TMZ Hip Hop caught up with SZA outside "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Tuesday, fresh on the heels of her and the late King of Pop sharing the record for the longest-running Top 10 album by a Black artist on the Billboard 200 chart.

MJ's music didn't get boosted from the streaming era, but "S.O.S." is barely 2 years old and has accomplished such a feat ... classic albums win differently as the generations change!!!

TMZ has just received a letter from a lawyer repping Wendy Williams' guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, and the attorney claims some of the media coverage of the guardianship and their client is "untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading."

The attorney notes Morrissey did not create the guardianship ... the judge did. He goes on to say a judge declared Wendy legally incapacitated last August, after she was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia the year before.

The lawyer says Wendy has not been kept from her family, saying she can call them and see them whenever she wants. Wendy says she has not been allowed visitors, with just a few exceptions, since entering the assisted living facility in New York.

The desperate search for missing University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki in the Dominican Republic is ongoing -- and now, authorities in Virginia have zeroed-in on a person of interest.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Thomas Julia confirmed to TMZ that 24-year-old Joshua Riibe is a "person of interest" in Konanki’s disappearance -- surveillance video shows him as the last person seen with her before she disappeared.

We're told Riibe -- a former high school wrestler -- has been "interviewed at length," but Julia emphasized that, for now, this remains a missing-person case, not a criminal one.
