The estranged wife of "Ghost Adventures" star Aaron Goodwin made her first court appearance since being arrested for allegedly plotting to have him whacked ... and she's looking pretty stressed out.

Victoria Goodwin was in a Las Vegas courtroom Tuesday for a preliminary hearing ... she's facing two charges -- solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Victoria's wearing jail scrubs and talking to her attorney, with her hands cuffed to a chain around her waist. She agrees to the judge's question about returning to court in 2 weeks.

TMZ broke the story ... Victoria was arrested earlier this month after police said she hatched a plan to kill Aaron while he was filming his show with Zak Bagans ... as a way to get out of her marriage.

Anyone who shared their DNA with 23andMe needs to delete their data from the genetic information service before the company is sold to the highest bidder ... so says a tech columnist sounding the alarm on future consequences.

Geoffrey Fowler, who writes about technology in the Washington Post after a long career at the Wall Street Journal, joined us on "TMZ Live" and we asked him what's the big deal with the 23andMe bankruptcy.

The company is going under and is heading to court to sell its assets ... and Geoffrey warns there's a risk people's DNA data could be sold or transferred somewhere else.

The new Karen Read documentary series -- giving a BTS look at her first trial and her preparation for the retrial in the death of her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O'Keefe -- is blowing up ... but TMZ’s learned they won’t be rolling the cameras for her upcoming retrial.

Director Terry Dunn-Meurer tells TMZ ... "Karen approached us with a compelling desire to share her story, and we believe we captured it thoroughly in 'A Body in the Snow: The Trial of Karen Read.' While the second trial will undoubtedly introduce new evidence and fresh faces -- including a new prosecutor and three additional defense attorneys -- the essence of Karen's story remains the same. Therefore, we currently have no plans to film another documentary covering the same ground."

The ID team stopped filming with Karen a few days after the first trial wrapped last summer, catching the aftermath, and then they did follow-ups in August ... but none of those included Karen -- and that's the extent of it.

Houston rapper Sauce Walka narrowly dodged a brush with death in Memphis Saturday when several gunmen hopped out of a car and opened fire ... new surveillance footage obtained by TMZ Hip Hop shows.

His Memphis-born artist, Sayso P, was said to be the intended target by police and was gunned down at the scene.

In the new camera angle, a black suburban SUV can be seen parked in front of the hotel where Sauce, Sayso P, and crew were staying for the night.

Cindyana Santangelo, an actress once described as "the Latin Marilyn Monroe," has passed away ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us first responders were called Monday afternoon to Cindyana's Malibu home for a medical emergency ... and she was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

We're told Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies went to the hospital and learned Cindyana had recently received cosmetic shots in her home. Our sources say LASD's Homicide Division is now investigating her death.

12:15 PM PT -- The Arenas Del Mar tells TMZ Sports the Gardners did not eat at any of its restaurants for lunch or dinner the day before Miller's death ... but will continue to work with the family and officials on the tragic matter.

The cause of Brett Gardner's son's sudden death remains a mystery ... but Costa Rican officials said Tuesday they believe food poisoning might have played a role in the tragedy.

14-year-old Miller Gardner passed away Friday while on vacation with Brett and other family members in Manual Antonio ... and, initially, investigators thought he might have died from asphyxia, as his body was found with vomit on it.

But Costa Rica's Judicial Investigation Police told CNN on Tuesday that after they discovered the teen's airways were clear, they now believe his body's unfortunate reaction to a meal was what sparked the passing.
