Tony Rock's calling out Mo'Nique for exercising extremely poor business etiquette in her beef with Netflix.

We got Tony at LAX, and asked what he thinks about Mo accusing Netflix of discrimination. Remember, she feels insulted by a $500k offer from the streaming service -- especially because Tony's older bro, Chris Rock, got $22 million.

Tony's not buying what she's selling ... and points out she's been off the stand-up scene too long to be comparing herself to Chris or Dave Chappelle. He also says she's got no biz calling out other people's salaries.

In his words ... "You get your weight up, you get your check to say what you want your check to say."

Johnny Damon says there are 60 million reasons to let Roger Clemens into the Baseball Hall of Fame -- as in the dollars the feds spent trying (and failing) to prove he used steroids.

"Our government tried to accuse him ... we had $60 million of our tax money go to trying to defame him," Damon told TMZ Sports.

Johnny says all that money was wasted 'cause Clemens was ultimately "proven innocent."

Voting members for award shows should factor in sexual harassment accusations in determining whether an actor wins an Oscar, SAG Award, Golden Globe, etc. ... according to attorney Gloria Allred.

There's a fierce argument about bestowing actors accused of sexual misdeeds with an award, even if they're the best in their category. Allred thinks it's not just about acting.

James Franco is up for a SAG this weekend for his role in "The Disaster Artist" after several women came forward and accused him of sexual misconduct. He skipped out on the Critics' Choice Awards after winning a Golden Globe, but he's planning on being at Sunday's SAGs.

No cold front expected when the Minnesota Vikings travel to play the Philadelphia Eagles for a shot at Super Bowl LII ... and you can blame these HOTTIES!!!

Though the Vikings are led by a QB that went undrafted and the Eagles' man waited until Pick No. 88 to get off the board ... these smoke shows no doubt are No. 1 pick material.

To the left is Ally Courtnall ... Vikings LB Eric Kendricks' girlfriend. To the right is Viviana Volpicelli who is dating Eagles WR Nelson Agholor. Doesn't end there ... we also have the WAGS of Adam Thielen, Andrew Sendejo and Patrick Elflein reppin' SKOL nation and also the ladies of Lane Johnson, Brandon Graham and Jordan Hicks for the Bleeding Green.

Nick Cannon stiffed members of the crew working on "She Ball" -- his movie about a women's basketball team -- but he's got a month to make it right ... or else ... according to a new legal letter.

Nick and his production company received the letter, obtained by TMZ, from a lawyer representing 8 crew members who allegedly worked on the film as drivers, grips and camera operators ... but never got paid.

According to the letter ... the 8 workers were not given their legally required meals or rest breaks, weren't paid overtime, but most importantly -- never got a check at all.

The letter warns Cannon's got 33 days to square up or further action will be taken. We reached out to Nick ... no word back, so far.

Kristen Bell's good looks are frozen in time!

Here's a 24-year-old version of the "Veronica Mars" star at an event back in 2004 (left), and 13 years later ... the now 37-year-old mother of two looking like the Arendelle Princess at The Beverly Hilton last month (right).

No SAG here.

The question is ...

Olivia Munn, Eva Longoria, Scarlett Johansson and Ilana Glazer were just some of the stars who showed up for the Women's March in L.A. Saturday to support the movement.

TMZ got several celebs coming and going ... who told us their reasons for joining the demonstrations on a day when millions of women are marching across the country and world.

We also chatted with Yvette Nicole Brown, Connie Britton, Adam Scott and Rachel Platten.

As we reported ... women are marching again this year to speak out against Donald Trump, but also advocate for equality and promote the messages of #MeToo and Time's Up.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might have another baby gift coming their way soon ... all they have to do is ask.

Jon Wyatt -- a grain trader and farmer who owns the Twitter handle @Chicagowest -- tells TMZ ... he's willing to hand it over to Kim and Kanye for their new baby girl if they want it, because selling it "just kind of seems wrong."

We're told so far, the couple hasn't reached out to Jon about his Twitter account ... nor has anyone else.

As for why Wyatt has the @Chicagowest handle ... he says his name was taken when he signed up for Twitter, and he'd just decided to leave Chicago and move out west to the mountains. Makes sense.

Kim and Kanye revealed their baby's name is Chicago -- Kanye's hometown -- on Friday, but she's already going by the nickname Chi (Shy).

Jon tweeted out his congrats.

Kris Jenner's gonna have fun, fun, fun with the money her T-Bird just hauled in at auction.

TMZ has learned Kris' 1956 Ford Thunderbird just sold for $57,000 at the famed Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale. The sweet ride -- with white exterior and red leather interior -- was actually a 2016 Christmas gift from her kids.

Although she's unloading hers, there's still another vintage ride in the fam. Kris' mom, MJ, also got a '56 T-Bird as a gift ... but in bright cherry red.

'Barrett-Jackson LIVE' airs all weekend on Velocity.

Al Michaels thinks the Pats have what it takes to beat the Jags and make it to another Super Bowl ... with or without their legendary quarterback.

We got one of the voices of 'Sunday Night Football' at Madeo Restaurant in Weho Friday night, and talked shop about some NFL matters. Al suggests it's no sure thing Tom Brady plays Sunday due to his hand injury, but even if he's out New England can prevail ... because there's no 'Tom' in 'team.'

Women’s March demonstrations are taking place all across America this weekend, and the second annual event is packed with more passion and power ... as the movement has only grown and evolved over the past year.

Marches are being held in New York, D.C., Chicago, L.A., Atlanta, Philly and even in Rome Saturday on the anniversary of Donald Trump's inauguration. Much like 2017, women are speaking out against the Prez, but are also advocating for fair treatment, equal pay, and to end sexual misconduct and harassment amid the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements.

In L.A., several leading ladies delivered emotional speeches to the crowd ... like Viola Davis, Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson.

Other celebs marching Saturday include Alyssa Milano, Asia Argento, Eva Longoria, Whoopi Goldberg, Halsey, Yoko Ono, and many others.

Despite being one of its main focuses of criticism, Trump called attention to the Women's March ... saying it's a perfect day to "celebrate the historic milestones and unprecedented economic success and wealth creation" of his presidency.

Kanye West threw a party in honor of Damon Dash's new movie -- in which Kanye's an executive producer -- and a bunch of celebs were there ... but definitely not Jay-Z.

Ye held a private screening for "Honor Up" Friday night in Calabasas and surprised all the guests with some movie merchandise too. We're told Dame was on hand along with Pusha T, Claudia Jordan, Daniel Dneiko, A-Trak, Terrence J and of course, Kim Kardashian.

As you know ... Kanye and Jay haven't spoken in a long time, and Dame and Jay-Z were once biz partners but had a major falling out -- but it looks like it's all good between Kanye and Dash.

"Honor Up" gets released next month.

Rapper Fredo Santana died Friday night from a seizure ... family members tell TMZ.

The Chicago rapper who is a cousin of Chief Keef was at his L.A. home Friday. We're told his girlfriend came over at around 11:30 PM and found him dead on the floor.

Santana had been hospitalized recently for liver and kidney problems he'd been battling for months.

The rapper had talked openly about his lean addiction ... as we've reported way too many times, lean can trigger seizures.

A number of rappers including Drake have gone on social media the last few hours to pay their respects.

He had an 8-month old son.

Fredo was 27. RIP.

Commitment is in the air, because Ed Sheeran and Darren Criss just got engaged!!!

Ed's gonna marry his girlfriend Cherry Seaborn, a 25-year-old accountant. He posted this ... "Got myself a fiance just before new year. We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx."

Ed has said Cherry was his inspiration for the song, "Perfect."

Darren Criss has decided to take his 7-year-relationship with GF Mia Swier to the next level, or as he put it, he's "kicking [it] up a notch." Criss is on a roll with his role as Andrew Cunanan in "Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story."

Congrats to all.

You'd think President Trump would be solemn the day the federal government shut down over a budget impasse, but instead he used his favorite platform to use jokes laced with sarcasm to describe his feelings.

Trump tweeted, "This is the One Year Anniversary of my Presidency and the Democrats want to give me a nice present." He also screamed, "#AMERICA FIRST!"

He's using the shutdown to push Republicans in this year's elections, saying "#WeNeedMoreRepublicans18 in order to power through mess."

Kanye West is basking in the glow of naming his daughter.

Kanye was all smiles Friday in Calabasas as he arrived at his design studio. As we reported, Kanye and Kim named their newborn Chicago, although they immediately decided she'd be known as Chi.

Kanye and Kim didn't pick the name before their daughter was born, presumably because they wanted to eyeball her and see if her face triggered a name.

Kanye was raised in Chicago and still has deep roots there, so it makes a lot of sense.
