Martin Kove is apologizing for biting his "Cobra Kai" costar Alicia Hannah-Kim on the arm at a fan convention ... he says he was being playful and took things too far.

The "Karate Kid" villain says in a statement, "I deeply regret and apologize for my actions regarding the incident with Alicia, a genuinely kind and wonderful person who didn’t deserve to be put in this position."

Martin adds ... "I've always respected her and considered her a highly professional and talented co-worker on 'Cobra Kai.' I was being playful in the moment but went too far and there is absolutely no excuse for my behavior."

Todd and Julie Chrisley are recalling the moment they found out President Trump granted them full pardons ... and Julie says she busted out crying.

The reality TV family sits down for an interview in an upcoming episode of FOX News Channel's "My View With Lara Trump" ... and a preview shows them telling Trump's daughter-in-law about how they reacted to the pardon news behind bars.

Diddy did not testify, but he did briefly speak up in court when confirming it was decision not to take the stand ... he said he was doing good and he thanked the judge for doing an "excellent job."

A man accused of being involved in the bombing a fertility clinic in Palm Springs last month was found dead in the Los Angeles federal prison on Tuesday.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Daniel Park, who was charged with providing a shocking amount of chemicals used to make the bomb, was "found unresponsive" in Metropolitan Detention Center ... and declared dead after staff's life-saving measures were unsuccessful.

Karmelo Anthony -- the teenager who allegedly stabbed and killed a 17-year-old at a high school track meet back in April -- has been officially charged with first-degree murder.

Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis announced the news just minutes ago ... explaining a grand jury indicted Anthony earlier Tuesday.

The 17-year-old athlete, as you know, has been accused of taking the life of Austin Metcalf during a dispute over a seat at the University Interscholastic League's (UIL) District 11-5A championship on April 2.

A handful of businesses in Venice, Italy are reaping the rewards of the Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez wedding -- but, others are worried their city is ripe for a terrorist attack with local authorities focused on the days-long event and subsequent protests.

TMZ spoke with several Venetian businesses, and most were more worried about what the wedding will do to the city -- rather than being optimistic about what it would do FOR the city.

An employee of the historic restaurant Enoteca Al Volto tells TMZ ... she and locals she's chatted with only reaction to the wedding is fear city leaders and law enforcement are so laser-focused on security for the roughly 200 A-list, ultra-wealthy guests ... a blind spot may exist for a terrorist attack.
