Diddy's defense attorney Marc Agnifilo put on a big show handling the defense's closing argument all by himself ... getting dramatic and theatrical as he paced before the jury and explained why he feels the charges against his client are bogus.

With Diddy's family watching from the gallery, Agnifilo told jurors Diddy was a victim of the government's bedroom policing ... and he warned us all, we could be the next targets if the feds don't like the way we have sex ... as he says was the case with Diddy.

Lauren shares in an interview with Vogue -- during a fitting for her wedding dress -- she and Jeff were keeping to a few traditional aspects for their grand nuptials ... one being a secret souvenir she brough along during her 11-minute, female-filled Blue Origin trip to space.

You may know the old phrase instructing brides what to wear for good luck in their marriage ... "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue." The "something blue" a bride-to-be is supposed to wear in the ceremony should be an item that reflects the color of purity, love, and fidelity ... and it's meant to ward away evil.

Former Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff ain't happy about the ongoing ICE raids -- telling TMZ what's happening across the nation is simply "outrageous."

We caught up with Emhoff in L.A. Thursday ... though he's got a cool demeanor, he clearly thinks ICE raids targeting undocumented immigrants amid an aggressive deportations push under the Trump administration are appalling.

He's got a positive message, though -- promising families worried about how the federal actions will impact them that he and his wife, former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris, are "always going to stand up for people in need."

She also wiped her IG clean ... a fresh slate for the newlywed as she heads off into married life.

Federal prosecutors went to their closer Friday as they got the last word in the Diddy criminal trial ... and their star lawyer tried to pick apart an animated closing argument from Diddy's defense.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey, who is known for her closing arguments, handled the government's rebuttal to Marc Agnifilo's impassioned defense of Diddy.

Comey tried to poke holes in Agnifilo's arguments ... a reversal of roles in this trial, as Diddy's army of lawyers spent the past 7 weeks poking holes in the prosecution's 34 witnesses.

The company that controls Anna Nicole Smith's intellectual property rights is going after the fashion brand Von Dutch ... claiming they've been using her image to sell their apparel without permission.

The lawsuit states Von Dutch never obtained permission from the company -- or permission from Anna prior to her death in 2007 -- to use her to sell products featuring her name, image, or likeness.

If you remember Anna working with the company back in the day, she did come out with a line in partnership with them ... but, the company says she never granted anyone at Von Dutch the right to use her image.

The former "No Jumper" podcast co-host tells TMZ Hip Hop he witnessed Park dive headfirst into the floor from the highest tier level of the prison ... and no one lost a wink of sleep!!!

Luce says inmates didn't know Daniel Park from a can of paint before his death, but thinks someone would have killed him anyway once they found out why he was there. Park was accused of providing 270 pounds of ammonium nitrate to the primary suspect in a May car bomb attack in Palm Springs.
