Mark Wahlberg On Baker Mayfield ... 'Cleveland Got Another Star!'
Baker Mayfield only threw 20 passes Thursday night ... but that's all Mark Wahlberg needed to see, saying, "Cleveland got another star!"
Mark's been Baker's biggest fan -- the dude bet actual money on the Browns to win six games this season -- and he had his "I told you so" moment watching Mayfield's highlights Friday morning.
"My boy Baker Mayfield," Mark says.
"First preseason game, 11-for-20, 212 yards, two touchdowns, getting after it No. 6! Come on! Cleveland got another star! Let's go."
Mark ain't speaking in hyperbole ... NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger called Baker's first game one of the greatest debuts he's ever seen.
Sooo, Cleveland ... LeBron who, right?!

Trump's Space Force Bonanza for Beer and Computer Games
President Trump's plan for an upcoming U.S. Space Force isn't just major news for the military ... it could be a huge windfall for beer and computer game producers too.
TMZ has learned the term "Space Force" has been quite popular, long before the Prez uttered the words for his proposed 6th branch of the military ... by makers of an arcade game, among others, that trademarked it in the '80s.
That game fizzled out and the trademark expired but, years later in 2014 ... a company filed paperwork for the rights to "SPACEFORCE" (one word) for online computer games and interactive educational games in the field of physics. According to the docs ... they've had the trademark on lockdown since 2015.
Then, after Trump first announced his Space Force idea in March, a shrewd business person jumped on the chance to own the rights to the name ... for beer.
According to legal docs, trademark paperwork for "Space Force" has also been filed as recently as June to make action figures and accessories.
Obviously, if these trademarks go through, the owners are set to benefit from the name recognition of the government's new military service ... which Mike Pence says will be created by 2020.
If this thing becomes a reality, these folks could really cash in. Trump's officially ahead of the game on that one though.

She claims she has since tried to return the 2 laptops, but has been unable to do so. She adds, "I have not been contacted by the police or any lawyers regarding this matter."
Sean Young -- who famously played Lt. Lois Einhorn/Ray Finkle in 'Ace Ventura' -- is wanted for questioning by the NYPD after she was allegedly caught on surveillance video stealing laptops and video production software.

Cops say two Apple laptops and video production software, worth about $12,000, were taken. We're told Young allegedly worked at the location at one point, but was fired months ago.
You was a huge star back in the '80s -- starring in movies like "Stripes," "Blade Runner" and "Dune" ... and broke out in the '90s playing Jim Carrey's "Captain Winkie-havin'" nemesis in "Ace Ventura."

Kurt Warner If My Teammates Knelt During Anthem ... I'd Support Them 100%
Kurt Warner says he would 100% support any teammate who chose to kneel during the national anthem ... telling TMZ Sports it's important to get behind guys who want to make societal change.
Important to note: Warner says he himself would never kneel during the anthem.
We got Warner at LAX and asked him his thoughts on Cowboys QB Dak Prescott taking heat after saying he doesn't think kneeling during the anthem is appropriate.
That's when Warner jumped into the issue, saying no matter what he'd do personally, he'd NEVER try to stifle teammates who wanted to engage in protest.
"I would support my teammates that, if they believed something was the right stand to make I have no problem with that."
Warner says that, while he'd stand to respect members of the military (including his wife), he gets that the protest isn't about disrespecting the armed forces, and hopes other people get that too.
"This has been about social injustice, social equality and that's what they're standing up for and, I don't care if you're my teammate or not, I'm always gonna stand up and believe for that."

Anthony Anderson, Steven Seagal, Harvey Weinstein Assault Cases Turned Over to D.A.
The Anthony Anderson and Steven Seagal assault investigations have been turned over to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the cases were sent over Wednesday by the LAPD for review.
As for Anderson, a woman went to police earlier this year claiming the "Black-ish" actor assaulted her. We do not know specifics, although he strongly denied her claim.
Seagal's been hit with multiple sexual misconduct allegations over the last few months.
You'll recall, two women came forward back in March with accusations against Seagal. One claimed he raped her at his home in 1993 and the other says in 2002, when she was just 17, Seagal pinched her nipples, slid his hand under her bikini and touched her vagina during an audition.
Seagal was also accused of sexual misconduct by Portia de Rossi, who claims he put her on a casting couch and unzipped his leather pants. Julianna Margulies claims in a hotel meeting with Seagal in the '80s, the actor brandished a gun but never touched her before she fled.
And the D.A. also received another Harvey Weinstein sexual assault case. In all, the D.A. is reviewing 6 of his cases.

'The Meg' Star Page Kennedy Oscars Need a 'Popular' Category Give Me & Cruise an Award!!!
The Academy adding a "popular" category to the Oscars has a lot of people riled up, including this guy -- who's got a movie coming out that could win -- and he's all for it.
We spoke to actor Page Kennedy on "TMZ Live" a day before his and Jason Statham's blockbuster film, "The Meg," is set to hit theaters -- where they're battling a prehistoric, humongous great white shark -- and he gave us his take on the controversy.
Page says films like his -- and other popcorn flicks like 'Mission: Impossible,' 'Fate of the Furious,' etc. -- deserve to be recognized for their badassery ... plain and simple. He says these types of movies have just as much value as traditional Oscar noms ... and could even add a much-needed shot of life into an award show that's gathering dust in the ratings.
Considering this is what his acceptance speech would sound like ... he might be right.

Donald Trump Hey Guys, Vote On a Space Force Logo ... Then Buy the Merch!
President Trump is going back to his base over space -- as in his proposed Space Force, and wants his MAGA camp to vote on their favorite logo ... and then buy it.
Trump's campaign sent an email Thursday to subscribers ... asking them to weigh in on new artwork for the would-be 6th branch of the military ... but there's a capitalist twist.
Based on the wording of the email, it doesn't sound like this would be for the official Space Force program -- more like Space Force gear the campaign wants to peddle to anyone courageous enough to buy it. Dare we say wear it, too?
Anyway, the President's campaign's trying to profit off something that doesn't even exist yet ... although the VEEP just unveiled a plan to fire it up.
So we gotta ask ...

Tekashi69 So Scared He Needs a Bathroom ... Could Get 1-3 Years in Child Sex Case
-
EXCLUSIVE
Tekashi69 seemed super nervous heading into his sentencing hearing -- and if you believe the words out of the rapper's mouth -- he was so scared it was affecting his bowels.
We got the rapper heading into an NYC court Thursday to face the judge in his child sex case. Tekashi clearly held nothing back when asked how he was feeling before stepping inside.
The sentencing hearing stems from a case back in 2015 where 6ix9ine pled guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, long before he was famous.
The judge deferred his sentence for 2 years though -- with the deal being he'd only receive probation if he complied with certain conditions -- including completing community service, getting mental health treatment, staying out of trouble and writing an apology letter to the victim and her family.
Unfortunately for 6ix9ine, he hasn't avoided the staying out of trouble part of that agreement -- he's been arrested twice in recent months -- once in Texas and once in Brooklyn -- which certainly can't look good to the judge.
As for Thursday's hearing -- the judge ultimately decided to push it back a little more -- Tekashi will be back in court in October and we're told prosecutors are seeking 1 to 3 years and for the judge to make him register as a sex offender.

Lea Thompson 'Popular' Oscar Goes to ... 'Back to the Future,' Of Course!
Lea Thompson has zero doubt "Back to the Future" would've dominated the Oscars competition if the Academy had dreamed up the new popular film categories 32 years ago.
We got Marty McFly's mom outside Avra in Bev Hills, where she weighed in on the big Oscar changes coming in 2019. Lea makes no bones about it ... 'Future' was a global success that built an immediate cult following, and could have cleaned up.
The film, btw, did have some success at the Academy Awards in '86 -- it got nominated in 3 categories (Best Original Screenplay, Best Original Song and Best Sound Mixing) and scored 1 statue for Best Sound Editing.
We wonder if "Black Panther" is now set up to do some Oscar damage, and if it is ... Lea's cool with it!!
Know what's not cool? The image of Lea banging Howard the Duck! Even the Academy has limits.
