President Trump is brushing off concerns China is using TikTok to keep tabs on Americans ... he says the social media app should be the least of our worries.

Trump sat down with Sean Hannity which aired on Fox News Wednesday for his first interview from the Oval Office as his second term gets underway, and POTUS raised some interesting concerns about China when the conversation turned to TikTok.

Check out the clip ... Trump says it's not a big deal if China is in fact spying on us via TikTok, because in his estimation, the platform is basically just kids watching crazy videos.

The lawsuit claims Flores was working with Baldoni on a different project when, unbeknownst to him, Justin got ahold of his script.

Bryan Kohberger's not in court for his first hearing of 2025 ... 'cause the judge decided to excuse him for Wednesday's proceedings.

Attorneys for the alleged murderer appeared before the judge for the first time in 2025, attempting to get a large swath of DNA evidence connected to his family tossed by a judge.

The appearance is streaming live ... but, the courtroom itself is closed to the public because the judge wants the ability to seal proceedings. The case has been conducted mostly in secrecy while the court tries to ensure Kohberger receives a fair trial.

Mariano Rivera and his wife, Clara, allegedly covered up child sexual abuse that took place at their home and at one of their church's summer camps ... this according to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports.

Writer and producer Barry Michael Cooper has died in Baltimore, Maryland ... TMZ has learned.

Cooper wrote a series of iconic 1990s movies, including "New Jack City," starring Wesley Snipes and Chris Rock ... "Above The Rim," starring Tupac Shakur ... and "Sugar Hill." He also produced the 2017-2019 TV series "She's Gotta Have It," based on the Spike Lee film of the same name.
