The suspicious man who showed up on William Shatner's property uninvited a couple weeks ago recently returned to the same spot, and took off once again before cops could talk to him.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the same guy who was busted by a neighbor peering into the 'Star Trek' legend's house in January before running away came back for another peek.

We're told he climbed a tree in Shatner's yard when the same neighbor who saw him the first time approached him again and asked what he was doing, to which he replied ... "I work with children." The man allegedly then started singing and bolted.

Our sources tell us LAPD's investigating the situation, and is once again trying to track the guy down to see what his deal is.

Here's Rob Ryan going all Jerry Maguire on his NFL future ... saying he's still down for a coaching gig if someone SHOWS HIM THE MONEY.

Like, a lot of it.

Rob jokingly told our guy he wanted an Alex Smith-level contract, but don't get it twisted -- he was 100% serious when he said he'd like to be back on the sidelines.

Omarosa went to the hospital last week after a dizzying bowling competition on "Celebrity Big Brother" ... and the game seemed pretty intense on TV.

The former White House staffer was among the first guests to partake in the game -- aptly called Bowlerina -- in which players have to spin around to lower a gate guarding some pins ... and then try bowling them over from afar.

Omarosa went up against Marissa Jaret Winokur, and kinda got her ass handed to her in the process. More importantly, though, she had to spin around twice to lower her gate ... and appeared to suffer an asthma attack as a result.

As we reported ... Omarosa was sent to the hospital after the game, which left some house guests speculating she faked the attack to get some rest outside the house.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez might or might not be together come Valentine's Day this week -- but at least they have each other for right now.

Justin and Selena were spotted hanging poolside Sunday at the Montage hotel in Laguna Beach, where they were chillin' under an umbrella before getting up for a stroll.

It's rumored Selena will be in NYC Tuesday for Coach's New York Fashion Week show, and after the couple was seen driving near LAX Saturday ... folks went into a frenzy thinking they were jetting off to the Big Apple for the holiday.

Looks like that drive might've been en route to Orange County instead. And even if JB isn't with Selena for V-day ... we bet he'll be grateful for this weekend.

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested this weekend for domestic violence and possession of an assault weapon ... making this his 2nd arrest in a month.

According to the Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department ... Foster was arrested Sunday morning after cops responded to a welfare check and possible disturbance call. They say the 49ers star was arrested without incident.

He was booked on three separate charges -- domestic violence, threats and possession of an assault weapon. No further details were immediately available.

Foster was also arrested in Alabama about a month ago to the day for marijuana possession.

5:06 PM PT -- Weinstein's lawyer, Ben Brafman, tells TMZ, "We believe that a fair investigation by Mr. Schneiderman will demonstrate that many of the allegations against Harvey Weinstein are without merit. While Mr. Weinstein's behavior was not without fault, there certainly was no criminality, and at the end of the inquiry it will be clear that Harvey Weinstein promoted more women to key executive positions than any other industry leader and there was zero discrimination at either Miramax or TWC."

The statement goes on ... "If the purpose of the inquiry is to encourage reform throughout the film industry, Mr. Weinstein will embrace the investigation. If the purpose, however, is to scapegoat Mr. Weinstein, he will vigorously defend himself."

Harvey Weinstein and The Weinstein Company are being sued by the New York attorney general for alleged civil rights violations in the workplace.

New York's AG, Eric Schneiderman, just filed suit against Harvey, his brother Bob Weinstein, and the entire Weinstein Co., alleging they violated the state's civil rights laws and NYC's human rights laws during the disgraced movie producer's time there.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Schneiderman says Harvey persistently sexually harassed female employees at TWC by personally creating a hostile work environment and demanding quid pro quo sexual favors for continued employment or career advancement.

He goes on to allege that Harvey used his position at TWC, as well as female employees and company resources, to serve his sexual interests with other women seeking employment or business opportunities with TWC.

Schneiderman also accuses TWC's human resources department of essentially being non-existent ... while going on to claim Bob and the rest of the board of directors were complicit in Harvey's operation by ignoring credible evidence presented to them time and again.

Anthony Scaramucci thinks Trump's Chief of Staff John Kelly needs to leave The White House STAT if he lied to the Prez and the people about Rob Porter.

We got The Mooch Sunday at LAX and he couldn't have been clearer ... if the Axios report is accurate -- that Kelly covered up domestic abuse allegations against key aide Porter -- then he should throw in the towel.

Elon Musk was just as shocked as anybody over the successful launch of his Falcon Heavy rocket ... perhaps even more so, actually, based on his colorful language.

National Geographic captured the SpaceX CEO's reaction Tuesday as his company sent the most powerful U.S. rocket in nearly half a century into space from the Kennedy Space Center. His immediate response ... "Holy flying f***, that thing took off."

Musk and staff essentially freaked out over the launch, and appropriately so. SpaceX sent a rocket into orbit with a Tesla Roadster attached as part of its payload ... a major step forward for colonizing Mars.

Besides ... the launch and touchdown of their booster rockets was quite a sight to behold. So we'll pardon his French on this one ... it was pretty f****** cool.

Kellyanne Conway insists President Trump was not attacking the #MeToo movement when he tweeted there has been a rush to judgment against some of the people accused of sexual misconduct.

Conway says Trump's tweet had nothing to do with Rob Porter either ... the aide who resigned after his 2 ex-wives accused him of physical and emotional abuse.

Kellyanne says Trump has been falsely accused by women in the past, suggesting he's especially sensitive to these allegations as a result.

Fact is ... TWO of Trump's aides have resigned this week on the heels of domestic abuse allegations, and his tweet came out soon after.

Chloe Grace Moretz turned the big 2-1 this weekend, and promptly turned up by rubbing on a dude that wasn't her boyfriend, Brooklyn Beckham ... but she probably gets a pass.

Chloe hit the town Saturday night for he 21st birthday by making a brief (but eventful) visit to The Abbey in WeHo with a few girlfriends ... sans 18-year-old Brooklyn. It appears the couple did recently celebrate together, but he obviously couldn't tag along for the bar hop.

As for Chloe, an eyewitness tells us she and 4 pals showed up around 10:30 PM and stayed for about half an hour. And what a half hour it was -- Chloe and her girls ordered some drinks and then got on the dance floor ... eventually calling over a nearby go-go dancer.

Kylie Jenner resurfaced into the world Saturday ... and it's hard to believe she gave birth 10 days ago.

Selena Gomez has come to some of Justin's games in the past, but no sign of her last night.

No word on whether Bieber scored a win on the ice, but he's pretty formidable with his Canadian roots.

There have been rumors he's about to propose to Selena, but we've done some checking and there's absolutely nothing to suggest that ... other than the fact that they've been tight since Summer. Then again, they've been down this road before.
