Patrick Beverley sat in front of a camera and peeled back the curtain on his tumultuous past few months ... calling his arrest one of the worst experiences of his life.

The former NBA player released a 14-minute video on Thursday ... starting it off by making it clear once again he would never hurt his 15-year-old sister after he was no-billed in his assault case last month.

37-year-old Beverley shared clips he recorded to document the days following his arrest ... and right after he paid $40,000 bail and got out of jail, he was aware of the chatter on social media.

Jessica -- the former advocate who goes by the handle "realiteatv3" on TikTok -- joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday ... and, we asked her how she feels about pushing for Britney to get out of the conservatorship after her DUI arrest last night.

Jessica -- who has already opened up on TikTok about feeling the movement ultimately did more harm than good -- tells us she's been watching Britney's scary social media videos ... including the clip where she danced around with a pair of knives, and it's made her do a 180 on her previous position.

Britney Spears' inner circle is rallying behind her after her late-night traffic stop ... and TMZ has learned they're hoping a judge chooses treatment over jail time.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... people close to Britney want the judge to order her into a program rather than sentence her to any time behind bars after her Wednesday night DUI arrest. We're told those close to her believe this could be a pivotal moment ... one where the focus shifts to getting her help and support -- instead of punishment.

We broke the story ... Britney was pulled over by California Highway Patrol officers around 9:30 PM Wednesday in Westlake Village, CA, not far from her home. We're told she was alone in the car when officers initiated the stop.

"The Amazing Race" contestants Jonathan and Ana Towns claim CBS and the show's producers besmirched their names on the reality TV competition show ... and they want them to cough up more than $8 million in damages over it ... TMZ has learned.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the couple says the show deliberately smeared them by using "decontextualized" footage that made Jonathan look like "a morally depraved, brutal and abusive spouse," while at the same time omitting material that put Jonathan in a more "humanizing" light.

During last year's season, Jonathan seemed to demean Ana multiple times on the show with name-calling and a seemingly derisive attitude, which upset many 'TAR' fans.

Savannah Guthrie is leaning on religion amid the ongoing search for her mother Nancy -- 'cause TMZ’s learned she shared an emotional message of hope with staffers during a visit to the 'TODAY' show.

A source close to 'TODAY' tells TMZ Savannah thanked the staff and crew for the love, prayers and support for "caring about my mom as much as I do" ... and she declared "I’m holding onto my faith. I still believe. And as my mom would say, 'Where else would I go?'"

Sources familiar with the investigation tell TMZ ... in addition to suspicion of DUI, there was also an unknown substance found in her car, which will be part of the arrest.

We're told the substance is now being tested.

According to the audio, a 2026 black convertible was driving in and out of lanes and speeding ... and an officer can be heard asking for the dispatcher to "send all units down towards this area please."

An officer later says they are speaking with the car's driver, who has stepped out of the vehicle.
