WWE Clotheslines Bootleggers!!! Ahead of WrestleMania 34
The WWE just climbed the top rope in court and is ready to drop the elbow ... all to protect its brand ahead of WrestleMania 34.
The World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. just filed legal docs in Louisiana against anonymous makers of unauthorized WWE merch with the org's biggest event just weeks ahead in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, the WWE wants a temporary restraining order to ban bootleggers from selling unauthorized souvenirs and memorabilia bearing WWE trademarks.
Aside from hawking fake merch, the WWE's also worried about the flammability level of the ink used to print the T-shirts and the safety of the design of other goods ... including wrestling face masks.

Lil Wayne & Birdman Father-Son Status Restored!!!
Birdman's back to doing something with Lil Wayne he hasn't done in a long time ... calling him his son.
The two hung out at LIV on Sunday again. It's the second weekend in a row they bumped into each other at the Miami club, but this time Weezy chilled in Birdman's section for 40 minutes.
We're told there was no talk of Wayne's $51 million lawsuit against Birdman. Instead, they laughed and joked around, talked about the old times -- and when it was all said and done ... Birdman posted a pic with the caption "Me and my SON."
As for that legal issue, we're told both have instructed their lawyers to hash out a plan that ends the legal feud, and releasing "Tha Carter V" would be part of that agreement.

Stormy Daniels Former Co-Worker Says She Told Him About Threat
A bigwig at the porn company where Stormy Daniels made her name says Stormy told him around the time of the Presidential election about the threat she received to shut up about the Donald Trump sexual encounter ... or else.
Brad Armstrong is a director/writer/producer/cinematographer at Wicked Pictures, where Stormy worked for years. Armstrong tells TMZ he and Stormy had a bad falling out and the hard feelings go both ways ... so he has no reason to protect her or buttress her story.
Armstrong says roughly a year and a half ago Stormy was waffling on whether to talk about her hookup with Trump or take money in return for silence. He says one of the deciding factors in choosing the money was that she had been threatened by a guy who came up to her in a parking lot when she was with her child. This is generally the story Stormy told on "60 Minutes" ... that a guy came up to her in a Vegas parking lot, told her to leave Trump alone and he insinuated if she talked, she would be harmed.
The timing seems to coincide with the $130k she received from Michael Cohen.
He says she told him the guy was clearly a Trump supporter but didn't say she felt he made the threat at Trump's behest.
Armstrong also says Stormy was open with him about the 2006 sexual encounter ... he says she told him about it.

Kevin Dillon's Ex We Hooked Up LONG After He Says We Split
Kevin Dillon's estranged wife is calling BS on the date he says they separated ... saying she remained on wife patrol for YEARS after that.
Jane Stuart filed docs stating she and the "Entourage" star separated on May 29, 2016, and NOT October 10, 2008 as he's claimed in divorce docs. Jane admits she moved out of the family home in 2008 ... but says they remained intimate, she cooked for him, and they went to premieres and dinners together.
She also says nothing about their finances changed ... he continued being the breadwinner.
In the docs, Jane says she and Kevin agreed to it when she moved out with their daughter, Ava -- mainly because they both needed their own space. What's more, Jane claims she and Kevin spoke about having more children together as recently as 2015.
It's possible the date of separation could have a bearing on their future financial arrangements.

Aubrey O'Day Not Barking Up That Trump Tree!!!
Aubrey O'Day is finally returning to going out in public -- on the heels of her alleged Donald Trump Jr. affair becoming huge news -- but she's definitely not pulling a Stormy Daniels. Yet.
The singer, and ex-"Celebrity Apprentice" contestant, was out in Bev Hills over the weekend, and -- as she must have expected -- got hit with questions about Trump Jr. and their alleged 2012 fling.
It's clear Aubrey's not ready to spill the tea, at least publicly. As we reported ... she's already told friends the affair happened, but it has nothing to do with his wife, Vanessa, filing for divorce.
BTW, her companion in this video is infamous for her butt. We're talking about Aubrey's Maltese pup, Ginger -- not her Kim K look-alike friend.
MARCH 2012
You might recall ... Aubrey, Ginger and her other pooch, Mary Ann got into hot water in 2012 when they -- the dogs, not Aubrey -- plopped their asses on a lunch table at Toast in WeHo.
It actually launched a Health Dept. investigation, but relative to her Trump situation ... the pooch scandal seems like small potatoes.

Stormy Daniels' Lawyer Sex Is the Least Important Issue
Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, says his client's sexual encounter with Donald Trump is interesting and salacious, but it's at the bottom of the list in terms of importance.
Avenatti will appear on "TMZ Live" Monday and he confirms our story ... he's gunning to take Donald Trump's deposition, along with Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, before Summer.
He couldn't be clearer ... the "goon" who threatened his client in 2011 had to come from Trump's camp, and he's determined to find out who ordered the ultimatum to stay silent, or else.
Avenatti played coy when we asked if Robert Mueller has contacted him or vice versa, but it sounds like that's in the offing.

Donald Trump Deposition Looms In Stormy Daniels Case
Donald Trump may have to testify under oath before the first day of Summer ... not in the Russia investigation ... but in the Stormy Daniels case.
Sources connected to Stormy Daniel's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tell TMZ, the attorney plans to make a full-court press to take Trump's deposition in the next 60 to 90 days. We're told Avenatti has a laundry list of things he wants to ask the President ... and sex is the least problematic. Among the big issues ... $130k in hush money and who directed payment. Also, if Trump has knowledge of the alleged threat against Stormy if she dared talk about her sexual encounter with Trump.
We're told Avenatti believes Trump has screwed himself by removing the lawsuit Avenatti filed to invalidate the confidentiality agreement from state to federal court. Our sources say it's more likely a federal judge would order Trump to sit for a deposition than a state judge.
Trump under oath in a depo is highly problematic ... remember, Bill Clinton was impeached for lying under oath.

'Stranger Things' Star Thanks to Renegotiation Season 3 Raise is MASSIVE!!!
Gaten Matarazzo -- who plays curly-haired, potty-mouthed Dustin on the Netflix smash hit "Stranger Things" -- didn't just get a raise for season 3 ... he hit the jackpot.
According to Gaten's original contract, he was scheduled to get a slight salary increase for the upcoming season, much like he did for season 2. The docs, obtained by TMZ, show he was due a bump of slightly less than $1,000 per episode -- from $16,800 to $17,640 per episode in season 3.
Nothing to sneeze at, but according to multiple reports, Gaten and his co-stars renegotiated their deals and will now make between $200 to $250 THOUSAND per episode for season 3!!
Now, we know how sweet a deal it is -- around a 1,200 percent raise ... for a 15-year-old.
Kudos to his agent!

Stormy Daniels' Attorney We're Gonna Prove Trump's Camp Issued Threat
Stormy Daniels is certain Donald Trump, or someone connected to him, had a henchman threaten her life ... and she's going to prove it.
Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, says he doesn't know for sure yet who's behind the 2011 incident in Las Vegas, but Monday on the "Today" show he said there are only 2 logical options -- Trump or his attorney, Michael Cohen. If you missed it ... Stormy claims a man threatened her with physical harm if she didn't back off Trump.
At the same time Avenatti was vowing to put the heat on Trump's camp, Cohen was vowing to empty Stormy's bank account.
His lawyer, David Schwartz, went on 'GMA' to insist Stormy has no credibility ... and also that she's in clear violation of the "hush" agreement she signed.
Late Sunday night, after her "60 Minutes" interview aired, another lawyer for Cohen fired off a cease and desist letter to Stormy and her attorney, who don't seem concerned ... based on how much they're talking.

Beyonce Target Run in Heels
Even on a Target run Beyonce looks like she could break out into a song and dance her way through aisle 14 ... because check out the heels she's wearing!
Bey hit a Targé Sunday in L.A. with her eldest, Blue Ivy -- and maybe she could've blended in ... if it wasn't for the shoes, the shades, and the personal assistant helping load her cart.
Sooooooo I saw Beyoncé at work today... pic.twitter.com/xFnd9kBObJ
@AnaEBaez
She's clearly a fan of Target specials because we saw her making a similar run before Christmas.
Seems like it's her go-to for holiday shopping because the cart was stocked with Easter decorations. Y'know she didn't plan to get half that stuff, but ended up getting it anyway, because ... Target.

Stephen Belafonte Here's How Much Eddie Murphy's Daughter Means to Me ...
Stephen Belafonte doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve -- he wears his step daughter, Angel ... symbolically, anyway.
We got Stephen outside the Laugh Factory Sunday night in Hollywood and talked to him about his custody battle with Mel B over Eddie Murphy's biological daughter. It's pretty clear Stephen wants to keep his battle in court, but he does show off a tattoo honoring Angel.
Remember ... Stephen practically raised Angel and is fighting for visitation rights, and it's pretty clear how much she means to him. We also ask him about Mel's allegations that he showed the kids ISIS beheadings. Stephen's got strong feelings about that, too.

Jared Kushner Brother Broke from Fam Marched in Gun Control Rally
Ivanka Trump's brother-in-law broke ranks in a big way by participating in Saturday's March for Our Lives rally.
Joshua Kushner -- Jared Kushner's younger brother -- showed up to the rally Saturday at the nation's capitol and joined the hundreds of thousands advocating for gun control. There was a noticeable -- and predictable -- White House absence at the rally.
But, Joshua didn't simply just take part in the march. He reportedly donated $50k to the rally earlier this month. Joshua, who attended the rally with his longtime gf, Karlie Kloss -- posted on Instagram and simply captioned it with, #marchforourlives.
Joshua's no stranger to going the complete opposite against his big bro. He also attended the Women's March in January 2017. He's also been a life-long Democrat ... so no surprise he's not a Donald Trump fan.

Stormy Daniels on '60 Minutes' Me & My Daughter Were Threatened Over Trump Affair Story
Stormy Daniels says she and her then-infant daughter were threatened by a strange man who told her to shut her mouth over the story of her alleged affair with Donald Trump.
Daniels sat down with Anderson Cooper on "60 Minutes" and chronicled what she says was a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006 that ultimately resulted in threats and hush money.
Stormy says that after she sat down and dished about Trump with In Touch magazine in 2011, she was approached by a man in a Las Vegas parking lot, whom she says told her to "Leave Trump alone. Forget the story." She also claims he then looked at her daughter and said ... "That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom."
She goes on to claim the guy ghosted after that, and she never saw him again. Anderson asks if Stormy took that as a threat, and she says ... "Absolutely." Stormy says she was "rattled" by the alleged encounter, adding that she never went to police over it out of fear.
Stormy also claims she never got paid for her In Touch interview, saying the magazine buried it after Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, threatened to sue over its publication.

Ron Jeremy Off the Hook in Sexual Assault Case
Ron Jeremy's in the clear for a sexual assault case in Washington State ... TMZ has learned.
A rep with the Tacoma City Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... Ron won't face any criminal charges after a woman accused him of sexual assault in September 2017. The rep wouldn't tell us why they chose not to file charges.
The woman -- who worked as a "rock girl" promoting a local radio station -- claimed the porn legend grabbed her ass and sucked on her nipples after she agreed to let him sign her breast. She also claimed he tapped her vagina over her underwear ... this according to a police report obtained by TMZ.
Cops interviewed several witnesses and reviewed surveillance videos before kicking the case to the city attorney's office. But it turned down the case, so case closed.

WWE's Mark Henry I'm Retired, For Now ... '19 WWE Comeback?
Former WWE world champ Mark Henry ain't slammin' the door on his career in the ring ... saying there's still a chance he'd come back even though he's technically retired.
We spoke to The World's Strongest Man ahead of his WWE Hall of Fame induction at WrestleMania 34 in April ... and Mark told us he's too beat up to compete in the next year or two, at least.
But, could the right matchup lure him back inside the squared circle?
"If it was a perfect circumstance and something happened down the road, yeah," Henry told TMZ Sports.
Ain't the first time Mark's pulled the ol' switcheroo ... he had the entire WWE universe fooled with his infamous retirement speech back in 2013 ... before he flipped the script and body-slammed his rival, John Cena, straight through the mat!!
For his HOF induction, some fans figured Cena would get to do the honor ... but Mark says he actually has another BIG WWE superstar in mind (hint, hint).
