Vin Diesel stiffed the producer of the latest chapter of his 'xXx' movies ... according to a new lawsuit filed against the movie star.

George Zakk says he was hired as an executive producer for "xXx: The Return of Xander Cage" ... which was released in January 2017. Zakk says he was supposed to get an on-screen credit for his work on the film, plus a salary of $200k.

However, he says when the movie was released he got no credit, nor was he paid a dime.

Zakk had sued Vin for this before the movie came out, but the judge sent him packing ... saying the lawsuit lacked necessary details.

For those ready to hop on the Oprah for President train -- even though she hasn't announced she's running -- the time is now to make it official by scooping up some merch to wear or plaster on your car.

TMZ did a quick search for Oprah 2020 gear online and found so many items for sale already -- hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, tanks, buttons, coffee mugs, bumper stickers, pencils, glassware, handmade bags and then some!

Some of the clothing items even suggest a running mate for O ... Tom Hanks!

Product demand's only going to increase as the hype around an Oprah candidacy does, so get 'em while they're hot.

"Deadpool" star Morena Baccarin became single at a price.

We got the property settlement agreement between Baccarin and ex-hubby Austin Chick, and there were a lot of spoils to divide. For starters, Austin gets their home in New York City, while Morena gets their homes in Brazil and Los Angeles.

The documents say Morena makes more than $90k a month, and Austin pulls in $1,375 a month.

And ... she gets the 2001 Lexus!!!

Morena, who also starred in "Homeland," gets lots of residuals, and they're fair game for Austin. They agreed that some of the residuals, including the ones for "Deadpool" and Season 1 of "Gotham," will be split.

When all the dust settles, to make things square Morena agreed to cut a check to Austin for $406k.

As for custody -- which was the major bone of contention -- TMZ broke the story 4-year-old Julius can live with Morena in NYC. Austin was trying to block the move, but in the end he's agreed to move to the Big Apple. She's paying $3,500 a month in child support and he gets $5k in spousal support for a year.

The agreement provides that neither will trash the other in front of their kid.

Nas and Kelis have found common ground in their custody dispute over their 8-year-old son.

According to court docs, the exes hammered out specific dates where Nas will have custody of Knight for weekends. Dad gets four full weekends over January, February and March. Nas' weekend visits will begin immediately after school on Fridays ... thru Sunday night, or Monday night, if it's a 3-day weekend.

As we reported, Nas was complaining that Kelis was making it difficult for him to spend extended time with their son.

The new agreement also requires both parents to use their "best efforts to not popularize [Knight] in social media."

Pamela Anderson is pleading with you all -- if you're gonna ride Uber/Lyft, keep an eye out and don't do it alone.

Pamela doubled down on her apprehension for ride-hail apps like Uber and Lyft ... claiming they're a haven for predators. She went on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to promote the buddy system.

An NBC exec who oversees the E! television network is calling BS on Debra Messing and others who have criticized E! for paying a female anchor less than her male counterpart.

Frances Berwick, who oversees E! and other lifestyle brands, just came out publicly and drew a line in the sand ... saying it's absolutely appropriate to pay different people different salaries.

Catt Sadler quit E! after learning her counterpart on E! News, Jason Kennedy, was making double what she made.

You'll recall on Sunday Messing challenged Giuliana Rancic, saying Catt got a raw deal.

Berwick told TV critics Tuesday, "There is a lot of misinformation out there. Catt Sadler and Jason Kennedy had different roles and therefore different salaries. Catt was focused on daytime. Jason Kennedy is on prime, evening news, plus red carpet."

She went on ... "Our employees' salaries are based on their roles and their expertise, regardless of gender. So we wish Catt well, but I hope that sets the record straight on that."

Newsflash for Rich the Kid's road manager -- urine big trouble ... but he probably knows that already because he got busted at LAX after a bathroom-related incident on the flight.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the rapper allegedly got up to use the bathroom moments after his American Airlines flight touched down Tuesday in L.A., but before it reached the gate.

We're told flight attendants told Rich he needed to sit back down while they were taxiing, but he refused and then his road manager got involved. He allegedly got into an argument with flight attendants and threatened, "I will cut your head off."

Police met both men at the gate, and RtK posted video of the interaction, claiming he'd been racially profiled. Rich was not arrested, but his road manager was booked for misdemeanor criminal threats.

American Airlines denies any racial profiling went down.

That's must've been what these two steeds were thinking when they were released from their stalls in Howell, Michigan -- covered in horsey coats, no less -- into some deep snow.

They didn't make it more than 20 feet before realizing how cold it was ... and then bolting back inside.

We're guessing these sturdy stallions come from Mister Ed or BoJack Horseman's family tree ... as opposed to Trigger or Little Blackie's lineage.

Bam Margera's going to knock out a couple entertainment gigs in L.A., and then start trying to get a handle on his life ... TMZ has learned.

Bam's mom, April Margera, tells us ... the plan is for him to head to a California rehab facility Friday, after he fulfills the commitment he made to shoot a TV show on Wednesday and Thursday.

April says she and Bam's father researched rehab centers to help their son pick the right one. Bam's wife, Nicole, is also lending a hand, but we're told Johnny Schillereff -- Bam's pal and CEO of Element Skateboards -- has taken the reins in getting him help.

We're told "Dr. Phil" reached out to Margera Monday after we broke the news friends and fam were trying to get Bam help, but he turned it down.

Bam's mom tells us there's no timetable for his rehab stint -- they'll just see how he responds.

After his DUI arrest, we're told the first thing Bam said was he wants to be there for his wife and their newborn son, Phoenix.

1/10/18 -- Simmons tells us, "I vehemently deny all these allegations. These horrific accusations have shocked me to my core. I am blessed to have shared extraordinary relationships, whether through work or love, with many great women; and I have enormous respect for the women's movement worldwide and their struggle for respect, dignity, equality and power."

He continues, "I am devastated by any reason I may have given anyone to say or think of me in the ways that are currently being described. The presumption of innocent until proven guilty must not be replaced by 'Guilty by Accusation.'"

Russell Simmons has 2 more rape allegations to deal with, because we've learned 2 women have gone to police and filed criminal complaints ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the two women filed police reports with the NYPD late last month, alleging the music mogul raped them in 1983 and 1991, respectively.

One of those women is Sherri Hines, who appeared on Megyn Kelly's show in December. She told cops Simmons raped her at his office in '83 ... which jibes with what she said on the show.

The other woman -- who remains anonymous -- claims Simmons raped her at his Manhattan residence after they'd gone out on a date in '91. She was 32 at the time, and alleges he tried taking off her dress while sitting on a couch, and then pushed her down and forcibly raped her when she rejected his advances.

The total number of women accusing Simmons of sexual misconduct was 13 -- the anonymous woman makes it 14. Russell has denied all previous claims against him -- and, as we've reported, he even took and passed a polygraph in an attempt to refute at least one of the allegations.

The NYPD is already investigating Simmons for at least 7 claims of sexual misconduct.

Oprah Winfrey better pony up the dough if she wants to own Oprah2020.com for her possible presidential run ... because the dude who's got it wants a huge chunk o' change to unload it.

We spoke to the guy who bought the domain around 2 years ago in 2016 who tells us it came cheap -- but he's willing to sell it for a whole lot more -- at least 6 figures.

The man tells us he bought the domain when he realized Donald Trump had the potential to upset Hillary Clinton. Figuring another huge celeb could run in the future, he put his money on Oprah and pounced.

While the owner of the domain says he's yet to be contacted by anyone from Oprah's team to buy it ... he's all ears.

And if you're wondering, the guy says Oprah's got a chance for his vote, too. Get ready, Donald.

Donald Trump says he's not worried about Oprah running for President in 2020, because if she does he'd kick her butt.

Trump reacted Tuesday to a groundswell of interest in a Winfrey candidacy, saying he doesn't think she'll pull the trigger and run, but if she does he'd beat her.

Anna, her boyfriend Michael Barrett and her son, Jack, hit up Disneyland Sunday for a fun family outing. Jack hopped on Michael's shoulders for a ride (Jack's getting used to that by now) but no doubt he cracked a bigger smile on the actual rides. Michael's son was also there.

They hit up the Tea Cups and the Matterhorn, and when it was time to chow down, the bunch hit up Storytellers Cafe at the Grand Californian Hotel.

Adore Delano from "RuPaul's Drag Race" wasn't stiffed by his ex-managers -- he actually owes THEM a lot of dough ... or so they claim in a new countersuit.

Delano's managers at Producer Entertainment Group say the drag queen failed to pay them at least $180,000 in management fees.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, PEG says they're entitled to collect 20 percent off of Delano's concert, YouTube and merch revenues. They also say they believe he's made about $100k from YouTube alone, and about $800k from online and tour merch.

In addition to denying Delano's original allegations, PEG claims Delano hasn't paid them their fair share of that cash. They're asking a judge for at least $180k, and then some in interest.

One of the the women who sued Usher for allegedly giving her herpes, is now suing insurance companies ... claiming they outed her medical records.

Laura Helm is going after the insurers because she says her application for insurance ended up in a blog post which revealed her "private sensitive health information." According to the suit, Laura filed her application with an insurance broker -- representing 3 companies -- on July 31, 2017.

In the suit, Laura says the broker took screenshots of her application and gave them to the blog. She's suing the 3 companies ... United Heathcare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Louisiana and Golden Rule Insurance Company -- as well as the blog.

Laura also claims the blog defamed her by saying she committed insurance fraud.

Helm initially sued Usher anonymously in July. The blog posts with her medical info were published in August -- and she only revealed her name in docs subsequently filed in September.

As we first reported, Helm dismissed the lawsuit against Usher.

Gayle King is doubling down ... trying to clarify Stedman Graham's comment about Oprah running for President, and throwing in her own 2 cents too.

We got Gayle leaving CBS Tuesday in NYC, after she went on the air and offered a tightrope answer as to whether Oprah was serious about a presidential bid in 2020.

The co-anchor said Oprah was intrigued, but probably not actively considering it at this point -- despite folks already hitting her up to run a campaign.

Gayle got direct with us, insisting while SHE personally thinks President Winfrey is easy on the ears ... Oprah is not convinced, and is not seriously considering a run.
