Christine Baumgartner’s new fiancé Josh Connor is clearly all about new beginnings ... 'cause TMZ has learned he's listed his Montecito, CA home.

Josh’s 5-bed, 5-bath, 2,899-square-foot pad hit the market for $7.3 million earlier this month ... not long before Josh got down on one knee and proposed to Christine on last Sunday.

If he sells the home for the asking price he'll make a nice profit considering he snagged it for $2.2M in March 2022.

Fans of Taylor Swift will get to see the singer sooner than in a "Fortnight" ... the pop star is presenting at the Grammy Awards this weekend!!!

The Recording Academy confirmed Swift's presenting gig Thursday evening, where they said TS is set to present one of the categories at the music awards show on Sunday. However, it's currently unclear which category Taylor will read aloud at the Grammys.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are setting wheels in motion to try and have Justin Baldoni's defamation lawsuit thrown out.

According to the new docs, Diddy allegedly transported all 3 women to "engage in prostitution" ... which is one of the charges he was already facing from the original indictment.

We're learning more about the sudden death of comedian Ken Flores, who died at age 28 in his L.A. home Wednesday ... he had been dealing with heart issues, and tragically, he had been actively trying to get healthy before he died.

Law enforcement and sources close to Flores tell TMZ ... Ken had been suffering from congestive heart failure for a long time, and had been in and out of hospitals over the last two years.

Nancy Kerrigan was unable to contain her emotions while speaking about the tragic American Airlines crash that claimed the lives of nearly 70 people, including a contingency of U.S. ice skaters who just wrapped up a big competition in the Midwest.

The U.S. ice skating legend spoke Thursday during a press event at the Skating Club of Boston -- where some of the late skaters trained -- and Kerrigan was clearly heartbroken.

"We’ve been through tragedies before as Americans, as people, and we are strong," Nancy said. "I guess it’s how we respond to it, and my response is to be with people I care about and love, and I needed support."
