Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio (yes, that really is Leo) might not know how to party like it's 1969 but they certainly know how to act like it.

Brad and Leo threw on some groovy outfits to film a scene in Quentin Tarantino's film "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" on Monday in L.A. Brad looked dashing as ever ... rocking a white denim top and bottom with some brown boots. Slick finish with a black t-shirt. Leo, on the other hand, was unrecognizable.

For starters, Leo's rocking sideburns and a mop top hairstyle ... completing the '60s look with pink pants and a vintage polo shirt. Leo's playing Rick Dalton, a has-been western TV star who lives next to Sharon Tate. Brad plays Cliff Booth ... Leo's character's stunt double.

As you know ... the movie stars Margot Robbie playing Tate, who was brutally murdered by members of the Charles Manson family in 1969 while she was pregnant with Roman Polanski's child.

Katt Williams' handlers wanted him to get some shine at the Emmys so badly, they kept him in the dark about a scheduled court date -- a decision that blew up in Katt's face with his weekend arrest.

Sources close to the comedian tell TMZ ... Williams' management team didn't tell him he was due in an Atlanta courtroom at the same time he was flying to L.A. last month to attend the Emmys. Yes, Katt was nominated for his role on the hit show "Atlanta," and he ended up winning.

However, we're told Katt's making it clear he would've picked going to court over the award show if anyone on his team had bothered to let him know what was at stake. When Katt no-showed for court, the judge issued a warrant for his arrest.

Our sources say Katt never even knew about the warrant until he got busted in Oregon for allegedly assaulting his driver. He remains in a Portland jail, and no decision's been made yet on extradition.

Bottom line -- Katt feels like he's paying the price for his team choosing lady Emmy over Lady Justice.

Ronda Rousey knows how John Cena feels -- because she got straight-up blindsided by Nikki Bella on Monday night ... and got her ass kicked in the process.

Rousey and the Bella Twins were part of a 6-way tag team match against the Riott Squad on "WWE Raw" in Chicago ... and things were going great, until Rousey got double-crossed.

After the ref had raised their hands in victory, Nikki hit Ronda with a clothesline from behind ... knocking her to the ground.

Brie Bella then rushed over and continued the beatdown -- stomping her out and throwing her into the steel ring stairs.

Yeah, we know ... fake (blah, blah, blah) -- but watch the video, Ronda's body took some real damage here.

So, what happens next?

Revenge. Sweet, sweet revenge.

French Montana isn't trying to fix the criminal justice system by himself, but says he still wants to do his part ... which is why he bailed a woman out of jail who couldn't afford it.

We got French Monday in NYC shortly after he posted bail for a woman in the Bronx who couldn't put up the money. He tells us poverty isn't a crime, and just because you can't afford to get out of a cage doesn't mean you should be in one.

He teamed up with Global Citizen, Revolve Impact, The Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Org and Mass Bail Out, an org focused on this cause, but French told us this is very personal for him ... revealing how the cash bail system has affected some of his close friends.

If it sounds like French is taking a page out of Kim Kardashian West's playbook -- dedicating himself to prison reform -- he says absolutely, because if he didn't ... he'd just be a rapper with a mic.

You better come correct if you challenge Jimmy Fallon to a rap battle ... 'cause Jimmy just put one of Post Malone's artists in a body bag.

The 'Tonight Show' host wasn't playing around when he went rhyme-for-rhyme with Post's upcoming artist, Tyla Yaweh ... hitting him where it hurts with no regard for human life.

Antonio Brown went into a violent rage back in April and threw a bunch of furniture off the balcony of his 14th story apartment nearly killing a 22-month-old toddler ... so says a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

The Pittsburgh Steelers star WR has been sued by Ophir Sternberg -- who claims his 22-month-old son was walking around the pool at a high-end apartment complex with his grandfather when suddenly "large objects started to fall from the building many floors above them."

Sternberg claims the items included 2 very large vases, a heavy ottoman and other pieces of furniture -- which landed within a mere foot or 2 from the toddler and his grandfather.

One of the vases shattered when it hit the ground, the lawsuit says.

Security and police were called to the scene and determined the items came from Brown's place -- and the whole thing was captured on surveillance video.

Sternberg claims "Mr. Brown was extremely agitated, acting aggressively, and yelling at security personnel when [police] arrived to the scene."

Brown also caused extensive damage to his own unit "in a fit of rage," the lawsuit says.

Sternberg claims his child was terrified and traumatized by the incident -- he has night terrors -- and he's lucky he wasn't killed or severely injured.

He's suing for assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress -- claiming Brown acted "without regard for human life."

We've reached out to Brown's rep for comment -- so far, no word back.

Caitlyn Jenner is being treated more harshly by her own, transgender community than the general public because they think she voted for Donald Trump ... but she didn't, according to her partner.

Sophia Hutchins says a few leaders in the trans community have poisoned them against Caitlyn, and the media just stoked the coals.

Sophia, who sat for an interview with Jim Breslo on his podcast, "Hidden Truth," didn't reconcile something her partner told Diane Sawyer ... that she voted for Trump.

Sophia says Caitlyn has had a hard time winning over the trans community, in part because they unfairly view her as unrelatable because she lives a privileged life. She blasts the media for telling untruths about her partner ... blasts them hard.

Sophia has long been an LGBTQ activist ... noting, when she was at college at the Christian school Pepperdine University, she fought the administration to get an LGBTQ club on campus. It rankles her that the media reduces her to being "a model."

Forget legacy, Conor McGregor should quit fighting and retire already ... so says UFC star Derrick Lewis.

The Black Beast joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs nightly on FS1) and said Conor doesn't have anything to prove anymore and he's made so much money fighting, he should step away from the Octagon and enjoy the rest of his life.

"He made life-changing money," Lewis says ... "He really don't have to fight."

"I'm fighting just so I can take care of my family. I don't fight just because I love it just that much. I'm fighting because it's a job for me."

In fact, Lewis says if he made a $50 million payday for a fight like Conor, he'd cut off everyone and disappear.

"I'll probably even get a divorce then," Lewis joked.

It's official ... President Trump's got "Bad Blood" with Taylor Swift ... 'cause he just took a shot at her, responding to her diss of a Republican Congresswoman.

Trump was on the South Lawn Monday afternoon when he was asked about Taylor's foray into politics. Check it out ... about a minute-and-a-half into the vid, he turns to the camera, with a sly grin, and proceeds to rip Taylor ... saying she's clueless about the Congressional race in Tennessee. Then he drops a parting shot at her music and her poll numbers ... at least in the White House.

ICYMI ... Taylor announced she's voting for 2 Democrats in the Volunteer State, and blasted the voting record of Rep. Marsha Blackburn ... who's running for Senate.

One of Trump's most vocal supporters, Judge Jeanine Pirro, also offered Taylor some advice ... which sounded like it was taken straight outta Laura Ingraham's playbook.

On the other hand, comedian D.L. Hughley gave Taylor props for taking a stand. And, if you're wondering, he says hell yeah a singer can make a difference in a red state like Tennessee. As he put it, anything's possible when a game show host can become Prez.

Lil Wayne was NOT about to wait around to figure out whether shots had really been fired at his concert this weekend -- he assumed it happened, and got the hell OUT of Dodge.

TMZ got this video of Wayne being whisked away backstage, toward the end of Sunday night's severely shortened A3C Fest set. Someone allegedly yelled out "shots fired!" and caused a panic. As you can see ... Weezy was no different from fans at the show, rushing downstairs off the stage and straight into his waiting SUV, not taking any chances.

Can't blame Weezy for hauling ass. Remember, his tour bus was shot up in the Atlanta area back in 2015, so it makes sense his team was ready to bolt. The scene out on the festival grounds was just as chaotic with everyone in GTFO mode.

As we reported ... several concertgoers were trampled in the stampede. All in all, about a dozen people were injured with minor injuries, some of which required medical attention.

Dana White says the Nevada State Athletic Commission is talking about keeping Khabib Nurmagomedov's entire fight purse from UFC 229 -- $2 MILLION -- over the post-fight brawl.

"They took his whole purse right now and they're talking about keeping his purse," the UFC honcho said on "TMZ Live."

"You should not be able to keep his whole purse."

Dana is referring to the post-fight melee at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas -- when Khabib choked out Conor McGregor and then jumped out of the Octagon to fight Conor's teammate, Dillon Danis.

A brawl ensued and cops rushed in to break things up.

Now, White says NSAC will undoubtedly hit Khabib with a fine -- but it should be closer to $250,000 ... not $2 MILLION.

White says he also thinks Khabib will get suspended -- and believes he deserves to be shelved for 4 to 6 months.

It's possible White could go around the Commission and book Khabib to fight outside the United States -- but Dana made it clear UFC will NOT do that. They will stand behind whatever suspension is doled out.

White also explains the difference between Conor's bus attack incident in New York and Khabib's crowd attack in Nevada -- and why it will be treated differently by the two governing boards.

As for Conor's fighting future -- Dana says he's still figuring that out ... but clearly likes the idea of Tony Ferguson being in the mix.
