrey for sure, but it's apparent she's not ready to throw her support behind O for a 2020 Presidential run.

Abel -- who launched his own line with H&M last year -- posted a message about the tasteless ad, saying, "woke up this morning shocked and embarrassed by this photo. i'm deeply offended and will not be working with H&M anymore ..."

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian teamed up with a renowned designer to create the masterpiece that is now their Hidden Hills home ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... Kanye's a huge fan of Axel Vervoordt's work, so he sought him out and convinced him to help design their mansion. We're told Kim gave Kanye the reins ... and he collaborated with Axel on nearly every aspect of the house.

As for the design ... it's what's come to be expected with Kanye -- VERY minimal ... much like their recently sold Bel-Air mansion. The partnership makes sense too -- Vervoordt's known for minimalist interiors "infused with a serene sense of history and timelessness."

Our sources say Kim and Kanye's new home features other signature styles too ... like tonal colors and every piece of furniture being custom made.

As we reported ... all the remodeling and attention to detail's paid off, because the home is valued at $60 million -- $20 mil more than what they put into it.

Blac Chyna says leaving the Kardashians is like leaving Scientology ... they make your life hell.

Chyna just filed legal docs in her lawsuit against Kim, Kris and Rob, claiming they sabotaged the reality show, "Rob & Chyna."

Chyna says in her docs, "The unwritten rule no one told (her) when she began her relationship with Kardashian is that the entire family will come after you if you leave, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show cancelled (despite great ratings), spreading lies about you, and even funding a bogus lawsuit about a crumbled gingerbread house."

She goes on to say the family was intent on destroying her career so she would not compete with them commercially or on social media.

The Kardashians have asked the judge to throw the case out, saying the reason the show was canceled was Chyna's fault because she got a restraining order against Rob prohibiting them from having any interaction.

12:00 PM PT -- Cops say Courtney's disappearance was caused by a bad reaction to medications, according to The Daily Beast.

"She has ongoing confusion and memory problems Monday afternoon, does not know where she spent Sunday evening, and has bumps and bruises."

Sports reporter Courtney Roland has been found in Texas -- and is now being hospitalized after being reported missing early Sunday morning.

The search for Roland went viral after the woman's friend said she got a text from Courtney saying she believed she was being followed by a suspicious man who tailed her out of a Walgreens.

Tons of famous people helped spread the word ... from Dana White to Peter King.

Now, the Houston PD has confirmed Roland was found ... saying, "A passerby called us about 8:15am, stating Ms. Roland was under an overpass at the 610 West Loop at Richmond."

"Our officers arrived, confirmed it was her and arranged she be checked at an area hospital."

"She appears unharmed."
