Demi Lovato and Bella Thorne's policy for girls' night out is, apparently, the more the merrier ... especially if the more includes chicks on stripper poles.

Demi, Bella and a group of gal pals hit up Crazy Girls Strip Club Wednesday night in Hollywood. Not sure who their friends were, but the evening had all the markings of someone's bachelorette party ... or maybe just a wild birthday.

No dudes in their party ... although, we're sure they drew plenty of male attention inside the club. Afterward, they all piled into a limo to keep the party moving.

Prince likely had NO idea he was even taking the fentanyl that ended up killing him, according to prosecutors who have found no one to criminally charge for his death.

Carver County Attorney Mark Metz said Prince had taken counterfeit Vicodin that was laced with fentanyl. He said they could not find sufficient evidence of who supplied the counterfeit pills, and as a result ... there will be no criminal charges in his death.

As we reported, a toxicology report showed Prince had "exceedingly high" levels of the opioid in his system when he died -- even for a chronic pain patient.

Metz added it was likely Prince had also taken one of the counterfeit Vicodin when he overdosed on a private jet the week before he died. TMZ broke the story ... Prince made an emergency landing in Moline, Illinois, where emergency responders gave him 2 shots of Narcan to save his life.

Metz said Prince had been prescribed Percocet by Dr. Michael Schulenberg days before he overdosed, but says it played no role in his death. TMZ obtained a photo of Prince pacing outside a Walgreens the day before he died, waiting for a prescription to be filled.

Schulenberg had prescribed the Percocet to Prince's bodyguard, Kirk Johnson, as a cover for Prince. The federal government went after Schulenberg for that violation, and he just reached a settlement ... agreeing to pay a $30k fine.

Prince died at 57 at his Paisley Park compound in Minnesota on April 21, 2016.

Barack and Michelle Obama have decided 2 summers without a swimming pool were enough ... so with another summer around the corner, they are finally gonna build one.

Obama's post-presidential pad in Washington, D.C. -- the one they first rented back in 2016 and then plunked down $8.1 million to buy last year -- is undergoing construction for a new swimming pool.

According to building permits, obtained by TMZ, work includes construction for a brand spankin' new residential swimming pool ... an in-ground pool, of course. Barack was the 44th prez, after all. The pool will also feature a terrace of sorts.

Barack and Michelle got the permit application process going in January ... and there has been a series of reviews in the months that followed -- from plumbing and electrical to several mechanical corrections.

We got Yachty leaving Rafaello & Co. Jewelers in the Big Apple Wednesday night with his new "Yachty's World" chain turning around his neck and it's got a super cool backstory. It once belonged to Killa Cam -- back in the early 2000s -- and read "Killa Cam Harlem World," but Cam traded it in for other pieces.

Gabriel Jacobs from Rafaello & Co. tells us it was next in line to be melted until Yachty stepped up and decided to give it the update. The spinning globe is battery operated and covered in about 150 carats of diamonds. Total price ... $250k.

Yachty was definitely thrilled with the purchase and not too concerned with any haters when we got him moments after he picked it up.

Abby Lee Miller has a big fight ahead of her, because her recent health struggles are believed to be related to cancer ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for Miller's doctor, Dr. Hooman Melamed, tells us ... her emergency back surgery Tuesday was to alleviate what he thought was an infection in her spine, but after doing some tests -- he now believes she is suffering from Burkitt Lymphoma ... a form of non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

We're told further testing is needed to confirm the cancer, but she should know for sure in the next day or 2. Regardless, Miller's doc says she'll need another spinal surgery, but is resting comfortably after her first operation.

When we last saw Abby ... she was leaving the halfway house where she is serving the rest of her sentence for fraud to get medical treatment. She was visibly upset and appeared to be in pain.

She's scheduled to be released from the halfway house May 25.
