Rita Ora got choked up mid-performance in front of thousands at a music festival before belting out the song "Lonely Together", her collab with late DJ and producer Avicii.

Rita was performing at 538Koningsdag Festival Friday night in the Netherlands when she stopped the show to pay tribute to the DJ, who passed away last week in Muscat, Oman. His family has since strongly suggested his death was a suicide.

Ora warned the crowd that her next song would be difficult for her to sing. She also said that the DJ had "changed her life" before putting her mic and hands behind her back and holding a moment of silence.

It's pretty incredible ... there were some 40,000 people there and they all got very quiet, so there were definitely some Avicii fans in the house.

"West Wing" star Richard Schiff pleading the fifth on the rumored "West Wing" reboot might already be him saying too much.

Rumors surfaced that the Emmy-winning political drama might be coming back when creator Aaron Sorkin hinted he'd be into into the idea during a recent podcast, and plus TV show reboots are really on trend right now ... think "Roseanne", "Will & Grace" and "The X-Files."

When we asked Schiff, who played White House Communications Director Toby Ziegler, about it Saturday afternoon in Alexandria, VA, he said he couldn't talk about it and called it "top secret" ... so it sounds like there might be something in the works.

Kanye West is putting the man responsible for his beloved mother's death on his album cover -- he says in an act of forgiveness ... the beginning of what he believes will be world peace.

West shared a text between him and someone named Wes, and included a photo of plastic surgeon Jan Adams. Kanye says the pic will be his cover art and the album will be called, "Love Everyone."

Adams performed breast reduction surgery along with liposuction and other procedures on Donda back in 2007. She died a day later at home. The coroner said the death was linked to coronary issues triggered by the surgeries.

Kanye tells TMZ, "It's essential that people start removing the hate from their heart." He's practicing what he's preaching, saying the point of the album cover is to "forgive and stop hating."

Kanye tells us the album cover is an olive branch to Adams. Kanye says he'd like to meet him and talk.

The latest tweet falls in line with an earlier post, where Kanye challenged people to reach out to someone they had an argument with and tell them they're loved.

Kanye feels the hatred fueled by social media and even traditional media is akin to World War III, and everyone needs to open their eyes to what's going on around the world.

Instagram model Deyana Mounira says she's the victim of a dog s*** lawsuit because she did nothing sexual to Hef, the dog, and claims this video proves Hef's owner actually sexually harassed HER.

TMZ broke the story ... Deyana was sued by Tony Toutouni, who owns the Russian royal terrier and claimed she sexually aroused his pooch by playing with the dog's genitals. The video posted on social media, by Deyana and Tony, had music over it -- but she's given us the clip with just the natural sound, and it's very revealing.

Deyana claims the man you hear saying things like, "just move your ass and let him just sniff it," and "f*** her" ... is actually Tony. She claims there was no professional photographer -- as Tony claimed in his lawsuit -- and he was the only one taking pics.

She claims Tony harassed her verbally and sexually during the shoot -- and also groped her while trying to get her into his room.

As for why she posted the video -- Deyana says she tried to make a joke out of it first, because she feared Tony would post it somewhere else before her.

She says, "I want the entertainment industry and the public in general to be aware of people like Tony who want to use you in every way they can including, but not limited to, sexual and inappropriate acts."

Tony's attorneys at Pirnia Law Group tell us, "No matter what took place in the photo shoot between Ms. Mounira and HEF, and no matter who instigated what exactly, the main takeaway is that upon leaving the shoot Ms. Mounira was explicitly told NOT to post any videos of HEF as it reflects poorly on my client who is a public figure."

They added, "If she was bothered by the actions of HEF or my client, why was she smiling and laughing in the video? Why did she stay at the shoot for hours after it was over?"

Marlon Wayans respects the hell out of Kanye West, even though he totally disagrees with his views on Donald Trump ... thing is, it's clearly a difficult concept for Marlon to process.

We got Marlon leaving Catch Friday night and asked about the whole MAGA thing, and at first he chalked it up to weed ... VERY good weed.

Marlon left in his SUV, and then quickly rolled back and wanted a second shot. This time around Marlon said Yeezy's a frickin' genius who got us talking.

Iggy Azalea's manicure went from fancy to just wrecked after she lost a fingernail in the shower ... and warning it looks pretty gross and painful.

Iggy shared her injury on her Instagram story. She says the fingernail shattered after she slipped in the shower. Her middle finger nail also broke, but not as bad as her pinky, which looked bloody and showed skin underneath the nail.

Kanye West and John Legend clearly agree to disagree, because it was all love Friday night at Chrissy Teigen's baby shower.

Kanye and John had been doing some civilized beefing over Yeezy's call to Make America Great Again ... in other words Kanye's support of Donald Trump.

Kanye posted the pic with the caption, "We got love. Agree to disagree."

Chrissy and Kim chummed it up as well. The couples are super close.

Legend is a fierce Trump opponent, who had been calling Kanye out this week and warning him legacy might be tarnished if he doesn't back off.

Kanye fired back, essentially suggesting Legend was trying to squelch free thought. Our Kanye sources say one of the things he's trying to accomplish with his MAGA hat and support of the Prez was symbolic ... that people should not fear expressing and exploring their views.

Tons of celebs hit up Stagecoach this weekend outside Palm Springs ... and it lived up to the previous festival with a bullet.

Justin Bieber is looking to put roots down in L.A. again and he's eyeing a $10.9 million home in Brentwood.

Bieber has been a serial renter the past few years, hopping between homes in Hollywood, Bev Hills and the San Fernando Valley. We're told the 7-bedroom, 8-bath modern home in Brentwood is appealing to the Biebs partly because it comes with great neighbors ... his manager Scooter Braun, as well as Lebron James and John Travolta.

The 7,890 square foot home was developed by Ramtin Ray Nosrati of Huntington Estate Properties, who's known for developing homes for celebs and athletes in the past.

The listing agents for the pad are Cindy Ambuehl and Dan Urbach of The Agency.

Meek Mill and 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin hit the town Friday night in the Big Apple, and he's definitely lookin' like a free man again.

Meek and Michael hit up Zuma restaurant on Madison Avenue and stay till the wee hours. It's his first trip to NYC since being sprung from the slammer this week by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Meek's confined to Philly pending the next court hearing, but he was allowed to travel to NYC for work. This was an approved trip for a business dinner with Roc Nation execs and his managers.

Kanye West did it again ... he's got people talking about his hat trick. Meanwhile, Melania ain't so keen on gettin' handsy with the Prez. So, we gotta ask ...

Yodel Kid rocked Stagecoach Friday night ... upstaging Florida Georgia Line no less.

11-year-old Mason Ramsey -- the boy who became famous after yodeling at a Walmart in Illinois -- took the stage during Florida Georgia Line's encore at the country music festival, and fans went nuts.

The kid really worked it this time, even dressing like Hank Williams ... and it was much appreciated.

Two weeks ago he entertained an entirely different group at the same venue -- Coachella -- where he yodeled during DJ Whethan's set at weekend one of the festival.

Thing about Mason ... even though he pre-teen, he's super confident in his skills and it telegraphs to the audience.

Ronan Farrow had an interesting comment on a possible Harvey Weinstein prosecution ... something prosecutors typically say when hounded by the media.

We got the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Friday at LAX and asked if the Bill Cosby conviction might be a precursor to what's in store for Weinstein. He took a pass, saying he wouldn't comment on a pending criminal investigation.

Bobby Brown says the biopic, "The Bobby Brown Story," was therapy for him regarding the death of his daughter Bobbi Kristina, but no therapy will ever be enough.

We got Bobby Friday night at LAX, and he was pretty open with us ... the biopic helped him deal with some of his feelings that have been bottled up since 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina died back in 2015.

The biopic has been an emotional roller coaster for Bobby. He says he's still working through the grieving process but it will never make things good.

Bobbi Kristina's death has been shrouded in mystery, and her boyfriend Nick Gordon has been living under the specter of suspicion for years.
