Joey Lawrence officially settled his bankruptcy case, but it's not hurting his game in Hollywood ... at all.

Joey, who got the bankruptcy judge's sign off 2 weeks ago, hit up Craig's restaurant in WeHo Monday night ... an expensive proposition for sure. He left in a brand new Dodge Challenger Hellcat, which retails for around $60k minimum.

It's interesting, considering Joey had a 2014 Bentley, a 2016 BMW i8 and a 2015 Ford Flex repoed.

According to the bankruptcy docs, Joey claimed he had $8k to his name in the bank and $60 in cash.

Rick Ross does not want to be approached by scrubs in the streets, which is a lesson our camera guy -- and Harvey Levin -- might need to learn the hard way.

We got Rozay Monday leaving The London hotel in NYC, where our photog asked about how he felt about Meek Mill still being locked up despite a rallying cry from the public. Ross tells us it's BS, and that his label mate still has his support ... but then changed the subject.

We got Tracy Monday arriving to the 'Daily Show' set in NYC, where he was scheduled to appear as one of Trevor Noah's guests. He also happened to show up hours after the news broke that his TBS comedy, "The Last O.G.," had gotten picked up for a second season.

Call us crazy, but it sounds like Tracy knew his character, Tray, was coming back -- 'cause he was blasting LL's 2004 single, "Headsprung," out of his Rolls-Royce, which is nothing short of a party anthem. He also had on the biggest damn chain in the world.

Mitt Romney ... talking crap?!

Yep -- it all went down at the Jazz game Monday night where a man running for senator in Utah sat on the court to watch his team take on the OKC Thunder in Game 4 of their playoff series.

When Russell Westbrook racked up his 4th foul in the first half ... Romney (wearing his own customized Jazz jersey) started talking smack ... heckling Russ from a really close distance!

Good news for Mitt ... the Jazz were able to close it out and eventually won the game 113-96 ... taking a 3-1 lead in the series.

Game 5 is Wednesday in Oklahoma City ... wonder if Mitt will fuel up the jet and keep the rivalry going?

Gigi Hadid was the clear standout for her 23rd birthday party this week -- but her sis and smoking hot model friends came in at a very close 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th ... you get it.

Gigi led the charge Monday night heading into an undisclosed venue in Brooklyn, where she was accompanied by her younger sister, Bella, followed by a LONG line of beauties ... including the likes of Olivia Culpo, Cara Delevingne, Amber Heard, Hailey Baldwin, Lily Aldridge, Joan Smalls, Martha Hunt and Nicola Peltz. Her parents tagged along, too.

Kourtney Kardashian is about to dip her toes into D.C. politics ... and it's all in the name of cosmetics.

Our Kardashian sources say Kourtney will come face-to-face with several members of Congress Tuesday in hopes of helping to reform the laws that regulate cosmetics and other personal care products. We're told Kourt's teamed up with the Environmental Working Group for the trip.

Kourtney touched down in D.C. Monday, where she was joined by the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" camera crew to capture the meetings. Our sources say the 'KUWTK' staff booked a block of hotel rooms and a conference room, as well, but it's unclear if other family members will join.

Kourtney's been a huge promoter of environmentally safe products in the past -- and she recently teamed up with Kylie for a cosmetics collaboration -- so it seems like Kourt wants to make sure she's putting out a healthy product for users and the planet.

He really is Groot.

Vin Diesel -- the voice of the resurrected plant hero -- really got into the shrubby spirit Monday at the "Avengers: Infinity War" premiere in Hollywood ... wearing part of Groot on his suit!

The premiere was insane -- and even had a special cameo from Stan Lee ... who's been battling health and legal issues. He got a hero's welcome.

Other stars include ... Chadwick Boseman, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Gwyneth Paltrow and Star-Lord himself, Chris Pratt.

The one star who didn't make the premiere -- Chris Evans. Guessing it has to do with the fact he's starring in a play on Broadway at the moment.

As for the reviews ... so far, pretty solid. Kevin Smith LOVED it.

"I am overwhelmed. The movie is epic beyond compare."

Rich the Kid made it pretty clear there's no hope for reconciliation when it comes to his beef with Lil Uzi Vert and all you have to do is listen to the lyrics of his new diss song, "Dead Friends."

We got Rich the Kid out in NYC Monday and asked him about the beef. RTK dodged our question about the feud in favor of rapping the lyrics from his new track and that's telling, especially if you've seen the video.

If you haven't ... RTK puts out a hit, murders and buries what everyone believes is a Lil Uzi look-alike six feet under.

If there was any doubt the guy in the video was supposed to be Lil Uzi, RTK seems to clear that one up.

While it's unclear if Jay-Z asked to touch Cardi B's baby bump at Coachella this past weekend, it's also likely she doesn't mind -- 'cause she didn't seem to object then ... or now.

We got Cardi and her fiance, Offset, Monday leaving Mastro's in Bev Hills, where our photog asked when her baby was due -- but, more importantly, whether she signed off on Jay reaching down to quickly cup her belly in the front row of Beyonce's concert Saturday.

Cardi stays mum on that detail. But what is clear here is that she's fully baring her pregnant body in public now, and looking fantastic while doing it.

Bill Cosby arrived for one of the most important days of his sexual assault retrial -- closing arguments -- and his wife made her first appearance in a show of support.

Camille Cosby clutched the arm of her husband, who seemed frail during the 2 weeks of testimony. She did not attend the trial during the 11 days of testimony.

Just like the first trial, Cosby did not testify. His accuser, Andrea Constand, took the stand as she did the first time and was accused by Cosby's lawyers of being a money-grubbing liar. Five women took the stand as witnesses to support Constand, saying they were all drugged and sexually assaulted by the comedian.

Sean Spicer is back to repping a Trump, but this time it's the First Lady, Melania, as a wax figure at Madame Tussauds in New York City.

Spicer is launching the "Give Melania a Voice" experience at the wax museum this Wednesday. It's Madame Tussauds' first wax figure of the First Lady and it'll be interactive, which might explain why Spicer is doing the honor.

Visitors will be able to tweet on Melania's behalf from a tweeting station nearby, which will then go live to a FLOMT (First Lady of Madame Tussauds) account.

Spicer will also participate in a Q&A at the unveiling about his time in the White House, but is keeping it short, just like an ol' White House press conference. The whole event is expected to last 15 minutes.

Marvin Gaye's son says his dad was a ladies' man who would've laughed off Quincy Jones' supposed revelation he got into bed with Marlon Brando.

We spoke with Marvin Gaye III who told us he was really upset Quincy had decided to keep himself relevant by spreading rumors about his father's sexual exploits, which Gaye's son says are 100% false.

Gaye III thinks Jones' bad memory got the better of him when he said in an interview, "Brando would "f*** anything. Anything! He'd f*** a mailbox. James Baldwin. Richard Pryor. Marvin Gaye."

Quincy apologized later for his "wordvomit." It's interesting though ... Pryor's widow embraced Quincy's claims.

Gina Rodriguez just added another pooch to her dog family ... an adorable 9-week-old Havanese that cost $2.5k.

The "Jane the Virgin" actress pulled the trigger Sunday at Citipups Chelsea in New York City. We're told she came in several times last week to spend time with the dog, and then finally brought her other pooch, Casper, in over the weekend to make sure the two got along, which was a success.

Gina had another dog, Ted, that passed away about 2 years ago, so looks like she's trying to get Casper another pal while she pulls long hours on the "Jane the Virgin" set.

The Havanese pup was neutered Monday, so Gina will be able to take him home this week once the pupper has recovered.

Vanilla Ice's ex wants to prevent a fire sale in the wake of their impending divorce -- which apparently has already gotten underway with him unloading their jet skis.

VI's estranged wifey, Laura Van Winkle, filed legal docs asking a judge to stop the rapper from selling off any more of their shared assets without her permission.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Laura says Ice is in possession of nearly all of the couple's marital assets, so she can't prevent him from doing what he wants with their stuff without a judge stepping in. Oh, and she wants full accounting of his haul from the jet skis' sale, too.

Sounds about right ... Laura filed her original divorce petition in 2016. She asked to be allowed to stay in the family house and for child and spousal support ... plus attorney's fees, of course.

This split is turning out to be colder than ... forget it.

George Clooney's producing partner, Grant Heslov, had a family cyber scare last week that ended with his wife going to cops over threats made to her life ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Lysa Heslov filed a police report after social media trolls made threatening comments to her over her politics. It's unclear what exactly they were discussing, but one guy commented on her FB page ... "She needs punched in the mouth ... *a bullet to the head. FIXED." She noted in the post that she took it as a threat.

Other people on what appears to be her Instagram message feed left vulgar comments, one of which encouraged Lysa to kill herself.

Lysa has since made her social media accounts private -- except for Twitter -- and we're told the LAPD is investigating.

If Greg Hardy fights his way into a UFC contract, one of the biggest stars in his division wants a piece of the ex-NFL star ... with Derrick Lewis saying, "I like knocking wife beaters out."

Hardy is reportedly getting his shot during the UFC Contender Series -- in which up-and-coming MMA fighters compete for a chance at a UFC contract. It's where UFC star Sean O'Malley got his start.

Hardy (who's 3-0 as an amateur) would obviously compete in the heavyweight division -- where Derrick "The Black Beast" Lewis is ranked #6 in the world.

So, how does Lewis feel about a potential showdown somewhere down the line?

"He's a wife beater ... I'd like to get in there with him."

Lewis is referring to Hardy's domestic violence case -- in which he was initially convicted of attacking his then-girlfriend. The conviction was later thrown out when the alleged victim stopped cooperating with prosecutors.

Still, Lewis ain't letting Hardy off the hook.

"I'll fight Greg Hardy ... It'll be like vice versa him beating on a woman. I'll be beating him like he was a woman."

Why so much animosity?

"I grew up watching my mom and my stepdad fight," Lewis says ... "Fistfighting every day for stupid stuff. I don't tolerate stuff like that at all."

First things first ... Lewis has a brawl with Francis Ngannou lined up at UFC 226 on July 7 ... about a month after Hardy gets his UFC shot.
