It's officially happily never after for '90 Day Fiancé' stars Jasmine Del Carmen Palazzolo and Gino Palazzolo ... 'cause Jasmine has filed for divorce.

TMZ has learned  ... Jasmine filed to end her marriage to Gino in August, but there's a twist -- she hasn't been able to serve him divorce papers, so she published it in the local paper!

We've seen the article published in Pinellas County, Florida's La Gaceta newspaper informing Gino that Jasmine is dunzo. Our sources say Jasmine made the move after she was unable to serve her former lover papers at his home in Michigan, despite multiple attempts.

Bryant Gumbel's back on his feet ... walking through New York City with his wife after an ambulance rushed him to the hospital earlier this week.

June Lockhart -- a legendary television actress of the 1950s, '60s and '70s -- has died.

Lockhart passed away Thursday in Santa Monica, just after 9 PM local time with her daughter June Elizabeth, and her granddaughter, Christianna, by her side, TMZ can confirm. June died from natural causes.

The daughter of actors Gene and Kathleen Lockhart, June secured her first credited role in the 1940 movie "All This, and Heaven Too" when she was still just a teenager.

The Most Magical Place on Earth has been anything but for the last 10 days -- TMZ has confirmed yet another death occurred on Walt Disney World property ... the third happening yesterday.

In a TikTok video posted Thursday morning, you can see a heavy police presence near a taped-off pool at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Florida. The user wrote ... "We were told it was a 'medical emergency.' Prayers to the family & those involved!"

Later, the Orange County Medical Examiner's Office in Orlando confirmed the death to TMZ, saying, "We are still in the process of completing our exams" on the deceased.

An AI security system spotted a teenager with a gun and promptly alerted the police in Baltimore ... well, at least it thought it did -- but it was only flagging a bag of cheesy goodness.

New body cam footage from Kenwood High School in Baltimore County, Maryland captured the incident where Taki Allen -- a 16-year-old student -- gets patted down while handcuffed after an AI-powered gun detection system flagged him, believing he was carrying.

After searching him, they found nothing ... an officer on the body cam tries to explain it away as the AI system firing off the alarm because of "the way you guys were eating chips, Doritos whatever, it picked it up as a gun."
