Behind every great man is a great woman -- and apparently the same goes for drunk men, because the folks at Johnnie Walker whisky are about to roll out his female counterpart.

Diageo, the company that owns Johnnie, filed paperwork in early January to trademark the name Jane Walker for all alcoholic beverages except beer ... according to new docs.

It's unclear exactly what the Jane Walker products would be, but in the midst of the #timesup movement ... gender equality and female empowerment seem like probable themes.

This isn't the first time Jane's name has been tossed around either -- around the time of the 2016 election, Walker reportedly had an ad campaign titled "Jane Walker" in the works ... but scrapped it after Hillary Clinton lost.

6:18 PM PT -- Aziz has responded saying he believed the sexual activity he engaged in with the anonymous woman was completely consensual. He says the day after the incident he got a text from her saying, "it may have seemed okay" but, after further reflection she felt uncomfortable. He says, "It was true that everything did seem okay to me, so when I heard that it was not the case for her, I was surprised and concerned."

Aziz says he "took her words to heart and responded privately." He says he continues to support the #MeToo and Time's Up movements as well.

Aziz Ansari has been accused of sexual assault by a woman who claims he repeatedly got sexually aggressive with her despite her protestations.

The woman -- who remains anonymous -- claims she went on a date with him last year and ended up in his Tribeca apartment. She claims he almost immediately began kissing, fondling and undressing her and then said he was going to grab a condom. The woman says she asked him to slow down, but he continued and performed oral sex on her.

She says when he started sticking his fingers in her throat, she used "verbal and non-verbal cues" to indicate her discomfort.

The woman says she doesn't know if Ansari got the message at first, but when it eventually registered, she says he told her, "Of course, it's only fun if we're both having fun."

Still, she says Ansari continued to push himself on her. She says she eventually left in tears.

The woman, who first told her story to Babe.net, texted Ansari the next day, "Last night might have been fun for you it wasn't for me. When we got back to your place, you ignored clear, non-verbal cues; you kept going with advances. You had to have noticed I was uncomfortable." She then described part of the encounter.

The woman says she decided to come forward after she saw Ansari wearing a Time's Up pin at the Golden Globes, where he won Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy TV Series for his lead role on "Master of None."

Sad day for everyone who wanted to witness nearly 1,000 pounds of man tossed around a wresting ring ... WWE superstar Big Show says his match with Shaq ain't happening, and he's telling TMZ Sports why.

There were rumblings that Shaq and Show were gonna face off at WrestleMania last year, with the two guys going back and forth on social media to hype up the big showdown.

It never happened, and when we got the giant at LAX he told us it's never gonna ... and he also broke down the reasons why the hugest (literally) match in sports entertainment fell through.

Escobar Inc. -- the company run by Pablo's bro, Roberto -- folded in the battle to cash in on the terms "Narcos" and "Cartel Wars." Both were made famous recently by the popular Netflix show, and the related video game.

According to new legal docs, the company filed an abandonment of its trademark application in November. We broke the story ... lawyers for "Narcos" called BS on Pablo for filing paperwork claiming ownership of "Narcos" in connection with a website.

President Trump's all but down for the count in his battle with Special Counsel Robert Mueller ... so says "The Blacklist" star Harry Lennix.

We got Lennix at LAX and asked him what he thought about Trump saying "We'll see what happens" when asked if he'll allow Mueller's investigative team to interview him. Remember ... Mueller has spent 8 months looking into whether Russia interfered with the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.

Lennix -- who plays FBI Assistant Director on 'Blacklist' -- makes no bones about where his allegiance stands.

The wild ending to the Vikings/Saints playoff game cost a lot of people a lot of money ... and it all came down to that extra point play.

The spread before kickoff was 5.5 in favor of the Vikings -- meaning if you bet the Vikings, they had to win by at least 6 points for you to collect on your bet.

So when Stefon Diggs caught that insane last-second pass with time expiring to put Minnesota up by 5, Vikings betters thought the extra point was a gimme ... and would be money in the bank.

Now the twist -- the players clearly thought the game was over, as both teams started to leave the field. But when officials explained the extra point play was mandatory, both teams returned ... but the Vikings apparently didn't wanna put salt in the wound ... so they took a knee instead of kicking the field goal for the extra point.

BetOnline.ag -- one of the biggest betting websites -- tells us that the kneel on the extra point favored a majority of gamblers ... 'cause 63% of people on their site bet on the Saints getting 5.5 points.

The Packers QB and NASCAR driver were spotted grabbing a bite Saturday night at The Mission Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona, accompanied by a small group of people.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ Aaron and Danica sat next to each other, but didn't show off any kind of PDA while there. We're also told other patrons recognized them, but left them alone.

Rumors have been swirling about the reported couple, who apparently got together shortly after the holidays. Word around town is ... things are moving fast with Aaron after Danica split from her BF of 5 years, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., late last year.

Looks like they have plenty of time on their hands to cozy up -- Aaron's season is over after the Packers didn't make the playoffs, and Danica's set to retire soon. Kismet!

Everyone in Philly was feeling competitive AF this weekend during the Eagles' playoff game against the Falcons ... including 76ers star Joel Embiid.

Embiid got a little rough with an Eagles fan Saturday during a tailgate at the game, when the guy pushed the NBA star and intercepted an incoming pass to him in the lot.

Safe to say, Embiid wasn't having it ... he shoved the dude right back.

Embiid -- who's 7 feet tall -- doesn't usually back down against fans who challenge him in sports. He definitely didn't hold back while playing one-on-one with folks 2 summers ago.

10:10 AM PT -- Rodman's rep tells TMZ, "Alcoholism has been a struggle on and off for Dennis the past 15 years," adding he's been going through some "tough personal issues." The rep says he's going to talk to Dennis about going back to rehab.

Dennis Rodman has been arrested for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Rodman was driving in Newport Beach Saturday at around 11 PM when cops pulled him over for a traffic violation. Cops administered a field sobriety test, which he flunked. He was handcuffed, put in a patrol car and taken to the police station.

We're told Rodman was cooperative and submitted to a breathalyzer test, and he blew over the .08 legal limit.

Rodman remained in jail for 7 hours, and when police determined he was sober enough to care for himself he was released.

Rodman was busted for DUI back in 1999.

Bobby Zarin, the husband of Jill Zarin, has died after a long battle with cancer.

The "Real Housewives of New York" star posted a statement, saying the family was devastated. Bobby died Saturday surrounded by his family.

Bobby battled cancer for years. He was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2009 and underwent radiation treatment -- eventually having his thyroid removed.

In 2016, Bobby was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The pic (below) is the last one taken of the 2 of them out at Andy Cohen's show last June when she was a guest.

There will be a service Monday.

Saturday Night Live might have a situation on its hands after guest host Sam Rockwell dropped the f-bomb during a skit.

Sam was playing Mr. Science alongside Cecily Strong and Mikey Day when he got way too into character and used the f-word. You can tell from his reaction it wasn't planned ... he just blurted it out, reacted with some shock and then continued on with the skit.

The show has a tape delay but clearly the censors were not quick enough on the draw.

Gabrielle Union thinks Donald Trump's reference to "shithole" places actually refers to his brain.

Gabrielle was at Barnes and Noble Saturday in Cleveland signing her book, "We're Going to Need More Wine," when she sounded off on Trump's gross commentary on Haiti and African countries.

She also thinks Oprah -- who now says she's intrigued by the prospect of running for President in 2020 -- can do more outside the Oval Office than inside.

Logan Paul is not in hiding in the wake of some major blowback over the suicide video that has cost him dearly.

Logan was at Tao Saturday night in Hollywood, with a bunch of friends who shielded him as they left.

The YouTube star was mum as photogs peppered him with questions.

Nancy Grace wants the courts to show Harvey Weinstein no mercy ... but she has grave reservations that will ever happen.

Nancy arrived at LAX late Saturday when our photog asked about Weinstein. Listen carefully ... she says on the one hand he should end up in a tough prison environment IF the allegations against him prove true. But then she suggest there's no way the allegations aren't true given the number of woman who have come forward.

Weinstein has maintained all of the sexual encounters in question were consensual.
