MY DAUGHTER WAS UNDERAGE

Angelo Clary -- father of Azriel Clary -- tells TMZ ... Kelly took advantage of his daughter at the age of 17, which is a year too early under Florida law.

Clary insists R. Kelly is a pedophile, and says his "I Admit" lyrics about sympathizing with parents of his "girlfriends" are total BS.

As we reported ... Kelly addresses some of the sex cult allegations in the new, 19-minute long track -- in addition to his financial problems and celeb beefs with Steve Harvey and John Legend.

Clary doesn't give a damn about the singer's woes, but does suggest there's an easy fix for Kelly ... if he's really game.

Bethenny Frankel Not Just Frenemies with Carole ...

Published | Updated

The icy relations between Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill aren't unique -- we're told a whole lotta 'Housewives' aren't feeling the love from Frankel ... or giving it back.

Sources close to 'The Real Housewives of New York' cast tell TMZ ... it's hard to find any 'RHONY' stars who are fans of Bethenny. We're told most of the women feel she's negative, toxic and talks trash about everyone ... but they try to stay on good terms to avoid trouble.

They say Frankel acts high and mighty around the rest of the cast because of her successful side hustles ... but won't acknowledge the other ladies were successful too before and after their stints as 'Housewives.'

We broke the story ... Radziwill announced her departure from 'RHONY' by saying she was thrilled to say goodbye to frenemies -- a not-so-thinly veiled shot at Bethenny.

Turns out ... the frenemies are strong with this one.

We reached out to Frankel for comment. So far, no word back.

Corey Lewandowski Looking to Land TV Deal ... What 'Womp Womp'?

Published | Updated

Corey Lewandowski has his sights set on Hollywood ... he just needs to channel his inner Prez to blow past some negative pub and make it happen.

Sources close to Donald Trump's former campaign manager tell TMZ ... he's been shopping ideas for his own TV show around Hollywood, and is starting getting some takers.

We're told he had major interest months ago following the release of his book, 'Let Trump Be Trump,' but it quickly dissipated after he dropped a "womp womp" in response to a story about an immigrant child with Down syndrome being separated from her parents.

Apparently, enough time has passed for TV execs to forget about that, because we're told Corey met with Pilgrim Studios -- the home of Sean Spicer's upcoming talk show -- last week.

Our sources say Lewandowski wants to host some sort of unscripted political talk show that's more interview-driven and less Fox News, like "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" ... but with a different angle.

It's all still in the early stages, but we're told Corey's serious about making it happen. If it doesn't ... womp womp?

Floyd Mayweather Sr. I Got Hitched!! ... Secret Vegas Ceremony

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather Sr. is now a married man -- TMZ Sports has learned the 65-year-old tied the knot in a low-key ceremony back in February ... and we've got the pics to prove it!

Sources connected to the situation tell us ... Floyd and Lois Ann Roberts hit up the Stained Glass Wedding Chapel in Vegas on February 4 and swapped "I Dos" in a very quick and quiet ceremony.

The place offers special Elvis-themed weddings -- but Floyd opted for the more traditional option. Too bad!

We're told Floyd's famous boxing superstar son was NOT at the wedding. However, our Mayweather sources say Floyd Jr. is really fond of Sr.'s new wife -- they've known each other for decades and he considered her family even before things became official.

Sooooo ... congrats!!!

Trump Star Vandals Austin Clay & James Otis Finally Meet

Published | Updated

The 2 guys who took a crack at demolishing President Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame star came face-to-face this weekend, and some wisdom was imparted ... TMZ has learned.

Austin Clay -- the latest Trump star vandal -- met up with his predecessor, James Otis, Saturday at the Polo Lounge inside the Beverly Hills Hotel to break bread (not concrete) over lunch. The meeting lasted about 2 hours, with 10-15 people total in attendance.

Sources who were present tell us James mostly talked to Austin about how to protect himself legally after being arrested last week for pummeling the star with a pickax -- much like James did in 2016. We're told James wanted to give Austin advice on how to navigate the criminal justice system for the best outcome, seeing how he's gone through it himself.

Aside from the heart-to-heart, we're told James and Austin really hit it off -- laughing in each other's company and posing for photo-ops together. Although James didn't end up paying for Austin's $20k bail, it looks like they're true kindred spirits in bashing 45.

As we reported ... Austin says he doesn't regret the bang-up job he did on Trump's star -- which will remain in place despite all the violence and vandalism it's seen in recent months.

Kanye West Treats Yeezy Team to a Six Flags Day ... Buckle Up for Go-Karts

Published | Updated

Kanye West follows the age-old rule for a boss -- when you work hard, you play hard ... and that especially goes for the Yeezy team.

Sources close to Ye tell TMZ that the Yeezy founder took his entire staff to Six Flags Magic Mountain Saturday in what was described as a "Yeezy retreat." At one point, he was spotted in a go-kart with a bit of a mean mug on. That must be his game face.

BTW, we're told he's got a team of about 100 people -- so yes, Kanye and 100 staffers were mobbin' around a popular SoCal theme park. Talk about keeping a low profile!

It's an interesting choice in location too -- Kim and the rest of the Kardashians usually hit up Disneyland with the kids when they're doing amusement parks in public.

Sometimes you just gotta go for the big rides, though. Right, Ye?

NEXT ON THE TO-DO LIST

Justin Bieber is getting his priorities in order on the heels of a new hit song ... implying that his wedding with Hailey Baldwin will come before any more new music.

JB was out with his fiancee Sunday in NYC when he got asked by a bunch of paps what's next after releasing a new track with DJ Khaled called "No Brainer." He didn't hesitate long for an answer ... Justin says getting married was the most immediate item on his agenda.

This also appears to be the first time Bieber acknowledges Hailey as his bride-to-be on camera. She was a bit more bashful than he was being put on the spot, but sure seemed to appreciate the sweet shout-out.

We broke the story ... Justin proposed to Hailey earlier this month in the Bahamas. She obviously said yes, and was more than happy to flaunt the huge engagement ring he bought for her ... which set him back $500,000 give or take.

They've been inseparable since getting engaged, and it seems even the prospect of conquering the charts isn't that a big deal to the Biebs with marriage on his mind.

Kanye West Dad Diagnosed with Prostate Cancer

Published | Updated

Kanye West's father, Ray West, is battling cancer ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Ray tell us he's been diagnosed with prostate cancer -- not stomach cancer as has been widely reported. We're told Kanye dropped everything to help his dad upon hearing the news.

Ray is currently being treated in L.A., and sources say he's responding well. We're being told that, for now, it looks like he's going to be okay.

The diagnosis comes just over 10 years after the death of Kanye's mother, Donda, to whom he was very close and whose death helped trigger his mental breakdown in 2016.

Ye and his pops were spotted grabbing lunch at Nobu Malibu in March ... a rare sighting of the father and son together.

Ray and Kanye's late mother divorced when Ye was a young child, but the 2 remained amicable over the years.

WWE Hall of Famer Nikolai Volkoff Dead at 70

Published | Updated

WWE Hall of Famer Nikolai Volkoff died this weekend.

His onetime ring partner, The Iron Sheik -- with whom he won WrestleMania I's World Tag Team Championship in '85 -- confirmed in a tweet Sunday that Volkoff had passed away.

Volkoff, who's real name was Josip Nikolai Peruzović, wrestled in the WWWF from 1968 to 1971 where he won a tag team title in 1970. After that, he went on to wrestle singles ... and later returned to the WWWF between '74 and '80 and then again for a second time in '84.

He went back and forth between foreign heel and hero through the '90s and eventually scaled back wrestling through the 2000s ... although he did make appearances in WWE.

Although he was Croatian, Volkoff was portrayed as a Russian ... and would often rile up the crowd by singing the Russian National Anthem.

WWE released a statement on Volkoff's passing, saying in part ... "As one of the greatest villains sports-entertainment had ever seen, Volkoff’s infamous rendition of the Soviet National Anthem before his matches made him an instant icon in the eyes of the WWE Universe as a Superstar they truly loved to hate ... Mike says Cohen has turned the corner on his former client, and will probably leak more tapes in the days to come. In other words ... a second spanking for DT, according to him.

He's also got some words for FOX News' Sean Hannity -- another client of Cohen's -- who apparently won't have Avenatti sit for his show. Mike's message ... sack up, bro.

Lil Pump & Smokepurpp Bring Out XXXTentacion's Mom Play 'SAD!' at Lit Up Fest

Published | Updated

XXXTentacion's memory was alive and well this weekend in Florida after 2 of his contemporaries brought his mother onstage to pay tribute to the slain MC.

Lil Pump and Smokepurpp were performing Saturday night in Miami for the Lit Up Music Festival, when at one point they brought out a surprise guest ... X's mom, Cleopatra Bernard. She came out flashing an 'X' sign with her arms and received a huge round of applause.

The rappers played X's hit song, "SAD!," over the loudspeakers and let the track run mostly uninterrupted. It was an emotional moment for sure as Cleo maintained her 'X' stance.

As we've reported ... a third suspect, Robert Allen, was arrested last week in connection to X's killing in June. A grand jury indicted him for first degree murder and armed robbery.

Two other men -- Dedrick Williams and Michael Boatwright -- have been arrested as well on suspicion of murder. A fourth man who cops have ID'd as a trigger man, Trayvon Newsome, is still at large.

The bash went down at the Marquee Nightclub inside the Cosmopolitan on the Strip. She was joined by bunnies ... not sure if they're real Playboy bunnies or faux, but it truly doesn't matter.

The event used to be held at the Playboy Mansion in L.A. ... this one's a spin-off.

The suggested attire for the evening ... lingerie and sleepwear, of course.

Hef may be gone, but Halsey is making damn sure ... his memory will live on.
