Kodak Black 46 Months in Prison is Too Long!!! I Got Screwed at Sentencing

Published | Updated

Kodak Black is pushing for a lighter prison sentence because he thinks the judge unfairly threw the book at him.

The rapper's attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... they'll be filing legal docs soon appealing the 46 months he got in his federal gun case. They're looking to get several months cut off that time, and here's why.

Cohen says Kodak shouldn't have been classified as a prior convicted felon at sentencing. He says Kodak's previous guilty pleas didn't result in convictions -- because under those deals there would be NO conviction on his record ... provided he met all the terms.

It's a technicality, but nonetheless Kodak believes that error opened the door for a harsher sentence.

We broke the story ... Kodak will likely be serving out his time in a federal prison in Kentucky, and as of now, he's slated to be free again on or around Aug. 14, 2022.

If his appeal is successful though, his team believes he could be out in late 2021. Of course, this is all under the assumption Kodak can stay out of trouble behind bars ... which ain't always easy to do.

49ers We Lost The Game ... But We Won The After-Party!!!

Published | Updated

The San Francisco 49ers didn't go home with the Lombardi trophy ... but they got a sick consolation prize -- an all-out rager with Lil Wayne and DaBaby ... and it was LIT!!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the NFC champs hosted a bash outside the American Airlines Arena shortly after the devastating 31-20 loss in the Super Bowl ... but we're told everyone was in great spirits!

WIN OR LOSE THEY STILL BOOZE

Lil Wayne and DaBaby each performed some of their hits, the Niners players joined them on stage ... and Kyle Shanahan bro'd out with Tunechi!!

FYI -- if you didn't know, the Niners coach is a HUGE Wayne fan and even named his son, Carter, after the rap legend ... and we're told Shanahan made sure to point that out to Wayne during the party.

Get this -- both rappers got a fat check to perform at the party. Like, we're talking 6 figures.

But, the party wasn't just for the players ... we're told the York family (who own the team) had a front-row seat!

That's one helluva way to get over a loss!!

Future Sues Alleged Baby Mama ... Stop Talking About Our Sex Life!!!

Published | Updated

Future says he's sick and tired of his alleged baby mama talking about their sexual encounters with anyone who'll listen ... and now he's suing her.

The rapper just filed suit against Eliza Seraphin, the woman alleging Future fathered his SEVENTH child with her, for defamation and invasion of privacy.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Future claims Eliza's sharing intimate facts about him from their private sexual relationship in order to gain clout and squeeze money outta him.

Future doesn't address whether he's the father to Eliza's child, but he says they had a sexual relationship from 2016 to 2018 and claims he never would have slept with her in the first place if he knew she would kiss and tell.

In the docs, Future claims Eliza gave a vivid description of his genitals during an interview on Rah Ali's Onsite on Stationhead and then blasted it out to her Instagram followers.

In the suit, Future also claims Eliza is spreading lies about him on social media -- like the time she claimed he hired someone to murder her because she wouldn't get an abortion -- and claims it's hurting his brand and causing substantial emotional distress.

Future wants a court to stop Eliza from trashing his name publicly and he's going after her for damages.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Home After Prison will be Like Fort Knox ... Hopefully Far From NYC!!!

Published | Updated

Tekashi 6ix9ine plans to get the hell outta dodge once he's released from prison and bolster his security detail like no rapper ever before ... but it's going to be easier said than done.

The rapper's still months away from becoming a free man, but he's already looking toward his exit strategy ... according to sources close to him. We're told once he's out of lockup, he's bailing on Brooklyn, where he was born and raised, and hopes to live far away from NYC.

This decision is primarily based on his safety, but every move 69 makes will have to be approved by the federal probation department ... part of his sentence includes being monitored after his release.

Regardless, our sources say Tekashi will be putting security measures in place right away to keep people from knowing his location, but even if they find him ... he'll be protected by multiple bodyguards.

As for where his security team will come from, we're told the rapper only wants legit former law enforcement officers or ex-military who are licensed to carry firearms ... absolutely nobody with any sort of gang affiliation.

Ideally, we're told 6ix9ine would like to leave New York and live with family out of state ... in a home with "Fort Knox-like security."

It's unclear how he plans to bring this all together, especially since some of his former bodyguards have said no amount of money is worth it to protect Tekashi.

One more thing ... our sources say the rapper is committed to getting in the studio to complete the records in his music deal as soon as possible once he's out, but he's not planning on live performances.

The reasoning -- it wouldn't be safe for a snitch to try something like that for a long time.

We broke the story ... Tekashi's legal team thinks he could be released from prison as soon as August, so it's really not too soon to start planning his new life.

And, as we told you, that new life does not involve witness protection ... 69 doesn't want to go that route.

We reached out to his lawyer, Dawn Florio, about his post-prison plans ... she declined to comment.

G-Eazy All Up on Meg Thee Stallion!!! Makes it IG Official Too

Published | Updated

And your Super Bowl weekend MVP goes to ... G-Eazy!!! Give the man some kinda trophy, 'cause looks like he scored in Miami with Meg Thee Stallion.

Meg and G were all over each other ... hugging and snuggling as he planted kisses all over her face. Unclear exactly where they were at the time of hook-up, but they were sprawled out on a couch with other people around at a party.

G-Eazy posted the selfie vid, because ... who wouldn't??!! We don't know if they're a legit couple or just a weekend one-off but sure seems like he wants it to be official. He posted a pic of her -- in the same outfit from their video -- and slapped 4 hearts on it.

TBH ... Meg was, arguably, paying more attention to the lens than G-Eazy in the video. So, if they're the real deal, she's gonna make him work for it. Deservedly so!

We're guessing Halsey won't be sending any congrats to her ex-BF. Looks like he found his new bae one day after Halsey -- who was also in MIA -- went off on a guy who heckled her by yelling G-Eazy's name.

DON'T DISRESPECT ME

Notorious B.I.G. & Puff Daddy Signed Vibe Poster for $ale at $54k!!!

Published | Updated

Got the itch for some old school hip-hop vibes? Ya better be rich 'cause that's what it'll take to land this Vibe poster ... signed by The Notorious B.I.G. and Puff Daddy on the night Biggie was tragically gunned down.

The folks over at Moments in Time are brokering the sale of this 2-foot by 3-foot poster of the iconic September 1996 Vibe magazine cover ... featuring Biggie and Puffy. It was signed at an industry party hosted by Quincy Jones' Vibe magazine on March 8, 1997, at the Petersen Automotive Museum in L.A.

We're told a record executive brought the poster with him that night and had Biggie and Puffy sign it. But, just hours later -- after the party was shut down at 12:35 AM by fire marshals citing overcrowding -- Biggie was shot 4 times in a drive-by while at a red light on Fairfax and Wilshire Blvds. He was pronounced dead at 1:15 A.M.

Fast-forward to the present ... the son of the record executive is unloading the poster and the asking price is a cool $54k. The memorabilia also includes Biggie's itinerary for his west coast trip as well as the party's invitation.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott pulled out all of the stops and more for Stormi's, second birthday.

The party was insane .... a crossover between "Trolls" and "Frozen." Check out the video and you'll see the party we never had.

As for who showed up ... Hailey Bieber, Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble, Sofia Richie, Caitlyn Jenner and Sophia Hutchins, John Legend, Chrissy Tiegen and Luna, Kimora Lee Simmons, Lalika and Khadijah Hagg, Rose Bertram, Jaden Smith and Draya Michele.

If this all rings a bell, this is the second annual StormiWorld, and the parents claim this one's better than the first.

Can't disagree.

Quavo & Takeoff Offset Did What He Had To w/ Punch ... What Would You Do?!?

Published | Updated

Offset's rap partners are defending their buddy after he let the fists fly when someone sprayed champagne on his wife -- and their rationale is basically ... WWYD?

That's pretty much what Takeoff and Quavo told us Saturday in Miami, where all the rappers are hanging out in the days ahead of Super Bowl LIV. We asked 'em if they'd caught what had happened to Offset and Cardi in a club the night before ... sure enough, they had.

As we reported ... Cardi was on the receiving end of some bubbly early Friday morning, and Offset reacted by literally jumping into the crowd with an airborne punch.

Offset
SAY IT, DON'T SPRAY IT

According to the Migos boys, the move is fair game when your significant other is involved. Takeoff says Offset "did what he had to" with the way he responded, and Quavo turned it around and asked our camera guy what he would do if it was his wife.

Long story short ... they got his back, and don't seem to have an issue with his immediate turn to violence. The dudes even suggest it was kinda chivalrous. Hmmm ... noted!

Jay-Z Re-Defends NFL Deal ... Me & Kap Are on the Same Team

Published | Updated

Jay-Z is once again explaining why his partnership with the NFL is actually for the same cause Colin Kaepernick fights for ... it's just the approach that's different.

Jigga sat down with the NYT this weekend ahead of Super Bowl LIV and re-defended his collaboration with the league, which many saw as a betrayal of Kap and everything he stood for. Jay also took a lot of heat at first, but he seems okay with it for the bigger picture.

He tells the paper, "As long as real people are being hurt and marginalized and losing family members, then yes, I can take a couple rounds of negative press," going on to insist he is still fighting for people of color -- only now, from a position of strength and influence.

Case in point ... Sunday's broadcast will apparently include a PSA-type video -- one in a series, per NYT -- that aims to tell the stories of black men and boys killed by cops.

ROC Nation Danny
"OUR SON IS EVERYBODY'S SON"

It'll probably be similar to the PSA Malcolm Jenkins and Roc Nation teamed up to produce, which was called "Everyone's Child." Unclear if this new vid is part of the same "Responsibility Program," but chances are it falls under the same umbrella.

WE'RE PAST KNEELING

Getting back to Kaepernick though, Jay kinda sticks to his guns in this new interview as far as addressing the guy's situation ... acknowledging he was done dirty by the league, but also strongly suggesting it's time to move forward and start looking for new solutions.

Jay says, "No one is saying he hasn’t been done wrong. He was done wrong. I would understand if it was three months ago. But it was three years ago and someone needs to say, ‘What do we do now -- because people are still dying?'"

He adds of Kap, "We are two adult men who disagree on the tactic but are marching for the same cause." CK, meanwhile, doesn't appear to see things the same way.

DaBaby Sued by Alleged Miami Victim

Published | Updated

DaBaby better get da lawyer on the phone ... he's just been slapped with a lawsuit by the guy claiming he and his crew beat him up.

Concert promoter Kenneth Carey just filed suit against DB, his entertainment company and a bunch of the goons that were with him that day ... alleging the rapper not only illegally battered him but also turned his back on a deal they'd struck to host an event.

Long story short ... Kenneth now claims in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- that he and DaBaby agreed to have the latter host a party where another artist, Stunna 4 Vegas, had been booked to perform at. Ken says he and DB agreed on a flat rate ... $20k, no more.

In his lawsuit ... Ken says when DaBaby and co. arrived in town, he arranged hotels and cars for them via a rental company -- and alleges one of those vehicles was returned damaged.

THE ALLEGED ROBBERY

Fast-forward to the day Ken was supposed to pay DB, and he claims the guy asked him for an additional $10k on the spot to cover the damage to the car, which apparently got billed to DaBaby and his crew. Ken says DaBaby insisted it was the least Ken could do ... seeing how he agreed to do the hosting gig for way cheaper than he normally charges.

Ken says he refused to pay another $10k, and that's when the alleged ass-whooping -- part of which was caught on camera -- went down. The promoter says DaBaby and at least 4 other guys pulled his pants down, beat him up and poured apple juice all over him.

He also claims the crew jacked him of his phone, money and credit card that he had on hand. Adding insult to injury, Ken says neither DaBaby or Stunna showed for the event. The suit was filed by Jonathan May of The Lions' Den law firm in Miami.

Of course, DaBaby was later arrested and charged for battery in connection to this case ... but he later sprung himself from jail and defended himself online, denying the account.

Ken is suing for everything he can under the sun -- battery, breach of contract, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and so on. He wants damages and other costs well above $6 million.

Post Malone 50,000 Reasons to Celebrate in Miami ... $1 Bills for Everyone!!!

Published | Updated
UPDATE

1:36 PM PT -- We got Post Saturday after his all-nighter, and he explained why he was flinging around so much cash in a place that was NOT a strip club. He's got a pretty interesting answer.

UPDATE
UPDATE

According to PM, he's not really a strip club kind of guy ... at least not anymore, anyway. So, he says he likes to treat his pals to his own dough when they go out. So, instead of blowing thousands on some gals, he says he takes care of his own ... and anyone else who might find a loose bill around when Post's in the building.

UPDATE

He also touches on the death of Kobe Bryant and shares some touching words for Vanessa and the rest of the families. Post's not a Lakers fan per se, but he knows what KB did for the sport.

Post Malone came bearing strip club-esque gifts to a regular night club ahead of Super Bowl LIV in Miami ... and people were just as willing to stoop low for a taste of cheddar.

The singer touched down in Miami a couple days before kickoff on Friday, and at the ass crack of dawn of 5 AM the next day ... he popped into E11EVEN Miami -- a 24/7 "ultraclub" -- in a celebratory mood. And, by that, we mean he was ready to start chucking cash.

We got this video of Posty being hand-delivered a few different boxes full of single dollar bills ... which ended up adding up to a hefty $50,000. Looks like a delivery from heaven.

Anyway, we're told PM and his crew spent the rest of the night making it rain on people for a few hours. We imagine he had his own elevated booth or VIP area somewhere, so the regular folks down below likely had paper falling on them for a while. Free for all!!!

BTW, this place ain't a gentlemen's club by any means. E11EVEN Miami's just a good old-fashioned disco with trapeze artists and whatnot. Nobody gets full-blown naked though.

Post almost fooled us by the stacks of cash he had on hand. Bandz a make anybody dance, it seems.
