Andy Dick never saw it coming -- an aggressive bodyguard treated him like some crazed Post Malone fan and ripped him off the rapper's Lamborghini ... and we got it all on video.

The "Better Now" rapper was leaving Poppy Thursday night after killing it at the Hollywood Bowl. All seemed fine and dandy as Post was riding passenger side in his Lambo ... window down and signing his John Hancock before splitting.

But then something strange happens -- Andy shows up. He walks up to the driver's side and tries shooting the s**t when, out of nowhere, a bodyguard intervenes in the most bodyguard-ish way.

Rob Gronkowski is giving Tom Brady 2 giant thumbs up -- in the air, that is -- for coming clean about his penchant for ass eating, sayin' ... ya can't really blame the guy.

We saw Gronk at LAX and had to ask him about his QB seemingly admitting to eatin' the booty ... and he wasn't the least bit surprised, because, "He's wild. He's a wild man."

Gronk was fighting like hell to contain his laughter about Tom's response to Barstool Sports' #AssEatinSZN post -- but made sure we knew, "It's great, he likes to eat ass."

Translation: No shame in the booty game!

But Rob's favorite part of this whole sitch has to do with WHEN Tom chows down. Clearly referring to Gisele getting out of the shower (Barstool's words, not ours) ... Gronk said, "I'm glad he likes it fresh."

He also has an opinion on whether Tom will catch crap ... in the locker room, that is.

Judge Joe Brown says President Trump should steer clear of picking a reality TV judge for the soon-to-be vacant SCOTUS seat ... 'cause most of 'em wouldn't come close to cutting it.

TMZ broke the story ... Jim filed for divorce from Alexis last week after 12 years of marriage.

In the letter to Shannon, obtained by TMZ, he says she flapped her gums on a podcast and lied about him shutting down his trampoline biz. Even worse, he says she falsely stated, "people get paralyzed ... apparently that happened" -- again, referring to his company.

Jim says both women are not only damaging him with their "morally corrupt" gossip, but could potentially harm his children.

Drake's new album hasn't even dropped yet, but he already sent shock waves through the hip-hop world when he released his track list ... and one of the songs features Michael Jackson.

Our sources tell us ... the track -- titled "Don't Matter to Me" -- is actually a previously unreleased MJ song that Drake raps and sings along with. The format is similar to the 2014 song, "Love Never Felt So Good" ... which was a Jackson tune turned into a duet with Justin Timberlake.

Drake's new album, "Scorpion," will be available everywhere June 29 ... and the tracklist shows the King of Pop isn't the only superstar featured -- Jay-Z will showcase his talents as well.

The #6 track listed on the album was released a few weeks back, and the music vid's already racked up more than 25 million views thanks to the 'Degrassi' cast reunion aspect.

The meeting is more proof Michelle's instantly become a big-time player in showbiz ... on the heels of the Obamas' deal to produce content for Netflix.

We asked Kerry if Michelle got her to sign on the dotted line for a project. Her answer was coy, and therefore ... interesting.

More evidence they were trying to keep the meeting on the DL -- they pulled the classic Hollywood move of leaving through separate exits. Michelle went out the front door, interestingly ... while Kerry slipped out the back.

"Deadliest Catch" star Sig Hansen caught a major break in his Uber assault and property damage case -- it's only gonna set him back a few hundred dollars, and he's avoiding jail time.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Hansen pled guilty to assault but the judge dismissed his property damage charge. He was given a deferred sentence of 12 months, and ordered to pay $343 in fines and fees.

We broke the story ... Sig allegedly spat on the driver last year in Seattle after the app canceled his ride, and the driver refused to take Sig and his fam the rest of the way with hard cash. He also allegedly kicked the car while exiting the vehicle. He was arrested shortly afterward.

Sig apologized for the incident, saying he made a "boneheaded move" and accepted responsibility for his actions.

6:15 PM PT -- The shooting suspect has been ID'd as Jarrod Warren Ramos, according to CNN. He reportedly filed a defamation claim against the paper in 2012, which was dismissed in 2013 and upheld after an appeal in 2015.

2:49 PM PT -- The suspect is a white male in his 20s with no ID who was taken into custody without the exchange of gunfire. He has damaged his fingertips, so law enforcement cannot ID him from fingerprints.

Smoke bombs and flash bangs were found in his backpack.

1:48 PM PT -- MD officials just announced that there have been 5 fatalities, with several others "gravely" injured.

They also stated that within 60-90 seconds of the gunman opening fire, authorities were on the scene. At this time, they believe the suspect in custody acted alone, and the building is now secure.

Gunfire erupted in a Maryland newspaper's office Thursday, and the gunman reportedly took down multiple employees before cops captured him.

The mass shooting happened in the Capital Gazette's newsroom in Annapolis. The suspect reportedly shot through a glass door at the beginning of the attack ... and continued firing around the office.

Cops raced to the scene, and Anne Arundel County Sheriff says one of his deputies successfully captured the suspect alive. He's reportedly a white man in his 20s. Authorities say he used a shotgun.

In a scene we've seen far too often, employees were seen exiting the building with their hands in the air ... as cops tried to get people out of harm's way.

Some early reports say as many as 4 people were killed and 5 injured in the attack.

A confirmed reporter inside the building at the time of the shooting tweeted from the scene.

Ashanti didn't know her ex-bf, Nelly, had cut ties with his dad after she shared a video of herself hanging backstage with him, but she's hoping father and son will reconcile.

We got Ashanti Thursday at LAX and asked her if she thought her hang with Nelly's dad is what made the rapper publicly eviscerate his pops. She seemed shocked when we told her about the fallout from her video.

Ashanti told us she hopes the rift isn't because of her, but it seems pretty clear, based on the timing ... it is.

She and Nelly dated for a decade, but broke up more than 3 years ago ... so you'd think they would've moved on by now.

'Jersey Shore' star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's baby mama told cops the reality star struck her multiple times during their domestic dispute ... but cops concluded she was the one in the wrong.

Jen Harley was arrested Sunday in Vegas for domestic battery after she allegedly attacked Ronnie while the two were driving home and then dragged him with her car.

According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- cops say they found Harley on the side of the road after a passerby called in to report a fight between the two.

Harley told cops she was driving and Ronnie was in the passenger's seat. She says Ronnie became aggressive, reaching for the steering wheel and hitting her multiple times. Harley claims she pulled over, took their 3-month-old daughter out of the car and tried waving down other drivers for help.

The police report states officers observed minor cuts, scratches and dried blood on Jen. The report also details Ronnie's injuries ... saying he sustained cuts to his mouth, arms and road-rash. Ronnie told officers Jen struck him 2 to 5 times with her fist, he got in the driver's seat once she got out and took off.

Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul is going to be laid to rest in his forever hardware, identical to that of his late bandmate and brother ... courtesy of none other than Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley.

Sources close to Vinnie's family tell TMZ that the recently deceased musician and Pantera co-founder will be buried in a custom KISS casket provided by Simmons and co.

We're told the casket was offered as a gift at Vinnie's family's request. His brother, "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott was buried in the original prototype in 2004 after his untimely death. As we reported ... Vinnie died in his sleep this past week, but the cause of death is unknown for now. He was 54.

Vinnie will also be buried in some of his clothes -- including his hat, shoes and flannel ... among other items. We're told Vinnie will be put into the ground Saturday at the same cemetery in Arlington, TX, where Darrell and his mom lie.
