America's Olympic Luger Chris Mazdzer says he isn't having any issues in or out of the Olympic village in PyeongChang 'cause Ryan Lochte taught him exactly what NOT to do.

Chris just made history as the first American man to medal in singles luge, and he told us things are going smoothly for U.S. Olympians in S. Korea. A much different story from the disaster Lochte created during the Rio games 2 years ago.

You'll recall ... Lochte was at the center of an international scandal when he was charged with filing a false police report about being robbed at a gas station. He was eventually cleared, but not without a lot of hoopla and intrigue.

Fogle filed docs seeking to withdraw his guilty plea, and focuses on one of his many charges ... traveling for the purpose of engaging in illicit sex. He points out Dr. Nassar did NOT get slapped with this charge, and Fogle clearly thinks he should have been.

Yes, it's true ... Nassar was traveling with Team USA Gymnastics when he committed some of his crimes. Fogle, who filed the docs himself, thinks there was some bias against him because he did get that charge. He thinks he and Nassar should have gotten equal treatment under the law.

Here's why Fogle's not a great lawyer. Just one of Nassar's several sentences was for 175 years -- whereas Fogle's doing 15. He's asking the court to let him withdraw his guilty plea, presumably to get a do-over in his case.

Barack Obama's office in Washington D.C. is the latest potential danger zone, drawing concern after a suspicious white powder was found ... TMZ has learned.

Cops are on the scene after getting reports of a white powdery substance being discovered around 12:30 PM. It's unclear how it was found or if the former Prez was in the building at the time. He's had the office space since leaving the White House in January 2017.

Police have blocked off traffic while they investigate the incident and make sure it's safe.

A Florida judge is ordering Vincent Herbert to fork over more than $65k after failing to make payments on a Rolls-Royce Wraith. According to docs, Vincent fell so far behind on the ride ... Manhattan Leasing Enterprises repo'd it. They turned around and resold it, but since it was used, the company says it lost more than $62,000.

Someone's gotta cover that, and the judge says that someone is Vincent, who never responded to Manhattan Leasing ... so the judge entered a default judgment.

Scumbag ex-Team USA doctor Larry Nassar got the private jet treatment Friday to fly from Michigan to Tucson to begin his federal prison stint ... and TMZ Sports has the photos.

Nassar boarded the plane at Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport in freezing Michigan temperatures -- the fact he didn't get a jacket makes us smile.

Records show the flight lasted 4 hours and 36 minutes. Nassar appears to be shackled and surrounded by law enforcement officials ... so we're guessing it wasn't exactly a Paris Hilton style private jet flight.

We asked the Federal Bureau of Prisons if it's typical for a high-profile prisoner to fly private but only got this response: "Due to security reasons, we do not share information on methods of prisoner transportation."

The good news ... Nassar has begun his 60-year sentence for child pornography crimes in a high-security federal prison in Tucson -- with roughly 1,500 other inmates.

Spencer Pratt says he wants his "Jersey Shore" moment with his co-stars from "The Hills" -- there's just one problem ... Lauren Conrad, according to him.

We got Spencer Monday night in Times Square again and he told us he wants to be like Pauly D and co. and revel in his reality TV glory days with his old 'Hills' squad. He says LC is the only holdout, and it sounds like there's some unfinished biz between her and Spence.

Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, tells us, "These allegations arose after Ms. Green amended her suit for money to include a reference to these claims. The fact that the police are investigating these claims is not new information and Nelly welcomes a thorough investigation. Nelly is confident that once investigated, these claims will be determined to be disingenuous."

He adds, "Nelly was accompanied by his girlfriend during this tour and she was at his side throughout. It is important that police investigate every allegation of this nature."

Nelly is being criminally investigated for sexual assault in England ... TMZ has learned.

The incident allegedly went down December 5 after Nelly's performance at Cliffs Pavilion in Essex. The accuser says she went to take a picture with Nelly and she says he placed his arm tightly behind her and asked if she could stay behind to talk to him.

They went to his dressing room with her friends and she says he then asked her to come to a room next door. She claims once in the room he dropped his pants and began masturbating in front of her. She also claims he put his hand on her top and tried pulling it off. She says he also tried kissing her as she tried to bolt from the room.

The woman says Nelly put his right hand on the back of her head and his left hand on her shoulder, forced her head down, pushing his erect penis into her mouth. She says she ran out of the room as he called her a c***.

The woman says she didn't go to cops immediately because she didn't think she'd be believed.

Essex police told cops they have begun a sexual assault investigation.

The alleged incident occurred 2 months after another woman claimed Nelly raped her on his tour bus. He strongly denied it.
