Cole Goldberg -- who was accused of trying to kill "90 Day Fiancé" alum Caroline Schwitzky -- has been found not guilty of attempted murder.

Goldberg was acquitted of the crime in a West Palm Beach, Florida courtroom on Thursday after three days of testimony.

Remember ... Schwitzky accused Goldberg of attempted murder back in 2022 -- claiming the two got into a heated argument at the Boca Bash that year, after she dumped Goldberg, and he then held her head underwater.

Witnesses told cops they yelled at Cole to stop, but he kept holding her down. Several people eventually jumped into the water to pull the couple apart.

Courtney Stodden got down and dirty -- literally -- letting herself get drenched in corn syrup to protest the leather industry, in support of PETA.

Atlanta Falcons defensive end James Pearce Jr. is no longer facing a charge of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer after his alleged domestic dispute with Rickea Jackson, TMZ Sports has learned.

Court documents we obtained show that prosecutors have dropped the charge against the 22-year-old. A spokesperson for the DA said in evaluating all the evidence, they didn't believe they could prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

It's a small break for Pearce -- the charge comes with up to five years behind bars.

He isn't out of the woods at all, though ... as prosecutors filed a handful of other charges in the incident -- including stalking, fleeing and eluding police, resisting an officer with violence, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

It looks like the White House is treating the war with Iran like a video game ... at least based on how they're presenting military footage on social media.

According to reports ... Wood, his partner, and his father saw a woman struggling in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Chile, and they rushed to save her. Both men and women were swept out to sea during the rescue attempt and drowned. The bodies were recovered by the Chilean Navy. The unidentified woman's partner, who also rushed in, survived.

There's a whole lot of legal drama in Dwight Howard's life these days ... we've learned the former NBA superstar is being sued for emotional distress and unpaid wages by someone claiming to be a former assistant ... in the midst of recently filing for divorce from his estranged wife, Amber Howard.

Here's the deets -- Terrence Hudson says he worked for the former NBA pro and Amber as a home security guard, domestic manager, and Dwight's personal assistant, from June 25, 2025 to October 8, 2025 ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Terrence says in the docs -- filed in December 2025 -- he agreed to $2,000 per week in pay, but claims he only received "inconsistent payments totaling $8,137.54" throughout his employment.

A story going around that a recent picture taken on the set of "Euphoria" was missing Sydney Sweeney over an alleged feud with Zendaya ... but TMZ is told that's BS.

A production source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... a BTS video and snap of Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Alexa Demie and Maude Apatow posing while they goofed around happened while SS was off shooting a scene of the series.

And that's it ... her absence had nothing to do with an alleged feud between the two superstar actresses, or that Z didn't want to be near SS ... and, again, it was not a promotional photo, strictly behind the scenes action.
