Meek Mill seems to have everyone on board for a new trial -- except possibly the judge -- because the prosecutor in the case just filed legal docs saying he deserves another go in court.

The D.A. handling the case wrote in a doc obtained by TMZ, "In light of recent disclosures regarding this officer's misconduct, the Commonwealth is not able to stand behind the credibility of his trial testimony at this time. Accordingly, the Commonwealth concedes that a new trial is necessary."

The cop in question was seemingly corrupt, according to a "do not call" list created by the D.A.'s office and was central to Meek's conviction for weapons and drugs. The D.A. actually made that point during a previous court hearing, but Judge Genece Brinkley said the issue wasn't before her so she told Meek to sit in jail without bail for 60 days until the scheduled hearing.

Kim Kardashian West will meet with Donald Trump to continue her quest ... to free imprisoned great-grandmother Alice Marie Johnson.

Our sources tell us Kim and her attorney, Shawn Holley, have scheduled a meeting Wednesday with Trump to lobby for to get Johnson's sentence commuted. She's currently serving a life sentence at the Aliceville Correctional Facility in Alabama.

As we reported ... KKW and Shawn have been working with Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner for months to free Alice, but now the Prez is getting involved directly.

Although Kim was a Hillary Clinton supporter, we're told Trump's on board with helping since Ivanka supports the cause too ... and Kanye's recent public support of him certainly didn't hurt.

Our sources say Kim will make the trip without KUWTK cameras or her sisters.

The 62-year-old great-grandma's case became national news last year when Kim tweeted about it -- she was sentenced to life in prison without parole in 1997 on money laundering and drug conspiracy charges ... her first offense.

Alice wrote Kim a heartfelt thank-you note for pushing hard for her pardon, and she could have a great reason to write another one soon.

Ex-NFL star Arian Foster basically spoke for everyone when he saw the Drake blackface photo that Pusha T posted on Tuesday ... "WTF is this g?"

Foster was tweeting about Pusha's diss track, "The Story of Adidon," with his former Houston Texans teammate, Charles James, who said:

"Pusha T is like that one dude who doesn’t tell jokes well so he just gets personal

Drake: I wrote for Kanye

Pusha T: that’s why your best friend about to die"

Foster said he can't wait for Drake's clapback but said he's not really rooting for either side -- "Got no dog in the fight."

But, James added this piece of wisdom for any other rapper thinking of getting involved ...

"If I’m any other rapper stay the F**K out of the way. Don’t get hit by a stray bullet trying to play sides."

Pusha T went straight for Drake's jugular in a newly released diss track ... taking shots at Drizzy's childhood, alleging he's got a secret son and releasing a photo of a young Drake with blackface.

In the track, titled, "The Story of Adidon" -- mixed over the beat for Jay-Z's "The Story of O.J." -- Push raps, "You are hiding a child, let that boy come home, deadbeat motherf*****."

Pusha T drops Drake's alleged kid's name, saying, "Adonis is your son and he deserves more than an Adidas press run" and targets the baby mama, Sophie ... "Love that baby, respect that girl. Forget she's a porn star, let her be your world."

The new track is a response to Drake's "Duppy Freestyle" released earlier this week targeting Pusha T and Kanye.

Push touches on Drake's race too, saying, "Confused always felt you weren't black enough, afraid to grow it because your fro wasn't nap enough."

"The Story of Adidon" was dropped with artwork of a younger Drake with his face painted black ... a photo which we're told was untouched.

An employee on Steve Harvey's radio morning show died this weekend after being found unresponsive in his hotel room by one of Steve's famous co-hosts ... TMZ has learned.

According to an incident report, obtained by TMZ, cops were called to the W Hotel in Atlanta early Sunday afternoon, where the body of Kier "Junior" Spates' assistant, Bryan Cooke, had been discovered in his room ... with blood and vomit coming from his nose and mouth.

Spates asked hotel staff to check on Cooke after he didn't respond to him -- the two 'Steve Harvey' employees were supposed to catch a flight to L.A. later that day. When no one answered, staff went in to find Cooke lying face down on his bed, and cold to the touch.

Cops say Spates told them he and Cooke had hit the town the night before, but that Cooke appeared fine upon returning to the hotel. They even smoked cigars together before going to their separate rooms, and Spates said they did not partake in any drugs.

Police note prescription pills were found in Cooke's room -- but do not disclose the medication. It's unclear if any pills had been taken or played any role in his death. They also say housekeeping came by to clean Cooke's room, but thought he was sleeping. He was 39.

Spates is a well-known radio personality on Harvey's show. He referred to Cooke as his "best friend" to authorities.

Tekashi69 making it rain in a strip club prompted someone to launch a glass at him, which ended up blasting his lady friend in the boobs and nearly sparked a huge brawl.

We got this video of Tekashi and his crew Monday night at Ace of Diamonds in WeHo ... where the rapper was aggressively tossing wads of cash. Someone in the crowd -- with lousy aim -- got pissed, and threw a drinking glass that hit the chick next to 6ix9ine.

She responded by firing her glass back into the crowd, and that's when his security sprung into action ... immediately getting him the hell outta Dodge.

At least one clubgoer wasn't amused, because she says a flying glass cut her above the eye.

Good news, Houston Rockets fans -- you may have lost Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals, but all early signs point to your star PG Chris Paul returning next season ... including the fact he's selling his L.A.-area home.

"Little Women: LA" star Christy Gibel is back to getting stuff thrown in her face ... but this time she was treated to dessert instead of water.

Christy was getting into it with costar Mika Winkler at Birkholm’s Bakery in Solvang, CA for a scene from an upcoming episode, all over an imminent gastric sleeve surgery she was preparing for in an effort to lose weight.

Production sources tell us Mika had been picking on Christy leading up to this blowout, which ended with both of them getting cake smeared all over their faces. Food fight!

Starbucks held its nationwide anti-racial bias training Tuesday in response to an incident last month in which 2 black men were unjustly arrested in a Philadelphia shop, and we're told some employees felt uncomfortable with the material ... and the presentation.

According to the booklet provided to employees for the training -- obtained by TMZ -- some of the questions were only directed toward people of color ... which we're told made the session feel the opposite of all-inclusive.

For example, one question referred to a person having an accent ... while another focused on going "to work with your natural hair."

Our sources say this limited scope of questions caused many employees to be confused and even upset ... because the questions were not all-inclusive and didn't seem to bridge any gap between races.

We're also told many employees felt the training session -- which lasted roughly 3-4 hours at over 8,000 stores -- was more for show than actually helpful.

John Goodman's body language says it all -- he's beyond pissed after Roseanne Barr's racist comment led to the cancellation of their hit ABC sitcom.

Goodman -- who costarred as Dan Conner on "Roseanne" until Barr's decision to post a racist tweet resulted in the show getting the axe Tuesday -- was spotted out in New Orleans glumly walking his dog shortly after the news broke.

As we reported ... ABC made the call to pull the plug on "Roseanne" just hours after she tweeted a "joke" about former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett, saying, "muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby."

There was a possible hijacking on-board a Southwest Airlines flight ... and by that we mean some dude allegedly whacked off to porn on a plane.

Southwest was alerted by a female passenger who says she spent her entire flight from Las Vegas to Philadelphia "sitting next to a guy who has his iPad open on the tray table, watching porn, WITHOUT using headphones or anything."

The passenger added, "Twice now his body has started shaking in the throes of his orgasmic bliss. I’m so disgusted."

According to the passenger, the alleged dirtbag whipped out his penis in plain sight, ejaculated into a cocktail napkin and then handed it to a flight attendant to throw away.

"There’s no way your staff working on this flight haven’t witnessed what’s been happening," the woman said.

A rep for Southwest replied to the passenger on Twitter -- telling the woman to alert a flight attendant -- but the passenger refused because she felt it would put her "at risk."

Southwest then told the woman to speak with a crew member after the flight landed. The passenger did not like that plan either.

"Fine. I will stay aboard until everyone else gets off the flight, continuing the torture, because that’s exactly what someone who is being assaulted like this wants to do."

5:40 AM PT 5/30 -- John Nazarian tells TMZ he was nowhere near Silva's house at the time this incident allegedly happened.

Frances Bean's ex-husband is not done with her family, because he's now suing Courtney Love claiming she entered into a conspiracy with several people to break into his home, beat him up, kidnap him and try to murder him so they could gain possession of Kurt Cobain's legendary guitar.

Isaiah Silva claims in a new lawsuit, in the early hours of June 3, 2016, Sam Lutfi -- the one involved in the Britney Spears drama years ago -- along with 2 other guys burglarized, robbed, assaulted, sexually battered, kidnapped and attempted to murder him at his West Hollywood Home.

Silva says the goal was to get the guitar that was made famous on "MTV Unplugged" that he claims was gifted to him by Frances Bean.

Silva claims the group also injured his mother.

And the allegations go on. Silva claims Lutfi provided narcotics and illicit benzodiazepines to Frances and Courtney.

Frances settled her divorce with Isaiah and agreed to give him the famous guitar just to get him out of her life, but clearly that didn't work.

Silva is also suing John Nazarian, actor Ross Butler and musician Michael Schenk ... claiming they were all involved in the conspiracy. BTW, he alleges they made their way inside his house by pounding on the front door and yelling, 'Police, open up!!!" and "LAPD, open the f******* door!!!" And he claims, Lutfi grabbed Silva's genitals through his pants, moved to within inches of his face and whispered, "Listen fa***t, calm the f*** down or we'll drag you upstairs and take turns f****** you."

He says he was hurt during the ordeal.

Silva is asking for unspecified damages.

We reached out to Courtney's manager ... so far no word back.

Tommy Lee's Calabasas pad is apparently home sweet home no longer ... so he's trying to unload it once again.

The rocker put his 6 bed, 8 bath, nearly 10,000 sq. ft. palace back on the market after briefly taking it down early this year. Tommy's house is 3 levels featuring walnut floors, stone counters, soaring ceilings, a full gym and an incredible music studio transformed from a 13-car garage.

If that's not cool enough ... there's also a retractable roof covering a jungle-like indoor atrium with cascading waterfalls. And just for good measure ... the backyard boasts a saltwater pool and built-in BBQ.

Lee was asking for nearly $5 mil for the home last year, but is now working with new agents -- Jonathan Siegfried and Tomer Fridman -- and dropped the price to $4.65 mil.

You'll recall ... this is the house where Tommy Lee's son recently coldcocked his dad, triggering a criminal investigation.

UFC legend Michael Bisping isn't planning on fading away now that he's retired from fighting -- dude has BIG plans ... telling TMZ Sports, "I'm taking over Hollywood."
