Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott don't seem fully committed to breaking up, because they're spending an awful lot of time together, and it may not just be about Stormi.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Kylie and Travis are getting very comfortable together since their split, and he's been spending lots of time at her house -- something we're told will continue.

We broke the story ... Travis dislocated his knee after falling onstage at Rolling Loud, and now we're told the injury is one of the reasons he's been holed up at Kylie's crib in Calabasas, where he's mostly hanging with Stormi.

We're told when he's not at Kylie's main crib ... Travis is spending nights at the home he and Kylie shared in Bev Hills.

Our sources say Kylie and Travis are maintaining a friendship, and over the next few months, they plan on spending even more time together with Stormi because the holidays are fast approaching.

Those plans are already in motion ... as we've reported, Kylie and Travis took Stormi to a pumpkin patch earlier this week from some good ol' fashioned Halloween fun. But, it was telling the parents only took pics with their kid.

As of now, our sources say the plan is to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas as a family, and the goal for Kylie and Travis is to keep things familiar for Stormi with family parties and events including both mom and dad.

And, get this ... while Kylie and Travis aren't currently a "couple," we're told some of their friends believe the exes will get back together by the end of the year. Remember, there's a little bit of a pattern here ... break up, make up, break up, etc.

Matt Ryan has pissed off one of his biggest ATL Falcons fans -- Quavo from The Migos -- who tells TMZ Sports the team needs to bench Matty already ... and start HIM!!!

"Put Matty on Ice, put Quavo in tonight!"

Quavo's not only from Georgia, he's also a HUGE football fan who used to be a STUD quarterback himself back in his high school days.

In fact, Quavo was Gwinnett County, Georgia's all-time single-game completions leader ... and posted a sick highlight video showing him breaking tackles, juking pass-rushers and finding his WRs with the deep ball!

So, when we spotted Quavo leaving Avra in Beverly Hills we asked how his beloved Falcons can get things back on track.

"Matt Ryan is making me mad right now," Quavo said ... "If the Falcons start me, I'll play and I'll throw to Julio Jones every play!"

The Falcons are coming to L.A. to play the Rams this weekend -- and Quavo also has a friendly warning for his pal Jalen Ramsey ... JULIO JONES IS GONNA BUST YOUR ASS!

There's no holding back Travis Scott when he's in the mood to go clubbin' ... not even a dislocated knee.

The "SICKO MODE" rapper hit some of the most poppin' clubs in WeHo Tuesday night ... and we got him at almost every stop. Travis made his first stop at The Nice Guy -- where we saw him walking with a severe limp ... hopping into his waiting Bentley.

We also got someone on his team loading Travis' crutches into a separate car. Travis and his crew later headed to Delilah before showing up at Bootsy Bellows. On his way out, Travis needed help from a handler.

A$AP Rocky says he's a sex addict ... and has been since junior high school. Those are his exact words.

The rapper opened up to NYC host and Power 105.1 DJ Angie Martinez on her show, "Untold Stories of Hip Hop," and revealed the bombshell. It's no secret A$AP's been obsessed with orgies for a long time. He talks about it a lot, but this is the first time he's gone so far to say he's addicted.

In this preview clip, Rocky says he was always a horny kid. Angie presses him, pointing out there's a difference between being horny and being a sex addict. A$AP doubled down with his sex addiction diagnosis -- although it's unclear if that info came from a trained professional. Therapist, that is.

Travis Scott has a seriously bum knee after his onstage fall at Rolling Loud -- and all signs point to him going under the knife as fast as possible.

Sources connected to Travis tell TMZ ... he went to see orthopedic specialist Dr. Neal ElAttrache this week at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute. We're told he was diagnosed with a dislocated knee -- specifically, a stretch or tear in the patellar tendon.

As we reported ... Travis hurt himself this weekend while performing at NYC's Rolling Loud Festival, landing on his leg wrong while he was jumping up and down. He was hobbling around afterward but finished the show nonetheless. Total trooper!

Cardi B isn't kidding when she raps about liking diamonds, stunting, shining and million dollar deals -- enter Offset with her whopping 20-carat birthday gift, which IS worth over SEVEN FIGURES!!!

The Migos rapper reached out to Pristine Jewelers in NYC about 9 months ago -- and owner  Avi Davidov tells us Offset made it clear he was looking to score something incredibly special for Cardi's 27th birthday.

We're told Offset already had an idea in his mind -- a heart-shaped diamond surrounded by smaller hearts. The center stone is a brilliant 20 carats. The diamond ring's been dubbed the Titanic Diamond for its size and similarity to the Heart of the Ocean rock from the movie. It's complemented by a band of smaller diamonds that total 25 carats.

We're told Avi literally hand-delivered the rings on a silver platter last weekend. As we reported ... Cardi was damn near knocked off her heels when she saw the stunning rings.

New York City's biggest hip-hop radio station says Tekashi 6ix9ine will get no spins once he releases new music ... unless the snitching rapper's music forces their hand.

An executive from HOT 97 FM tells TMZ ... when Tekashi is released from prison and drops new music, the radio station will NOT jump to debut any of the records, and they don't anticipate playing any of 6ix9ine's music at all.

Fact is, the exec tells us HOT 97 has NEVER been a huge Tekashi69 supporter, and him ratting on former gang members is digging an even bigger hole for himself as far as the radio station is concerned.

We broke the story ... one record label is making a multi-million dollar investment in Tekashi, banking on him getting out of prison sooner than later and surviving all his snitching.

Kanye West gave Washington D.C. a taste of his new album -- and also took the opportunity to declare definitively he's a man of God now ... specifically, a converted Christian.

Ye was all over D.C. Saturday with his fam, first stopping off at HBCU Howard University to do his traditional Sunday Service ... then heading over to George Washington University's Lisner Auditorium later in the day for a listening party -- much like in Detroit.

Check out this video TMZ obtained from inside the session ... Kanye was talking to the audience in between tracks -- which sound amazing, BTW -- and said it flat-out at one point ... he's a recent convert to Christianity. Ye got a round of applause for the news.

He also went on to invoke Jay-Z's name during his speech, saying that unlike a line that he attributed to Jay -- from his song "Can't Knock the Hustle" -- Ye isn't here for entertainment anymore ... he's just here to spread the Gospel. How 'bout that?!

He did exactly that too during the get-together -- preaching about what he used to value and hold dear compared to now, while also quoting A LOT of scripture along the way.

The signs have been there for a while now that Ye's fully embraced his faith -- he's been holding Sunday Services since January, and Kim just had the kids baptized in Armenia.

Oh, and if you're wondering what Kanye's gonna rap about from now on and what his music's gonna sound like -- at least for this round -- you get a snippet of that here too. Still no official word on when this thing's gonna drop -- but hopefully soon.

Travis Scott took a nasty fall Saturday night during his performance at the Rolling Loud festival ... a fall that messed up his knee something bad.

Travis was performing "BUTTERFLY EFFECT" at Citi Field in Queens when he jumped up and landed wrong on his right knee ... then tumbled to the ground.

Kylie's ex was clearly injured and could barely move around the stage. He ended up staying in the same spot, as members of his crew jumped on stage to check on him.

Travis told the crowd he thought he broke his knee, but nonetheless the show went on. He told the crowd, "Nothing can ever stop this show."

Cardi B celebrated her 27th birthday with enough ice to sink the Titanic.

Offset did not disappoint ... first a huge dinner spread which featured lobster, a seafood tower, steak, truffle mac 'n cheese and lots more. Rose petals were scattered about the room for a romantic touch.

Then the blinding present is unveiled ... Cardi's hubby presented her with a gigantic diamond ring, appropriately called the Titanic Diamond. It was crafted by NYC-based Pristine Jewelers.

That wasn't all ... Cardi also got a giant pendant with a picture of her daughter, Kulture, in the middle, courtesy of her pal, Layton Greene.

Kulture was also blinged out, with more than 100 carats of diamonds in necklaces and bracelets.

But, wait, there's more. Cardi scored some Birkin bags to add to her collection -- she now has 10. There was even a cake in the shape of a Birkin bag. After the party Cardi showed off her Birkin bags in all different colors saying, "taste the rainbow."

Before the shindig, Offset posted a video with some of the couple's memorable moments, writing, “MY BEST FRIEND THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, MY GUARDIAN ANGEL, KK’s MOM, THIS DAY IS YOUR SPECIAL DAY I LOVE YOU, HAPPY BDAY!!NOT JUST ME AND FAMILY BUT THE WORLD LOVES YOU.”

Kanye West took his Sunday Service on the road again, this time landing at Howard University ... and it's interesting -- one of his lyrics, "13th Amendment, Gotta end it, that's on me."

Kanye, Kim Kardashian, along with North and Saint, showed up at the historic, African-American college Saturday for an 8 AM show, and it did not disappoint.

Grammy-award winning R&B singer Tony Williams led the service, which was complete with a brass band and a choir.

The performance dovetailed with Howard's homecoming, called Yardfest. The University did not announce Kanye's appearance until hours before the event, but that was enough time for students and others to swarm to the quad for the service.

Kanye's making the short trek later today to George Washington University in D.C., where another Sunday Service will go down.

Snoop Dogg is all about forgiveness -- even if it's the guy who left his beloved team lookin' like a soap opera -- 'cause the rap legend says Antonio Brown deserves another chance in the NFL.

TMZ Sports spoke with the Steelers superfan about AB wanting to get back in the league ... and despite the state he left Pittsburgh in when he was traded (there was a bit of drama if you recall)... Snoop says he should get a shot.

"Everybody deserves a second shot. Everybody deserves a second and third shot. Look at me!"

Snoop knows about getting second chances ... he has a history of run-ins with the law, and all these years later, the drop is still hot.

As for Antonio, the Raiders and Patriots cut bait with him due to off-the-field drama ... from illegally recorded phone calls to much more serious allegations of sexual assault and sexual misconduct. The NFL is currently investigating Brown and some people think his career in the league is finished.

Snoop hopes there's a team willing to give AB another shot -- he's still an elite athlete -- but it's definitely an uphill battle.

The thought of Tekashi 6ix9ine doing music once he's free has rapper Blueface issuing not-so-veiled threats and appraising the snitch's street cred ... as worthless.

We got Blueface out at LAX Thursday and got his take on Tekashi landing a multi-million dollar deal while he's still behind bars. Blueface didn't waste time leveling a threat against Tekashi ... suggesting he'd unleash his muscle on the snitch if they ever see him in Tinseltown.

It's no surprise Blueface isn't showing any love for Tekashi69 -- Blueface reps the School Yard Crips and 6ix9ine was deeply involved with the Nine Trey Blood gang. Those ties were shredded when Tekashi snitched big time for a chance to get his possible 47-year sentence reduced.

Blueface makes it clear ... when he gets out, Tekashi's persona non grata in L.A.

DaBaby is firing back at the promoters who sued him for bailing on a show ... he's now suing them, and claiming the reason he never took the stage was over a lack of security.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... DaBaby is suing Nothing To Something ENTertainment for breach of contract related to a scheduled gig back in May at Centro Night Club in Lawrence, MA -- a gig DaBaby never followed through with.

In the docs, DaBaby claims the contract he signed with the promoter promised him two security guards at the club, but the rapper says NTS failed to deliver on the night of the show. DaBaby claims the lack of security is the reason he didn't perform.

As we first reported ... NTS sued DaBaby back in July for bailing on the gig, claiming it paid DaBaby upfront and shelled out even more cash to promote the performance, only for him to dip before the show even began.

It's interesting ... on the night of DaBaby's scheduled gig at the center of the lawsuit, his personal security beat the crap out of a guy outside the venue, and the vicious beatdown was caught on camera.

The man who got beat up by DaBaby's posse, fellow rapper Don Trag, is currently suing DaBaby.

A record label is banking on Tekashi 6ix9ine getting out of prison sooner than later and surviving all the snitching he did ... because it's investing big bucks on the rapper making music again.

Sources close to Tekashi tell TMZ ... he just cut a record deal worth more than $10 million with his former label -- 10K Projects.

Once 6ix9ine's a free man, our sources say he'll get the money in return for putting out 2 albums ... one in English and one in Spanish.

We broke the story ... Tekashi seems to believe him testifying against his old gang members will be forgotten once he's released from prison, and he -- and his tracks -- will be more popular than ever.

His former label apparently agrees, and is willing to take the risk not just on Tekashi being right ... but on the judge handing him a light sentence.

One of the men arrested in connection with Mac Miller's fatal overdose just pled not guilty to charges he supplied the rapper with counterfeit oxycodone that caused the rapper's death.

Mac's alleged drug dealer, Cameron Pettit, entered his plea during his arraignment Thursday in Los Angeles federal court. Mac's other alleged dealer, Stephen Walter, had his arraignment pushed back to later this month, because he's in custody in San Diego and under quarantine for mumps.

As we reported ... Pettit and Walter were indicted last week by a federal grand jury for allegedly giving Mac a deadly dose of pills.
