Kylie -- who turned 21 on Friday -- posted the quick clip of her baby daddy holding 6-month-old Stormi while one of the rapper's new tracks from his album, "Astroworld," plays in the background.

If Travis is feeling any aftereffects of Kylie's wild 21st birthday from Thursday night, he certainly isn't showing them ... even cracking a smile in the clip.

As we reported -- Kylie shut down Delilah in West Hollywood for her party -- an event with a ton of celebs and even a few ex-couple reunions.

3:47 PM PT -- Manson's attorney, Howard E. King, tells us, "It is not surprising that the District Attorney, after investigation, summarily rejected the claims made in a police report filed by a former acquaintance against Brian Warner p/k/a Marilyn Manson."

He continues, "The allegations made to the police were and are categorically denied by Mr. Warner and are either completely delusional or part of a calculated attempt to generate publicity for the claimant’s business of selling Manson memorabilia."

"The police report that spurred the investigation was accompanied by the woman’s press release and other attempts to generate publicity that fraudulently claimed she was held captive by Mr. Warner for 48 hours in 2011. Any claim of sexual impropriety or imprisonment at that, or any other, time is false."

Marilyn Manson will not be charged with rape after previously unknown allegations have surfaced.

Legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- show Manson was recently accused of raping a woman back in October 2011. Exact details of the incident are unclear ... but the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office decided there wasn't enough to charge him, due to "absence of corroboration."

There are also battery and assault with a deadly weapon charges, but those charges won't be filed because the statute of limitations expired. A law enforcement source tells us those charges stem from some sort of cutting that happened during the sex.

Bethenny Frankel's on-again, off-again boyfriend, Dennis Shields, was found dead Friday of a suspected overdose ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they got a call just after 9 AM for an unresponsive male. Upon arriving at Shields' Trump Tower apartment, they learned his assistant had administered Narcan but was unsuccessful in reviving him.

Our sources say they believe Shields OD'd on oxycodone ... but an autopsy is pending.

Frankel and Shields met nearly 30 years ago but didn't start dating until 2016. The relationship had many splits and makeups.

Ex-MLB All-Star pitcher Esteban Loaiza has formally pled guilty to felony cocaine possession with intent to distribute and now faces up to life in prison.

As we previously reported, the 46-year-old was arrested in San Diego back in February after officials said he was trying to move more than $500,000 in cocaine from a house located near a school.

Officials say Loaiza was using "sophisticated" smuggling devices to hide the 22 kilos of coke.

He initially pled not guilty -- but changed his plea. On Friday, he appeared in a San Diego federal courtroom to plead guilty to the charge.

Sentencing is scheduled for November 2 -- and he could face up to life in prison with a minimum of 10 years. He could also be deported to Mexico.

Former Tour de France winner Jan Ullrich has been arrested in Germany after officials say the cyclist beat up a hooker in Frankfurt.

The 44-year-old -- who won the Tour back in 1997 -- allegedly had a dispute with a female sex worker at a hotel ... and the incident turned physical.

Officials say the woman suffered injuries in the attack and Ullrich could be charged with assault or attempted murder. Cops also suspect he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Demi Lovato left her rehab facility Thursday and flew to Chicago, but we've learned the trip was organized by doctors and designed to make her sober and healthy.

Sources with firsthand knowledge tell us, Demi and her mom landed in Chicago on a private jet at 2 AM Friday. We're told she's there to see a psychiatrist who specializes in mental health, sobriety and overall wellness.

Our sources say Demi will be in Chicago for several days for treatment, and then she'll fly back to reenter the rehab facility where she's been since last Saturday.

Our sources say the rehab facility recommended that Demi see the specialist in Chicago, and she jumped at it.

TMZ broke the story ... Demi almost died after OD'ing last month.

We're told she's fully committed to getting better.

Rapper Nate Dogg continues to earn money 7 years after his death and those funds are now being passed on to his close family.

It appears funds keep coming in from Nate Dogg's music and other ventures and, as it accumulates, it gets distributed.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, the money totals $225,000 in cash and here is how it's being divided.

His widow, LaToya Calvin, is getting $30,000.

His son, Naijiel Dwoyne Hale, is getting $11,666.

Nate Dogg has 7 other family members who are getting $8,333 each.

When he died back in 2011, he left no will and had around $200k in real estate. It appears the $225k is from his music catalog.

The rapper was 41 when he died in Long Beach, CA.

TMZ broke the story, Brad Pitt loaned his estranged wife $8 million to buy a house ... a little weird for an actress who has raked in millions for years.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Brad's income and net worth far, far exceed Angelina's ... it's not even close.

Fact is ... Angelina has not made money an issue in her divorce until several weeks ago, when she asked a judge for a formal child support agreement. As we reported, Brad has paid Angelina $1.3 million in support over the last 2 years and she didn't complain until late last month.

Our sources say Brad and Angelina don't have a prenup, which means anything they earned while they were married is a 50/50 split. That benefits Angelina, but the problem is ... they married in 2014.

Brad made more than her throughout their relationship, which began in 2004. The only way Angelina could get a cut of Brad's income from 2004 - 2014 is if she could prove they had an agreement that he would support her.

We're told she's talking about filing such a claim. But sources connected to Brad say that's laughable, because they were both extremely rich and such a promise wasn't necessary and never made.

What's super interesting ... Angelina and Brad delayed tying the knot until gay marriage became legal in California. Brad made that statement in 2006, and it took 8 more years for them to finally walk down the aisle. Had they married in 2006 she'd be entitled to millions more in community property.

9:55 AM PT -- Sarah Huckabee Sanders has just responded on behalf of the White House, calling Omarosa a "disgruntled former White House employee" who is "trying to profit off these false attacks."

8:42 AM PT -- George just released a statement, saying, "The allegation is not credible, and indeed is ridiculous, particularly in light of the timing of her departure from the White House -- December 12, 2017. It's absurd all around."

Although Conway does not specify why the timing is significant, it appears the majority of his public criticism of 45 came well after Omarosa's departure.

Omarosa says she has dirt on Donald Trump ... and it's racial.

Omarosa -- who briefly worked for the Trump Administration -- claims in her upcoming book, "Unhinged," she witnessed Trump use racial epithets in talking about the husband of White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway.

According to Omarosa, Trump referred to George Conway, who is half Filipino, as a "Flip" and a "Goo-goo."

Omarosa also says there are tapes that exist in which Trump used the n-word on the set of the TV show, "Celebrity Apprentice."

Donald Trump is pissed off at two Miami Dolphins receivers who continued the "take a knee" demonstration into the 2018 NFL season ... and now he's calling for them to be suspended.

Both Kenny Stills and Albert Wilson took a knee during the national anthem at the Miami Dolphins pre-season opener versus the Tampa Bay Bucs on Thursday. Other players raised their fists.

Enter Trump ... who tweeted first thing Friday morning -- calling for swift action against the players.

"The NFL players are at it again - taking a knee when they should be standing proudly for the National Anthem," Trump said.

"Numerous players, from different teams, wanted to show their 'outrage' at something that most of them are unable to define."

"They make a fortune doing what they love. Be happy, be cool! A football game, that fans are paying soooo much money to watch and enjoy, is no place to protest."

"Most of that money goes to the players anyway. Find another way to protest. Stand proudly for your National Anthem or be Suspended Without Pay!"

On the other hand, the players were praised by Colin Kaepernick -- who started the demonstration. He offered the following message to the players -- "Stay strong brothers."

Daddy Yankee says he was the target of a crazy hotel room heist in Spain -- where a dude impersonating the "Despacito" rapper allegedly fooled staff into opening the rapper's safe and made off with $2 MILLION in jewelry and cash.

A rep for Daddy Yankee confirms the incident went down while the rapper was outside of his hotel in Valencia, Spain -- when a man pretending to be Yankee got access to his hotel room.

According to local reports, the fake Daddy Yankee asked a hotel staff member to open the safe in Yankee's room ... and the staff member obliged.

Daddy Yankee -- real name Ramón Luis Ayala Rodríguez -- famously rocks big gold chains and diamonds, and reports say that's exactly what was jacked from his hotel room at the exclusive Meliá Valencia Hotel... along with about $2,500 in cash.
