Will Smith is addressing his infamous Oscars slap -- and all the baggage that came with it -- head-on on his new album.

Smith's album "Based on a True Story" dropped on Friday -- his first full-length solo project in 20 years, and it immediately confronts the fallout from slapping Chris Rock.

The album's opening song, "Int. Barbershop - Day" -- featuring DJ Jazzy Jeff and B. Simone -- kicks off with the line, "Will Smith is canceled."

At least 20 people are suspected dead after a massive 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar and Thailand on Friday, devastating buildings across Southeast Asia.

In Bangkok -- hundreds of miles away from the epicenter -- an high-rise under construction collapses to the ground, sending workers scrambling for their lives as a violent plume of debris erupts and spreads over the worksite.

The Thailand National Institute for Emergency Medicine reported 320 workers were present when the building went down.

Tate's attorney, Joseph McBride, tells TMZ ... Bri Stern's "post-concussion syndrome" diagnosis from a doctor's visit amounts to a kid going into the nurse's office at school and saying their stomach hurts.

McBride notes the diagnosis was not based on blood tests and says it's an "all-inclusive umbrella diagnosis which is very subjective."

Bri's attorney, Tony Buzbee, fired back, telling TMZ, "That’s the type of ignorant stupidity I would expect would spew from his idiotic mouth. I’m not in the business of responding to fools."

The woman who shot and killed Selena Quintanilla will not be freed from behind bars ... because she just got denied parole.

The decision came down Thursday when a parole board in Texas denied Yolanda Saldívar's bid for freedom ... citing the violent nature of her crime and claiming she still poses a "continuing threat" to the community.

Yolanda worked for Selena until March 9, 1995 when Selena's dad fired her after accusing her of embezzling money from the Tejano star's clothing company, which was planning to open a boutique in Monterrey, Mexico.
