Steve Harvey Calls BS On Charity Lawsuit The Guy Suing Me is a Huckster
Steve Harvey says the guy suing him for a gigantic commission for one of Harvey's charities is a fraud.
Harvey just filed legal docs firing back at Vincent Dimmock, who claimed in his lawsuit he struck a deal with Harvey back in April to raise $20 million, and in return he was promised 12.5% of everything he raked in. He says he got a bunch of A-listers on board and even a former President ... with pledges totaling $20 mil.
Harvey is calling BS, saying Dimmock originally reached out to him to promote an energy drink, and when that went nowhere Harvey says Dimmock pivoted and falsely told him he had a billionaire in his pocket who would invest big in Harvey's charity.
Steve says he actually flew to Austin to meet the billionaire, and it quickly became evident the guy didn't know Dimmock at all. What's more, Harvey says neither the billionaire nor anyone else connected to Dimmock invested a penny in any of his ventures.
Harvey says the entire charade was part of a scheme for Dimmock to meet him.

Busta Rhymes Commercial Wasn't A Fluke Peter Dinklage Has Rap Skills
You're about to hear rap legend Busta Rhymes heap praise on the most underrated, underexposed MC you've ever heard of ... Peter Dinklage.
Yeah, you read that right.
We got Busta in NYC and asked if he helped Dinklage kill the Super Bowl commercial in which PD effortlessly mashes Busta's "Look At Me Now" verse (it's hard) -- and that's when Mr. Rhymes set us straight.
"I actually didn't teach him, I just gave him some guidance. He already knew what he was doing. As a matter of fact Peter Dinklage used to have his own rap group."
We checked, and Busta ain't lying -- the group was called Whizzy, and back in the 90's Peter laid it down with them Funk-Pop-Rap style.
BTW ... we also asked Busta if we could expect to see him collab with PD on a track on his new album ... and he didn't say no.

Bey and Jay-Z were in Miami Thursday night for some business and some pleasure -- and she showed off an extended new 'do -- down below her famous cakes -- while rocking a miniskirt for a dinner date.
She and Jay were leaving Mandolin restaurant with some friends ... one of whom seemed to be doing an homage to "Lemonade" with her ensemble.
Earlier in the day they were at a JP Morgan event, also attended by the likes of A-Rod, because, well ... money. They've all got tons of it.
As for Bey's long and lovely goldilocks -- one word: Flawless.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner Omarosa's Wrong!!! Trump and Cosby Not the Same Deal
Malcolm-Jamal Warner thinks Omarosa's Donald Trump-Bill Cosby comparison is unfair ... because she knew what she was getting into BEFORE she went to work with the Prez.
The former 'Cosby Show' star was at LAX Friday when he addressed Omarosa's convo on "Celebrity Big Brother" with Keshia Knight-Pulliam. She tried to justify being loyal to Trump by pointing out Keshia stuck by Cosby during his sexual assault trial.
MJW's not having it, and explains he and Keshia grew up with Cosby -- long before the flood of sexual misconduct allegations -- and considered him family.
Malcolm adds ... Omarosa made a conscious choice to get in with Trump, despite all his controversial comments on the campaign trail.
He's got a theory on what she's really trying to do, though.

Quavo No Vid Evidence in Nightclub Fight ... Says His Attorney
Quavo doesn't have a thing to worry about when it comes to an arrest in the 1 OAK nightclub fight in NYC, because video shows he didn't touch the alleged victim ... according to Quavo's attorney.
Drew Findling tells TMZ ... he's seen surveillance video from inside 1 OAK on Grammy night, and it shows Quavo did NOT "come within 3 feet" of Eric the Jeweler. He says the video does show an altercation, but Quavo wasn't involved.
TMZ broke the story ... Eric says 2 men jumped him in the club, and possibly jacked his $30k chain. He claims Quavo was one of the attackers. Law enforcement sources told us NYPD was preparing to arrest the Migos rapper for the fight.
That's news to Findling who says, based on the video, his client is in the clear.
One more thing ... Findling says the video shows Eric walk in the club with his chain, AND walk out of the club with it still around his neck.

Aaron Hernandez Movie Producer Claims He's Getting Gang Threats
A huge Hollywood movie producer claims he and his staff are getting gang threats over the Aaron Hernandez movie he's making ... and now he's asking the court for protection.
The man behind the movie is Mark Gordon -- who's produced huge films like "Saving Private Ryan," "The Patriot" and "Molly's Game." He recently announced a movie based on Aaron Hernandez's life called 'All-American Murder.'
Problem is ... Gordon says another Hollywood producer, Todd Guzze, is pissed -- claiming HE owns the rights to the film and has made threats against him and his employees to get Gordon to stop production.
In court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Gordon says Guzze left a voicemail referencing two huge street gangs, The Latin Kings and The Bloods -- saying Aaron was a member of both gangs and noting that he was "keeping them at bay right now."
Gordon says Guzze threatened physical harm by saying, "I don't need to tell you how [the gangs] work ... They're right here in L.A."
Gordon says the threats continued online. One message said, "Are you ready? I hope it's worth it."
In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Gordon is asking the judge to keep Guzze at least 300 yards from his office and all of his employees.
We reached out to Guzze, who tells TMZ Sports, "Mark Gordon has taken this too far. Aaron Hernandez is a very sensitive story and I've made him aware on multiple occasions that no one is doing this story but the family and the original partners that were closely tied to Aaron and his estate."
He added, "There is more to come, concerning Aaron's story, and by making this a public spectacle, I feel it's just throwing gasoline on the fire."

EXCLUSIVE
Nas needs to open his fat wallet a lot more now to support his kid ... at least that's what Kelis is gunning for.
Kelis just filed legal docs saying $8k a month ain't cuttin' it anymore in the child support department. She says 8-year-old Knight has needs he didn't have 5 years ago when the order was put in place.
She says Nas is doing way better now than he was when the judge ordered him to cough up the $8k monthly support, so he's more than able to foot the bill for various expenses.
She's not specific as to how much more she wants, but whatever she gets, she wants add-ons to the base ... namely, 50% of school-related costs, 50% of any child care Kelis needs, and 50% of unreimbursed health care.
The judge has yet to rule.

Motown Legend There's NO Mountain Behind the Classic 'Ain't No Mountain'
The mountain Marvin Gaye, Tammi Terrell, and later Diana Ross, sang about in "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" was NOT inspired by a mountain at all ... according to the legend who wrote it.
Valerie Simpson co-penned the 1967 hit song for Motown offshoot Tamla Records. Marvin and Tammi went Top 20 with it, and Diana Ross made it to #1 in 1970. So, when we got Valerie in NYC ... we had to know what she had in mind when she came up with the classic lyrics.
Prepare to have your mind blown ... 'cause Valerie says it's got nothing to do with the Rockies, the Alps or Mt. Everest. No wind, no rain or winter's cold can stop us ... from listening to the song.
But damn, we really wanted a mountain.

Logan Paul YouTube Projects Shelved After New Troubling Stunts
Logan Paul is in deep you-know-what -- YouTube announced Friday it's suspending ads to his channel, and we've learned several unannounced projects are also coming to a screeching halt.
Our sources at YouTube tell us Logan's suicide forest video weeks ago triggered a stop order on several projects that had yet to be revealed. Industry sources are telling us his "Airplane Mode" film is one of the projects on hold.
This adds insult to the financial injury Logan was already facing with ads suspended after he posted more disturbing videos ... including tasering 2 dead rats.
YouTube deemed Logan's content as "unsuitable for brands" and is pissed he tried to monetize videos it views as potentially damaging. The decision seemed to be in the works for a while because YouTube cited Logan egging on viewers to do the Tide Pod challenge ... as a reason for pulling ads.

Omarosa to Keshia Knight Pulliam YOU Understand Me ... I Stood by Trump, You Stood by Cosby!
Omarosa was loyal "to a fault" when it comes to standing by President Trump, which is exactly like standing by alleged rapist Bill Cosby ... according to her.
Trump's former aide was running her mouth about life in the White House Thursday night on "Celebrity Big Brother" ... trying to rationalize why she's stuck by Trump for so many years. She was pleading her case to Shannon Elizabeth and Keshia Knight Pulliam.
Then Omarosa masterfully pulled Keshia into the mix by pointing out how she stood by Cosby during his rape trial.
Keshia was left speechless.
As we reported, Omarosa also worked the "poor me" routine with Ross Mathews. Hard to tell, at this point, if anyone in the house is buying it ... but she's gonna keep selling it.

Kristin Cavallari Relaunching Reality Career ... w/ Jay Cutler!
She's baaaaack!
Kristin Cavallari is starring in a brand new reality show -- but it ain't exactly "The Hills."
Sources connected to the project tell us the show will focus on Kristin's life in Nashville as she expands her fashion empire.
Our sources say Cavallari's NFL star husband, Jay Cutler, will appear in the show, but it's really about Kristin. The show is currently in production and we're told it's expected to air on E! later this year.
The 31-year-old mom recently said she would never put her 3 kids on a reality show -- unclear if she plans on sticking by those words for this project since it seems to be pretty tame and family-oriented.
As for Jay, his NFL career is still up in the air -- he played out his 1-year contract with the Miami Dolphins in 2017 and did pretty well.
Kristin has strongly insinuated she wants him to retire once and for all, but would support Jay if he decided to play another season.

Michael Jackson Was In Studio with Donna Summer Before Stealing Her Beat!!!
Michael Jackson had intimate knowledge of the Donna Summer track he "stole" for "Billie Jean" ... because he sang backup on her song!!!
If ya missed it, Quincy Jones was first to blow the whistle on MJ ... saying he outright stole that famous "Billie Jean" bass line from Donna's song, "State of Independence."
We took Q at his word when we read the Vulture interview ... and listened to both songs. Once we slowed down 'Independence' it was blatantly obvious Quincy was right. Now, for the plot twist!
MJ was part of the all-star lineup that sang backup for Donna's song. Shout out to the loyal TMZ user (@Rascoundrel on Twitter) who pointed out this video ... showing Michael, Stevie Wonder, Dionne Warwick, Lionel Richie and Kenny Loggins in studio. And yeah, Quincy was there producing the whole thing.
Now, Donna and Michael were friends ... so, it's possible she was aware he was lifting the beat. We just don't know.
Of course, Michael still wrote original lyrics and added his signature "hee-hee" all over "Billie Jean" -- but c'mon ... case closed on the beat.
