Claudia Jordan's adamant the criminal justice system has had its faults ... so it's only right Suge Knight get let out of jail at LEAST so he can attend his mother's funeral.

We got the former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Sunday night leaving Delilah in WeHo and asked her if Suge should get a "get out of jail free" card after the passing of his mother. TMZ broke the story ... Suge's mom, Maxine Chatman, died Sunday after suffering a stroke.

Drake's mom, Sandi Graham, says rap beefs are for kids ... and she wants 'em dropped, stat.

We got Sandi leaving Delilah in WeHo -- rolling deep with some hotties, btw -- and we ask her about Jay-Z throwing shade. Jay and Bey dropped their new joint album, "Everything is Love," and Jay goes after Drizzy in "BOSS" for turning down his TIDAL offer and choosing Apple Music.

Jay also references the Pusha-T beef and calls out Drake for sending him a $100k invoice. All of that is kid's play ... according to Sandi, who says it's time everyone act like grown men.

Billy Sammeth -- who managed the careers of superstars like Cher, Dolly Parton, Joan Rivers and KC and The Sunshine Band -- has died.

Sammeth, who started his own agency -- The Bill Sammeth Organization -- in 1983, passed away over the weekend from pancreatic cancer, according to his sister, Barbara.

Sammeth first got his start working in the mail room of a Hollywood PR firm -- and used the job to connect with The Osmond Brothers -- whom he later represented and helped to bring Osmondmania! to the masses at just 21 years old.

Billy's The Bill Sammeth Organization has been in existence for more than 30 years. The company's first clients included Cher, Olivia Newton-John, Joan Rivers and Adam Bowen.

Sammeth sued Rivers back in 2010, just after her win on "The Celebrity Apprentice" for defamation and owed money. Billy claimed Joan's portrayal of him as a "missing manager" in her documentary was damaging to his career. The case settled before it went to court.

Prince Harry wanted his future father-in-law to give Donald Trump a chance ... so claims Meghan Markle's father.

Thomas Markle gave a wide-ranging interview on "Good Morning Britain" and revealed Harry once tried talking him off the ledge over the Prez. Thomas said he had been in a bad mood about something Trump had just done when he got on the horn with Harry.

Thomas said, "I always have a bad attitude about Donald Trump and that's never gonna change. I have to apologize to the rest of the world for my president. All Harry actually said -- because Trump was new -- 'Give him a chance.' I think Harry's probably changed his mind by now. I certainly hope he has."

That's a stunning revelation given members of the Royal family are supposed to remain apolitical ... and especially interesting since Harry's boys with President Obama.

Thomas also said Brexit was loosely discussed ... Thomas says Harry told him he was "open to" the experiment of Britain leaving the European Union.

But lighter topics were also discussed ... Thomas dished on talking to Harry for the first time, and he also shared how Harry asked for his daughter's hand.

Robert De Niro's protest chickens came home to roost -- one week after his "F**k Trump" speech, a Trump supporter gave it right back to him.

De Niro is directing "A Bronx Tale" on Broadway and, during the show's curtain call Saturday night ... a guy whipped out a Trump 2020 "Keep America Great" banner and stood by the stage. The crowd seemed to ignore him, according to some reports, and then security came and tossed him out of the theater.

Mind you, De Niro wasn't on the stage when the protest went down, so it's hardly a direct hit ... as far as rebuttals go, anyway.

Talent agent Tyler Grasham will not face any charges in his sexual assault case being reviewed by the L.A. City Attorney's Office ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... the L.A. County District Attorney's Office had already rejected 4 cases against Grasham citing insufficient evidence and the statute of limitations running out. But one of them -- by a man alleging Grasham stuck his hand down his pants in 2014 after meeting on Tinder -- was kicked to the City Attorney's Office for possible misdemeanor prosecution.

Antonio Sabato Jr. is officially a single man, just in time to hit the Congressional campaign trail.

According to the docs, the former soap star and his ex, Cheryl Marie, reached an agreement on their divorce back on December 31, 2017. Happy new year, indeed. However, it took several months for the judge to sign off.

The exes have joint legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son, Antonio III. As for property, he gets the house and a 2015 Fiat. They both agreed to return the Maserati they were leasing.

Antonio has to pay child and spousal support, though it's light for a Hollywood divorce. He'll fork over $533 a month for his kid. Cheryl gets $350 monthly in alimony, but only until April 2019. They were only married for 5 years.

He also has to pay her $10k for attorney fees, and agree not to take any drugs without a valid prescription. As we reported, Cheryl claimed Antonio abused prescription drugs, and was worried about their son's safety. Sabato admitted issues with sleeping pills, but told us he's an outspoken advocate on fighting addiction.

He'll be the Republican candidate for California's 26th District, come November.

"House of Cards" star Reg E. Cathey had a small fortune to his name when he died earlier this year from lung cancer ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Reg -- also known for his huge role on "The Wire" -- had about $495k in several accounts. The docs include a list of his relatives who could be eligible to claim the assets.

TMZ broke the story ... the beloved actor died in February surrounded by friends and family. His funeral costs were just over $2k, according to the docs ... and included $180 for cremation. A family member tells us his ashes were spread in NYC, where he lived most of his adult life.

Good news for Joel McHale's kids: you can quit school to play video games!!

Bad news for the McHale children: you just have to be as good at Fortnite as Ninja!!

McHale competed at the Fortnite Pro-Am Tournament earlier this week ... and, since his two kids were with him, we had to ask -- would he let them skip college for the game??

"If they're like Ninja or Myth then, yeah, don't go to college," he told us.

McHale's a funny guy ... but he ain't joking. After all, there's $100 MILLION in Fortnite money up for grabs this season and the way pro gaming is going, the pots are only gonna get bigger!

There is a catch for the McHale boys, though ... Joel says the kids can't just turn on the game "whenever they want" to practice.

7:17 PM PT -- Sources close to Pamela say she stands by Brandon's statement. We're told Pamela left Tommy when their youngest son, Dylan, was just 7 weeks old. For years, Pamela has maintained that the only thing that makes Tommy a "Dad" to Brandon and Dylan is his DNA.

Our sources say Pamela knows her two boys are total gentlemen and the three of them only want the best for Tommy ... they hope he gets help he needs.

Tommy Lee's post honoring his dad on Father's Day got shredded to pieces ... by his own son.

In a clear sign there's plenty of bad blood still left between them, Brandon eviscerated his father with a blistering comment on Tommy's Instagram post honoring his father. Tommy starts by offering sobering thoughts about fatherhood but things went south from there ... with shots at his sons and a parting shot at his ex, Pamela Anderson.

Didn't take long for Brandon to clap back, saying, "Remember what happened last time you said this s***? ... You gotta show up to be a Dad big guy. If you think we're so bad (which I can assure you we are not) then you should have showed up to a few more BDays and baseball games. Someone like you couldn’t raise a man like me. I'm twice the man you'll ever be."

Brandon went on to say, "Once again painting our family in a negative light. Who the f*** are you? Just move on dude ... WE ALL HAVE. Or I'll put you right back to f***in sleep."

Things really escalated because moments after that comment, Brandon posted video on his IG of his father unconscious from the night he punched him, which we're told was in self defense.

As we reported ... Brandon knocked Tommy out cold after a heated argument back in March turned physical. There was a time when it seemed Brandon and Tommy would patch things up. Brandon eluded as much and Tommy said he didn't want his son prosecuted.

So much for that.

Suge Knight's looking for a "get out of jail" card and hopes the court will be sympathetic when they hear him out ... he wants to attend his mother's funeral.

Sources close to the Knight family tell TMZ ... Suge's mother, Maxine Chatman, died Sunday surrounded by family at a hospital in Paramount, CA. We're told she suffered a stroke about a month ago and her health had been deteriorating since. Her lungs had recently collapsed and she had kidney failure. She was 77.

Khloe Kardashian and True got quite the warm welcome home in L.A. ... and it was pretty sweet, literally and figuratively.

Khloe posted this video on Snapchat almost in disbelief at the warm reception she and True got now that they're on the West Coast. Tons of cookies baring True's cute little face. There was also a bunch of balloons ... courtesy of Kylie and Stormi.

This is the first time Khloe's with True in L.A. after giving birth to her back in April in Cleveland. As we first reported ... Khloe's plans were to come back to L.A. with True as soon as she was medically cleared to fly. At the time, Khloe and Tristan Thompson's relationship was fractured to say the least. But they seem to have patched things up -- she even showed up to support Tristan and the Cavs in the NBA Finals.

Horrific scene out of Huayin City in China's Shaanxi Province where a ceiling collapsed ... crushing and trapping tourists riding down an escalator.

The terrible incident happened inside the Huashan Mountain tourist center ... a popular visitors' destination. You can see a throng of tourists going down an escalator when, out of nowhere, they look up and notice the ceiling's about to land on top of them.

It happened so fast they never had the chance to run for cover. The incident triggered immediate panic as tourists rushed to free others trapped under the debris.
