Jenna Dewan So Hot, So Single
You can hear Jenna Dewan saying it in this pic -- ain't no rings on this hand!!!
Jenna and Channing Tatum announced their split less than 2 months ago, but based on the smoking hot, body-hugging dress and swagger she was rocking Tuesday afternoon in Hollywood -- she won't be single much longer.
Jenna was stuntin' on 'em on her way into 'Jimmy Kimmel Live,' and ain't much more to say here ... except, maybe, damn.
What's that thing about one man's loss?

T.I.'s Wife Tiny Disagrees with Hubby Don't Shut Down Houston's
T.I.'s wife, Tiny, doesn't carry the same outrage over the latest incident at Houston's restaurant ... it seems she doesn't want the chain shut down, and not just because the food is delicious.
We got Tiny Tuesday at The Grove in WeHo and she definitely feels the security guard at the restaurant crossed the line when he allegedly dragged the women out of the bathroom, but she doesn't think it was racially motivated since the guard appeared to be African-American.
She believes the security guard should be reprimanded for getting so physical with the ladies and nothing more. She clearly doesn't believe that Malcolm X tactics are appropriate under these circumstances -- something her hubby has clearly embraced.
Agree to disagree.

Ex-Prez Vicente Fox Forget Netflix Money Grab, Obama ... The World Needs You!!!
Barack and Michelle Obama are making a huge mistake with their Netflix deal ... according to Vicente Fox, who says they should focus on helping people, instead of making money.
We got the ex-Mexican Prez Tuesday in D.C. and asked him about the Obamas locking up a production deal to make films, series and documentaries for Netflix. He's not on board.
In fact, he fully challenged the former first couple.
Fox says their jump into entertainment comes at the worst time, because their leadership's desperately needed in other arenas.
Vicente's no fan of President Trump, and doesn't call him by name, but watch -- he urges Obama to help the Democrats win in November.
Translation: take down Trump's Republicans now ... make your showbiz bucks later.

R. Kelly My 'Too Late' Speech Was No Diss, Just a Shout-Out to Me
R. Kelly was recently filmed saying it's "too late" for those trying to #MuteRKelly -- but his speech was more about his strong legacy than it was anything else.
A new video shows Kelly making a toast with friends, and him saying "it's too late" as well as "They should've did this s*** 30 years ago." While some took that to mean his accusers were too late, we're told that's not what he meant.
So, remember that I told you about that random Antoine Walker FB Live video with R. Kelly last night? Well, here is partially slurring Kels proposing a toast declaring “it’s too late” to #MuteRKelly pic.twitter.com/a45z7EDis2
@exavierpope
Sources close to Kels tell TMZ ... Kelly was simply celebrating with his pals -- including former basketball player Antoine Walker -- rather than bashing any of his accusers. We're told his "too late" comment was in reference to those trying to silence him, like Spotify.
Fact is ... R. Kelly's streaming numbers have actually gone up since Spotify announced it was removing his music from its playlists. Sources say Kelly was simply pointing out his music has made its impact around the world, and nothing will change that.
We broke the story ... Kelly's now being sued by a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her, falsely imprisoned her and gave her herpes. She also secretly recorded Kelly earlier this month, trying to coax him into a confession.
Kelly is facing many other allegations of sexual misconduct ... including running an alleged sex cult. He's vehemently denied that, though.

Houston's Arrests Race Absolutely Was a Factor Says Brittany Marie Lucio
One of the 3 actresses busted at Houston's firmly believes her skin color played a role in the aggressive way the security guard took her down, and she says the restaurant's track record proves it.
Brittany Marie Lucio tells us Houston's and cops are lying about what went down before she and her friends got dragged out of the Atlanta restaurant and put in handcuffs. She takes serious issue with what she believes was excessive force used to remove them.
One of the friends, Asia'h Epperson, told us she was shocked cops arrested them instead of the security guard. Ditto for Brittany, who said she's fully aware of the issues that prompted T.I. to boycott a different Atlanta-area Houston's last year.
As we reported, T.I.'s now on a mission to shut down Houston's nationwide, by any means necessary.
Brittany told us why his support is invaluable, and added there's gonna be a lot more that comes out about this incident ... most likely in court.

'Sons of Anarchy' Star Theo Rossi Juice Lives Well in Real Life ... And Now You Can Too!
The guy who tried selling out the SAMCRO biker gang in "Sons of Anarchy" is now trying to sell something else not quite as nefarious ... his real-life home!
Actor Theo Rossi -- who played Juice Ortiz in 'SoA' for all seven seasons -- has listed his Staten Island mansion for a modest price, if you're loaded ... about $1.75 million.
He put the 4 bed, 4 bath home on the market at the beginning of April this year, after having lived there since 2013. It's a handsome house with an indoor gym, multiple fireplaces and a sweet deck all sprawling across a 9,015 sq. foot plot of land.
Sources tell us Theo grew up on Staten Island, but is now moving off the island ... hence the sale.
Theo's real estate broker is Laird Klein -- the same guy who helped "Mob Wives" star Big Ang unload her own Staten Island pad a couple years back.

'Pawn Stars' Brett Maly Diddy Did His Homework ... $21M Art Buy's a Win-Win
Diddy's got a keen eye for fine art, and his historic purchase of a Kerry James Marshall painting is a huge score for him and a bigger score for the artist ... according to a famous expert.
Brett Maly -- the fine art appraiser from "Pawn Stars" -- tells TMZ ... Diddy deserves a lot of praise for making all the right moves before dropping $21.1 MILLION on Marshall's 1997 work "Past Times" during a Sotheby's auction last week.
Maly says the combo of focusing on an acclaimed artist AND going after one of his most important pieces is a baller move ... and Diddy certainly made a splash.
As for that splash ... Brett tells us it should have a ripple effect for Marshall -- who's sold million-dollar paintings in the past -- by boosting his sales a few more million ... per piece. Not too shabby, especially since Puff's purchase already made him the most expensive living African-American artist.
Brett also seems to be on the same page as Diddy's son, Quincy Brown -- who says his dad's now a major player in the art world ... get used to it.

Carlos Beltran Mets Don't Suck that Bad! ... Here's Why!!
Good news Mets fans ... you don't completely suck this year -- so says Carlos Beltran, who says his former squad has a real shot to make a run this season.
Of course, the Mets were absolute trash last year -- racking up a pitiful 70-92 record ... 27 games behind first place in their division.
So, when we saw Beltran -- a 9-time All Star -- leaving Capitale in NYC, we asked if there's any real hope for success in MetLand.
"I think that the Mets are going to be okay," Beltran tells TMZ Sports ... "I think that the season is early, I think that they have a lot of talent so there's no doubt that they have the talent to bounce back."
"The pitching staff looks great, the most important thing right there is to try to keep this guy healthy, and I think they have a good manager who was able to manage the starting pitcher in Cleveland and I think he's going to do a pretty good job for them."
So, overall ... positivity from Beltran -- though he admits he hasn't been to a single Mets game yet this season.

Brandi Chastain Arby's HOF Plaque Redo is Awesome Sauce!!!
Soccer legend Brandi Chastain's Hall of Fame plaque left a lot to be desired, but luckily ... Arby's came to the rescue!
The fast food sandwich chain went out and found a sauce artist that did a much, much better job capturing the former Team USA star's likeness, saying ... "it’s not made of gold, but we think you look much better in Arby’s Sauce."
We strongly agree.
As we reported ... Chastain was honored with a plaque at the San Francisco Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame induction Monday, but it was pretty horribly done -- people said it looked more like Babe Ruth or Mickey Rooney than her.
So, next time a soccer star is set to get a HOF plaque and is looking for a consultation on how to do it right ... we're thinking Arby's.

We're told North was also with Mom, and Kourtney and her kids enjoyed the excursion as well ... which included a family ride on It's a Small World.
The Kardashian crew hits up Disneyland a lot for special occasions -- like Kourtney's birthday last month or Kim's bday in October -- but it seems like this time was just for some random fun.
No word yet if Kim's jacket's been added as a new park attraction.

Michael Avenatti's Law Firm Slammed with $10 Million Judgment
Michael Avenatti is now on the receiving end of the legal system, because his law firm was just hit hard in bankruptcy court to the tune of $10 million.
TMZ broke the story, Avenatti's former law partner, Jason Frank, sued Stormy Daniels' lawyer last week for $2 million. Frank claimed when he left Avenatti's firm, Eagan Avenatti, the firm agreed to pay him a settlement of $4.85 million, due in installments. The first installment was due May 14 and, according to the lawsuit, Avenatti's firm missed it ... thus the lawsuit.
Avenatti's firm was in bankruptcy at the time and, even though the case was dismissed, the judge held open the settlement between Avenatti's firm and Frank. According to that settlement, if Avenatti's firm missed any of the installments, the amount due would be $10 million. The bankruptcy judge just entered the $10 million judgment against the firm.
What's more, according to the L.A. Times, one of the creditors in the bankruptcy case was the IRS, which claimed Avenatti personally owed $2.4 mil in back taxes. He agreed to pay in installments and paid $1.5 million but missed last week's deadline to pay the next $440,291.
Avenatti scoffed at the L.A. Times in a Trump style, saying the story was "overblown. Sensational reporting at its finest. No judgment against me was issued nor do I owe any taxes."
Avenatti tells TMZ, the Times was wrong to say he owes the IRS personally. He also says Eagan Avenatti is not the firm that reps Stormy Daniels ... that firm is Avenatti & Associates. The L.A. Times claims it got emails back from Avenatti from an Eagan Avenatti e-mail address.
The $10 million judgment against Avenatti's firm must now be paid. If it isn't, Frank can get the U.S. Marshal involved to seize the firm's assets and even garnish wages.

Thomas says he's being bombarded inside his housing complex, where he needed the help of four security guards Monday to get him safely inside his home.
Thomas says he just wants to be left alone. Thomas tells us, "I never asked for this and my friends never asked for this and photographers, knowing there's a child in the car, have no business chasing it."
